Joseph Steel was born in Leningrad in the former Soviet Union born to a KGB Officer and a Mother who worked in a munitions factory. Several years later when Joseph was 14 his family immigrated to Dallas, Texas after the collapse of the Soviet Union. Beginning high school just speaking Russian he was tormented by the other kids, until he cracked upon one of the other kids skull... So yeah, he was expelled and his parents got him into another school where he stayed till he graduated. For the next 7 years he spent his time in the military but he was never a good person.
