Will there be a police record on everyone listing their crimes or offences?

What is the purpose of having a passport? Is there going to be more than one map?

How will the character building system work? Will it be similar to the Sims franchise?

Are there plans to have a build mode for the interior and/or the exterior of a house to change wall positioning etc., similar to sims?
