Are you going to the elevator, seeing that your name should be highlighted in the search bar already, hit search, it takes you to floor 4. then when you get off the elevator, an on screen message should pop up saying your room is 410, then opening your inventory to show your items? Make sure you arent going to any FLOOR PLANS you will NOT be able to customize those.

2 years ago the "game" was still in production, so you didn't buy a game, you backed a project. Theirs a difference. A lot of people understand your frustration but don;t take into account the small team they have and the amount of times they've reworked the entire Town Square, about 3 times actually with the most recent rebuild being this past year. So yes, things in video will seem different from what you can currently do but that does NOT mean that's how it's always going to be. This is the first release, with a hand full of patches, they're doing the best they can with the resources they have. A triple A game company can spend 80-upwards of 200 million on game production and have issues worse than what Identity has seen. No one is forcing you to stay, we are hoping you be a little more patient and hope to see the hard work they are trying to accomplish for us.

They are working on getting everyone the apartment they pledged/paid for. Currently everyone will have the same studio apartment. Also, it is normal for furniture to disappear and reappear, as they are aware of that issue and are also working on a fix for that.

That's why the Town Square module was named the "Social Module"

They are aware of people not getting the apartments they paid for and are working on a fix for that as well as making the furniture stay after you place it. The VIP pack has more money given plus a lot more clothes as well which ups the price of the pack as well.

Hahahaha that happened to me too! I designed it, left, came back and it was all gone so I designed it again, differently, left again then came back and it was back to my original design.

They're working on loading and database issues. People have found that if you keep trying to join you will eventually get in. Many are having issues loading in the server and the devs are highly aware of that.

A few bugs yes, as with every alpha module release, their will be bugs and issues. You cannot expect it to work 100% all of the time..especially at this state.

First name being taken is being fixed. You'll be able to make a character with the same first name and different last name eventually, they're focusing on stability right now.

They are aware of the furniture disappearing, and they are working to fix that. Nothing can be mounted on walls as they are also working on that issue as well. I was having that issue as well.
