You can't espand your house;if you want to have more space you'll need to buy another home/building/apartment/warehouse/garage. You'll get a free apartment as a "starter home",the price for other apartments is variable,depending on the luxury,etc...

You can change rank by going in the shop and clicking the rank you want to be and,since you already had purchased a rank, you'll spend [amount of money of the rank you want to be] - [amount of money of your current rank]. Just do the same process you used for buying the citizen rank,also you can't downgrade to a different rank...just upgrade or stay the same.

Well... based on what people here on the forum say not everyone will do crime;and by doing there will be risks. In the forum I rode about lot of various businesses, of players that will join police and companies that prevent crime. Also the passive mode is not a completely "wrong" idea, in fact there will be places where you can't get killed or kill (probably in some buildings),for roleplaying/afk reasons I think...

I think the developer already planned on putting some restrictions; for responding to your questions: 1- There aren't going to be sniper rifles. 2- There will be ATMs so that people will be able to take only the money you have in your pocket. 3- I don't think that players can start a fire,but it will spawn randomly;also it fire won't destroy a building, it will make it inaccesible for a period of time 4- You'll earn money ONLY if you do your job 5- The only use for corrupting police would be information and not arresting certain people,the politicians will have limitations in making law so you'll need to corrupt a lot of them; also corruption seems like a good roleplay

I'm probably stay in anapartement for some time...then move in a smaller city (maybe near the sea) or in the forest. Depends on what I decide to be and do
