If I were you, go check out the other organized crime posts, and see how they are structured and base them off of theirs. Don't copy or anything cause that will get you into some trouble in game, but try and make this post look a bit more professional. Like your motto btw -

If everybody was earning a couple grand a week, than it wouldn't be too nice as people buy like 1 grand in some of the packs so if it were just like 100$ and u can afford a decent amount (i know there are various jobs, im just giving an example) of items to sustain urself -

Through the form you sign, you will have to pay more and more if you keep it long past it is due. After 7 days, you pay the full fine of the car and give the car back as well. Past that, and My associates and I will file several police reports on the stolen car and the customer not paying their dues etc. The car will be found in a matter of days hopefully and the customer will be apprehended ( as i have their credentials ) and they will no longer be able to step onto our grounds.

Had to search up the category, but I have played Shadowbane as well as Wizard 101 that sort of got me interested in games that you have to grind at, but switched my eyes to racing games due to my passion for cars. -

90 dollars is very minimal compared to the 1.2 million they made out of actual, supportive players unlike you -
I feel like this would be more economy based in the sense of a stock market which would be great, but i'm not 100% sure if it's going to or not be implemented
