You cannot be a cop (patrol cop) until at least the Beta. You can play as S.W.A.T. when the S.W.A.T. module comes out. When Town Square comes out, there will not really be any police, nor will there be currency. (Ergo, no need for a police job).

I don't believe you can "pick" sirens, (like picking horns for cars in GTA V), but there are different audible siren choices that go along with the default siren sound. Some vehicles have access to different options than others. https://clips.twitch.tv/KathishAthleticDonkeyTBTacoRight @MarineYes, it is a toggle, and you can toggle between ONLY SIREN, ONLY LIGHTS, or BOTH.

There will be mansions, and they will be big. Certain mansions will function as a capture point for cartels/other criminal organizations. These mansions will be similar to the one from the movie "Scarface". The other "mansion" will be a penthouse.
