I was wondering if there was any possibility of carrying over any financial backing of the Asylum Altis life servers to Identity? Not a big deal, was just thinking it would be cool if our contributions carried over somehow. Even in a small way.

In the interest of prosperity and wealth, how many criminal organizations would be interested in forming a cartel? In other words, a loosely organized group of individual gangs/orgs that cooperate enough to maintain steady cash flow in all directions (gun running, smuggling, drug trafficking, kidnap/ransom, etc)

The Cartels I'm seeing aren't actual cartels, merely gangs adopting the title of a Cartel. What I'm proposing is a kind of federation of these individual gangs cooperating just enough to ensure cash flow and product aren't interrupted by needless (And expensive) turf violence. Especially when the police are going to be fairly active. The cartels in Mexico, much like the cartels of this place aren't real cartels anymore. Most of them have broken up and devolved into large gangs. Cartels are about business arrangements between very different organizations, to include the mob and mafia. A true cartel is about nothing more than wealth.

Ah that's too bad. I was hoping maybe just a legacy thing, like a special clothing item or flag/banner to hang in a home. Thanks for the response.
