Hi! I'm Order, and I joined just yesterday! I never made an introduction, though, so here I am now! I'm really excited for this game, and I want to support it's community and development as best I can. It's nice to meet all of you, by the way! I wont waste any more of your time; thanks for reading!

This progress is making me all happy on the inside!
-
The module and the website were delayed, I believe. I know the module is delayed. The fact the website is not here makes me believe that it too was delayed.
-
The others have a fair right to be angry, but you do have a point. This game isn't a scam. Steam, a respectable company, has approved it. Steam it going to follow through on what they've promised. If they didn't, they'd lose a lot of their reputation. Asylum isn't getting anoher change if they botch this up. It can only end badly for all sides if this game flops. I believe the consumers have a right to be miffed, but claiming this game is a scam simply doesn't hold up anymore. Also, I would just like to clarify that I, myself, am not mad at all at Asylum. I support this game. I just believe that there are acceptable causes for the frustration of fans.

Hopefully we will find one another!

You'll be able to spot me immediately. I'll be the one not using voice chat and hiding in a corner.
-
Same here, mah dude! I'm gonna have to snag myself a cup of tea, but I'm down with cheering!

The module isn't finished yet. The team will send the keys out when it is done. If you check the modules tab and find the TS module, there is a task tracker that should give you an estimate of when it will be done. Or, you can take a peek at that helpful table offered above!

Asylum, I trust you, and I support you. However, people are getting uneasy. All I ask from you is to at least be honest. If things aren't going as quickly as you wish, please, just tell us. Give us a heads up. Coding is hard. This can't be easy for you. I believe you're trying, but there isn't a reason to keep us stumbling hopefully in the dark for that glimmering token that you dangle just out of reach. I beseech you to heed the words that I have spoken and those before me. I'm not giving up on you here, and I'm not doing it in the future. I've pledged, and I support. Don't fear those who want to see you do great.

*Slides in* I'm giving this game all my support! 100%!

This helps me believe. Thank you so much for doing this! I support it whole-heartedly!

Well. . . I figured this would happen. Another poll for everyone.
Order replied to HAWK's topic in The Town Square
I cannot approve of the numerous delays, but I still have faith in this team. It's too late for the company to back out now. I understand everyone's reasons for their own opinion, and I believe both stances are valid. Asylum hasn't been handling this as well as they could have, but I still believe they're trying.- 34 replies

I'll be blunt: I did not get that part. I still have faith in this game, though!

Oh, then I do apologize! I looked but didn't see it when I said that.

Is Verbal Communication Required?
Order posted a question in Tourism (Q&A)
Pardon me if this has already been asked, but I am wondering if the use of microphones or any form of speaking in real life to communicate in-game is set in this game. Is voice chat optional? Can we avoid it? -
The forums and purchasing area are separate. They do not affect one another.
-
The module isn't quite finished yet. Asylum will send those who got beta access Steam keys when it is done.
-
Formally, they didn't say it was delayed. However, the community is saying that because the tracker is monitoring the TS progress, the tracker is the better teller of release time. The tracker is not saying the Town Square is finished.
-
Then, given that information, I'd say giving them two more days would be good. They delayed the 21st date two days for the 23rd, but if they hadn't done much those two days, then two working days should suffice.
-
I believe in this game, not just because of optimism, but because they have about a million dollars under their belts, and they've made their ties to Steam very overt. Steam is a respected company/system/whatever-it-is, and cannot afford to risk scamming everyone like this. Steam has to trust Asylum, and they seem to, so in turn, I'm going to trust Asylum. I don't know how long this game will take, but I'm willing to be patient. We're seeing changes and improvements. We know they're doing work. Delays are aggravating, yes, but it is going to mean well in the end.
-
I agree with you there, Wilsonplays. Asylum can't really back out now. It's just a matter of being patient.
