A company your size will on occasion, unknowingly hire some employees who think they aren't being paid enough and remove items from warehouses or office space for personal use or gain. They will also on occasions, steal trucks or cargo and report as a jacking. You will need someone who can keep an eye on these things to keep the customers happy, money flowing and employees knowing there are eyes on them.
