Nobody has said this yet, but there will probably be some kind of pre-made website for criminals. Also, counterfeit money isn't going to be a thing, and weapons are not going to be a big thing, either. A big part of this is realism, so criminals will be carrying civilian-grade rifles and pistols, not prototype military-grade fully auto machine-guns. These would be very rare. But, like I said, expect a website for criminals!

I play it some, I just hate how many micro-transactions and DLCs there are. Like CS:GO not being a tactical game anymore, PAYDAY 2 (not to me, to the majority) isn't a crime game anymore.

Like I said before in another post, whoever "bought" a package simply made a donation, and they should have had prior knowledge to the fact that this is a game in-development, ergo there will be delays. You were not promised a release date, just given one. The devs and staff want you to enjoy this game, but would you rather get an unfinished program now, or wait a few months and then get a finished program? So no, this isn't just a way to keep the people going and giving them false hope. This is the game-development wagon, and delays are simply part of it.

I do not think this is a possibility. You could put a balaclava on and say you are someone else, but besides that, no. Debit cards are confirmed, but they cannot be stolen. Scanners on ATM's are not happening, either, I don't believe. I am unsure about peeping at PIN numbers, though. However, you can take money off of a player that has been killed.

I believe most of what you said is going to happen. I am not sure about multiple people/phone lines, but live radio broadcasts AND multiple stations are confirmed.
