Underground Black market sort of deal when you want to place a hit. Depending on the persons position rates differ. ultimately its up to the hitman themselves for their rates. but generally other players would look to their reputation and previous jobs as a reference point. Also there can be a general bounty placed where various hitmen would try to kill the target before the others and would need to show proof that they completed the job to receive payment. Also, Special instructions and information can be given to the hitmen like cause of death, daily routine, persons name, living location, job, etc.

He was a key member of his community up until he graduated from university. After that he went to law school. He thought by finishing law school he can get himself into a position of power and get himself where he needs to be to fulfill is final goal of making sure all the criminals of the world meet their end, not just prison, but death.
