The Town Square Module is not out yet, however in the stream today the devs confirmed that once they have the keys on Friday, the next week they'll move in furniture, then start interviews locally, then hire them. The programmers coming in will have to be trained by Sone, but when that's done, a lot of them will be working on the Town Square Module, as they confirmed.

If you backed and signed up for the emails, you will get the email. If you weren't a kickstarter or early website backer, you can expect to likely get the email much later than those who did. Some reported waiting until about 2 AM Eastern Time for previous dev blogs.
