The devs have said that they aren't sure how to handle shooting from in a vehicle, and I think I may have a solution. I think that if you're going to shoot from inside a car, that your gun should have to be outside the window to avoid shooting through your windshield (it would then need to be fixed if you put holes through it). And since your hand will be hanging out the window, your shots would be extremely unstable/inaccurate and difficult to aim. That way people can NOT EASILY headshot the guy behind them when they're going 100mph, but you can at least try. This would also be much better than having to stop the car, get out, shoot a few times, hop back in a drive off. drive-bys are a real thing and i feel they should be in the game, even if it's hard to actually kill someone while doing it. Hopefully the devs will consider this, let me know what you guys think!

Well tax and rent are separate, tax goes to the government and rent goes to the property owner, so if you own a building and rent it out to other players, you are the land lord and the landlord should pay the property tax since they are the owner. If you own the property you don't pay rent to anyone, but you have to pay the property tax.

Right i thought he meant if you log off like overnight or something, that would make sense though. If you totally own the building, and don't need to pay rent, is there property tax or something?

You still own the warehouse, I believe the only instances zones are the apartments, everything is actually in the world. Picture real life, if you buy a warehouse, somebody can't come along and buy it when you're out of town or asleep. It's yours until you sell it

I just want to point out that when I was in high school I bought a 1999 truck for about $3000 and it had cruise control, I think it's fair for all vehicles to have it since not only expensive ones have it irl and people will have problend with police for accidental speeding

Also I believe they said you have the option to roll your car windows down to talk to pepole outside the car or whatever, so thats already better than gta, having to break your windows out every time you do anything

I was actually thinking it would be fair to only let passengers shoot, or what you said where if the driver is shooting, his driving capabilities should be very limited. I'm hoping they do make it more realistic and difficult than gta, like when you're on a motorcycle with a gun in your throttle hand but still abe to accelerate and shoot, doesn't make sense and still way too easy to hit your target. I dont really like comparing identity to gta since I know it will be completely different and they're going for realism

Yeah that's all part of the fun! Either way they do it i think its all around a great idea, and i'm sure they'll find a great way to implement it

I was thinking even if its just a group that hangs out there a lot, not actual gang territory. just picture the "hey buddy this is our bar" Maybe they'd make the other people passing through pay them a tax or something. Mainly for RP purposes since I don't think they want players owning bars and clubs for the social aspect

Anyone know if they'll have cigarettes or other tobacco we can smoke to prove to everyone that we're one of the cool kids?

I think it would be cool if they had 4-5 spread out across the map, I have a feeling some clubs might want to "claim" a bar as "their" territory or something, so it would be kinda cool too see different clubs or gangs unofficially control areas, or maybe use the bars as meeting places.

Can't wait to watch the drunken shootouts in the parking lot! Lol but seriously I really like this idea, i'm pretty sure they're planning on doing this already

Nice man bmw bikes are amazing, I was looking into a g650 gs for a while. My dad was always a Harley guy and he ended up getting a bmw f800r which is more of a sport bike. he's about 55 and he loves it lol. You'll definitely be happy with bmw they treat their customers like royalty

I'm sure they'll have a wide variety of all vehicles and bikes. I think they've confirmed dirtbikes, I just hope we can customize them. Most games ive played don't let you change the wheels, and I have a 400cc supermoto IRL so I'd love the option to make one in game. I'll definitely have to get a Harley too in game.

I'm not really talking about any design in particular, just requesting that we can choose where to put them

I'd be totally ok with preset ones but I'd just like to see options for where you can put them and how big. For example let's say there's a bird tattoo, you should be a able to make it small and put it on your hand, or be able to make it big enough to cover your whole back. That way people can't just draw a bunch of dicks and they have to choose from already drawn models, but they can still fully customize everything instead of "left arm tattoo #1" and so on
