*the Megaphone is screaming at Russo* "STEP OUT OF THE CAR NOW!" *the entire SWAT team is along the road and in the ditch on the side slowly moving tactically to the vehicle just waiting for a shot to go off as their itchy trigger fingers slowly go on and off of the trigger preparing for the worst.

"But we expecting you did that to, the men said they were hired by you to kill them so that you could gain the chop shop in the will right?" *he laughs*

*he laughs* "Why don't you me psychopathic killer, I bet your thinking of million ways to kill the girl next to us right? I bet your raped her out of jealousy watching the life drip out of her eyes your a fucking maniac... soon to be a dead one!" *he smiles at him* "Or your own friend Kevin right, to bad he is already dead... shouldn't have shot at a group of men..."

*The Interrogation room for Jonathon comes to a sudden halt* "So you think someone deserves to die... you are sick mental bastard aren't you..." *he thinks a second* "Well it looks like you are going to be going to a mental hospital rather than a prison which will be good for you but if you stay here in Identity, I think euthanasia might be a good choice." *he smiles at him* "I think you sort of deserve it..." *he says mockingly*

*right then Jakob bursts threw the door looking extremely angry at the detective then looks to her then back at the detective even angrier than before* "What are you guys making some sort of fucking porno in here?" *he looks around the room* "I'll be your lawyer alright, I thought when I started campaigning I could take a break from this shit but I guess not..." *he shakes his head angrily and he has black outlined eye bags showing that he hasn't slept all night* "For god sakes let me speak with my client in private and get her some fucking clothes ass wipe." *the detective leaves the room as Jakob takes a seat next to her*

*the detective in the room shakes his head, "This one..." *he proceeds to show her a video of her offering Jonathon a "job" to distract the police*

"Like I said a sick man..." *he shakes his head* "Calling someone dead that you killed a bitch... man I have to say seems like you have a certain hatred for her."

*Jonathon in his interrogation room* "Hello pal, at first we dragged you in here for something seemingly easy to be put down and let you out free but now..." *he takes out a stack of files about criminal cases* "We know who you really are, so you murdered your girlfriend and then came down here thinking you could get away with it, you are a sick man you know that..."

*Elexis is pushed into the interrogation room in there is a projector with the white screen down and he is drinking a good coffee* "Hello Elexis and not trying to be rude but lets get straight to business here and try to cut this short and get the job done!" *he is large African-American standing in the room and he plays a projector tape and all the evidence including the Russian man she bought the engines from being interrogated* "So lets cut a deal, you and your friends get out hands free, let go back into the freedom of the world if you can answer one simple question who was hiring you for this job and where he is at this exact moment." *he waves her phone around* "We have most of what we need here, but this could help..."

*Elexis and Jonathon arrive at the police station at exactly the same time and the police officers waste no time as they place them both in interrogation rooms with a detective already there waiting for the man and woman and seem energetic and ready to ask them the questions*

*two swat vans appear to Russo's property and all of the bail out and the first thing they do is aim at the bodyguard* "GET ON THE GROUND NOW!" *The rest of the team begins to open the gate and continue inside still aiming at the bodyguard waiting for him to drop to the ground*

*on the FBI's radio signals* "Kevin wasn't found on his place contacting the local police force about him." *the other man on the line* "Well we also found another man that might have something to with this, his name is Russo we already found his address and our contacting two teams to get there, Kevin also knows about the ordeal going to be hard to get him now."

"I hope that is a joke because this is no where near to do anything with that." *he pats him down checking him for weapons (and grabbing any if there there) "Now watch your head..." *he kindly puts the man in the police car and they speed away trying to beat the word*

*Two FBI officers come out of a police car stopping in front of Jonathon, flashing their badges* "Sir you wont be needing that car ride and we can give you one just put on these." *He is holding handcuffs in his hand the other holding his hand on a gun holster*

*Right as this is all going down three S.W.A.T. teams can be seen outside Kevin's workshop throwing flash bangs in each room they enter not even saying they are entering and keep moving tactically within the area and moving within the shop waiting to find Kevin.*

*she is being slowly walked away into a containment van as it pulls up extremely fast and stops making burn marks as she is put inside inside is one of Jakob's security guards* "Hello, we need to talk, lets try and make this as fast as possible alright, who is the man hiring you Jonathon, and Kevin... unless you like prison and helping murders I suggest you tell me."

*she is taken away and her phone to be used as Evidence as she is restrained she is being taken away and tons of detectives go into search the room for anything of use*

*The men have guns aiming at her seven officers dressed in military equipment carrying heavy weaponry are yelling at her* "GET THE FUCK ON THE GROUND NOW!" *seven of them are all shouting this at once and continue to* *the confusion is nearly deafening as they aim their guns to her one shot from them and Elexis is no more*

*a lot of whispers could be heard as you can tell they are waiting for the official order, for a second a calm silence can be heard throughout everywhere as it is announced again stopping the complete silence* "THIS IS THE POLICE OPEN UP!"

*Right as she answers the phone a knock can be heard at her door* "THIS IS THE POLICE OPEN UP!" *tons of footsteps can be hear outside the door constantly running around preparing for a breach and if she looked out the window she could see at least four S.W.A.T. vans and a couple of FBI agents standing outside*

AFTER THE PICKUP OF JAKOB'S "WIFE" *the cars roll out of Russo house one by one they silently are off and there is no talking in the back of the Limo for a short while tell Jakob begins to talk sitting slumped in the back of the Limo.* "Are you trying to get yourself killed?" *she looks at him questionably* "I just went for a drive, no need to get upset." *she is smiling sarcastically trying to get him winded up Jakob looks to her and overlooks the cuts up and down her body* "You understand we had the whole program looking for you right?" *she shakes her head* "Well we did and the whole Agency blamed your stunt you pulled there on me, you are under Witness Protection..." *she interrupts him fast before he can continue* "Its not going to happen again boss." *she says boss sarcastically* *Jakob shakes his head and continuous to press on* "He is coming here..." *she stops suddenly seeming frightened by what he said* "What can we do?" *she is shaking now her light blue eyes look to the floor and a tear falls as well* *he takes out his cellphone and shows her a picture of Elexis* "She knows where he is, I had one of the Agents follow her home. We will figure out where he is in only a short while." *she smiles a saddened smile but with a glimmer of hope then Jakob answers the question in her mind* "He will pay for what he did to you don't worry."

*the convoy pulls into Russo's house lightly driving but the man in the limo dosent come out just one of the bodyguards and waits outside having a quick smoke before he begins to relax*

Jakob Nunes 10/24/86 He stood on top of what the kids called "the slab", which was just what used to be the old foundation of a building that was completely ripped off one day and they just left the foundation untouched. The kids at the school pretty much saw this as the perfect arena for fighting, seats were set up all around the slab by the school they also used it for recreational activities. Every time a fight would be brought up the kids always brought it there, or dragged their opponent to humiliate them in front of everyone this was one of those days. A kid black hair way at least six feet tall was pulling a kid onto the slab. The kid was already beaten down, his eye blackened his nose bloody his entire face swollen. He was being dragged by his sweater and was let face smacking the ground. He is being told to get up by the kid. So he does struggling to stand he takes a punch straight to the head after a while of doing this everyone is watching pretending they can't do anything about just watching the kid get the life beaten out of him eventually they ask him to stop getting up and the kid even feels bad trying to help him up but then the beaten child punches the kid in the lip enough to make the kid stop helping him and a slight lip bleed. The beaten child stood up his face raised blood pouring out his nose and from cuts around all his bruises. The black haired kid wiped the blood of his lip and went in for a punch but that's were the beaten child lowered his body making the kid miss the punch then he attacked his legs wrapping his arms around his legs and lifted him a bit then slammed him on the ground. The black haired kid was stunned and that's when the beaten kid jumped onto top of him into a full mount position and started elbowing and punching his face until he saw that the kid would no longer fight then he grabbed him by is long greasy black hair and brought his ear to his mouth and said "Don't fuck with me." One of his friends handed him his hat and he put it on and walked off before the teachers would come for him. That's when a girl came up to him as he walked away "Jakob..." He reckognizes her voice and stops "Jade what do you want?" His fifteen year old voice seems unfazed by the bruising and beating he just received she seems really worried "What are your parents going to say?" He thinks a little bit before he continues "Beat the shit out of me." She looks even more worried then before so he tries to lie not wanting to make her worry "I'm kidding they'll just ground me or something..." She looks to Jakob real quick staring in his green eyes as"You might think your some expert liar but I know you more than you think." He looks to her and is about to continue to walk but then she interrupts his movements "Your a tough guy you know that?" He responded "All I did was let a kid beat the shit out of me, the fucker wouldn't stop though." He walks off the school campus bloodied by what just happened. "Jakob wake up." he is inside his apartment that seemed decent, he was lying on his bed and when he heard that he jumped from his bed with sweat covering his face. Jade stood at the door wearing one of his shirts that was obviously to big for her. Her light blue eyes were the most beautiful of her kind and he light dirty blond hair later on top of her shoulders. He seems to be calmed from the nightmare he just had by Jade "Hey you got to get to class," she says it worried like seeing him like that "I made you some bacon egg sandwiches." Jakob still sitting there in bed "Ya alright I'll... be right there in like a minute." She leaves the room and you can hear her pouring coffee in two mugs. Jakob gets up and gets dressed finding a Vans sweater and hat and sets them on the bed, then looking down realizing he has no boxers on he grabs one and puts it on. Finding some sweat pants he puts them on along with the rest of the clothes and goes out with some blonde hair hanging out of his hat.

*he shakes his head* "Ain't going to happen but here you can have this maybe to make you think about it." *he shoves an FBI badge into the camera*
