the new update is currently being tested, there are still some things that they are working on. we havent given any specific date because we don't know when the update is ready to be presented to the public

the game breaking bugs have been fixed for a while, however there are still some minor bugs here and there, but the mayor ones are gone by now.

who said they aren't going through with it? they are still developing the game, they didn't stop or anything like that

I understand that you might be suspicious, but if you don't believe they are still working on the game go ahead and check their steamDb link, they have updated their admin build around 4 hours ago.

no, the modules are standalone pieces and they do not get added to one another, you can still access town square separate from the swat module and you can access the swat module separate from the racing module.

The swat module is more of a vs scenario, like csgo, its not open world like town square is. So technically you could be a cop but it wont be the same experience as an actual cop

you can be a cop once the beta is out(after all 3 modules), right now this is only the first module. they are thinking of adding some jobs to town square, but there are no guarantees that this will actually happen, and if it happens there is no guarantee that a police job will be one of them.

The only eta there is right now is 2019, which can also be found on the steam page. Do keep in mind that this is not official yet and can always be subject to change.

as of right now you can already sort the clothes by alphabet/type, if the clothing order doesn't change, just put an item in your basket and it will refresh automatically

everyone gets the studio apartment in town square for testing purpose, unless you bought a package containing the studio apartment, this apartment will disappear from your owned apartments upon beta, if you upgrade your apartment you will also keep your one bedroom apartment. currency will be present in the beta(after all modules), they might be planning to add currency to TS later down the line but this isn't certain, once the beta launches your character will be reset, once the beta ends and full game releases your character will be reset again.

I would rather have them fix the last bugs before the role out some new content, and like i said before, new karaoke songs have been added already. There is no need to stir the pot and try looking for an argument, lets all just wait out and see what happens

These first patches have been released already, some of these patches fixed the memory leaks, others fixed the decorarion problems and accesibility of the pledged apartments. New songs for karaoke have also been released in a patch.

the town square(first module out of 3) has been released to the public for a bit over a month, its released on steam and playable. Keep in mind that you can only play it when you own founder package or above, or if you buy it on steam. beware that this isn't the full game yet.

the mayor things that will be added to town square are the gun range, tattoo parlor, the book writing/reading and the hairdresser at the moment

funny thing is, the module isn't even a beta, but an alpha. and its still in first week of release people are treating the alpha like a full game/beta and that is a huge mistake, they all just gotta wait for the next patch to roll around, it will fix a lot of connection issues.

steam wasn't the one pressing the release button though, that countdown was not official... asylum pressed the button to release it and now all is in steams hands. have you never worked with steam before?

its 6pm in canada meaning they still have 6 hours, that's a fairly long amount of time

its because you don't have beta access... you need the founders edition to get a beta key, this only grants you access to the full game

it will most likely come out between 9am-5pm est

don't go off from the steam countdown, its not entirely accurate, it might drop sooner/later
