Well the devs say that money will be close to the real thing and so youd guess that prices would too. Either theyd boost down the price of housing or maybe housing is more of a goal to reach, possibly being hundreds of thousands of dollars for a house and even more as you go up to high end stuff. Who knows? Ahh.. @HairyGrenade, please could you shine some of your godly light on this question

Yes, as @Sicario said you can always create an out of game website to advertise your business until we know more about this topic. I have a thread containing quite a few community made websites that you can have a look at. Feel free to look at these made by various people on the forums and take ideas if it is something you'd like to do.

Something like this has already been mentioned: There are restaurants and fast food joints in game that are AI run so my guess is that there wont be a culinary career but you might be able to craft together simple good items in your kitchen. No idea though. @HairyGrenade can you let us know of anything we are missing here.

*As the lights turn green and the Shelby cruises off Michael slowly pull off the line and begins riding down the road with his 2 club members in their positions and the other MC alongside them* *As they are riding, Michael turns to Carter* "Fancy some breakfast?" *As the old Shelby zooms past, Michael flips up his middle finger* "What it ye bastard! Kill me why dont ya!" If its criminal, you can make a group for it. An organised burglar group sounds pretty cool. Having the ability to talk tactics with your teammates to make sure you dont get caught and so on.

I understand where you are coming from mate, im no jerk...im a c**t but i cant help that I know i can get pretty rowdy when it comes to people ignoring things and posting repeats but you must see where im coming from with this. Yes. The devs update the percentage manually when they think they have done a significant amount of work. So far, since the start of this website it has gone up once but you never know, by tomorrow or a few days it may shoot up all the way to 100%. You just dont know until the devs do it. We all just need to sit tight.

Oh...My...Goodness! Its so bloody easy to use a search bar. hell you probably searched up identity on google to get here. NO! if you wouldve researched you would know that there is no flying in the game whatsoever. It may however come in the future. PLEASE use the search function because it actually works!
