  1. When the player gets shot

This has all been discussed within the community before. Please use the forum Search bar before posting as it's most likely already been discussed. It just helps to prevent any double-posts or spam You do have some good suggestions, however, many of these have already been discussed in the past: Even if you attack someone but don't kill them, that's still ASSAULT which is a crime so you're going to get into trouble for that too. If you're injured but not dead, you'll still be able to call 911. As for bounties, it probably won't work like that. It's not Red Dead Redemption, however, you can always, unofficially pay hitmen (other players) and gangs to track down a target for some money. You should check some of them out here. Instead of bounties, it will most likely be; if the criminal escapes, the police would question the victim and any available witnesses (if any) to ask if they saw a name (names appear above player's heads). If they are able to provide a name, I'm sure the police will be able to register it on their Police Computer (fitted in all police vehicles; except for police bikes, I think) and will create an All-Points Bulletin (APB). This will mean officers should keep a lookout for the suspect/criminal and arrest on-sight. Fines and charges such as jail time and prison will depend on the General Economy and how the current Governor will choose to work it. The Governor will also decide upon healthcare and hospital billings. Some Governors may wish to privatise healthcare whereas some may want it to be open and affordable for all island citizens. It depends on the Governor and the General Economy. Plus, there will be tax too, so keep that in mind. I highly suggest taking a look around the forum, especially here: FAQ (by Motown) FAQ Extended (by JamesLuck01) Reddit Q&A Q&A Podcast w/ Devs (by TheDynasty) Q&A Podcast w/ Devs (by PowerGaming7) Again, you DO have some great ideas and suggestions, I'm not doubting that for a second, it's just that they have already been discussed quite a few times before

  3. Running

That's what I meant. I know you can steal cars and drive without a license; I was speed-typing on my phone.
  4. Updated List of Candidates & Poll!

Thank you, @MauriceClinton. I wish you the best in this race and I'm sure you'll definitely be a difficult opponent. It'll be exciting to see the outcomes once the full island opens.
  5. Running

I imagine there will be limits like stamina and such so some parts you will need to walk rather than run if you're exhausted. I also believe there's bicycles so you could always cycle if you wanted. The island will be pretty large so I don't think running would be a smart idea.
  6. Hamilton Homes - Landlords & Security Guards Needed!

Lots of excellent, high-paying careers with us are still available!
  7. Hamilton Party Careers

    We're still constantly recruiting!
  8. Updated List of Candidates & Poll!

I encourage all candidates to use this thread as a way of keeping track of your support even though it is just a rough estimate.
  9. Running

There will be cars which you can purchase and drive. Alternatively, if you're wishing to roleplay as a criminal you can always go down the "theft" route, but preferably just buy a vehicle. Note: You'll need a driving licence before you can drive legally. Please look further into the website as this is very common knowledge within the community.

  11. Looking for a job that will get me LOADED in Identity

http://www.identityrpg.com/community/forum/7-job-bank/ A simple search around the forum first wouldn't have hurt.
  12. 89%

Respectfully, this has been asked quite a few times in the past so please be sure to use the "Search" bar here on the Forums, before posting. The above comments have already said what I would have probably said. They've recently moved into a new building earlier this week so that would have taken up quite a bit of time too.
  13. The Hamilton Party

I agree, @Zyrus did an AMAZING job with it!

  15. Hello from Iowa, USA

Glad to help. It's always a pleasure meeting the newcomers and making them feel welcomed (or at least I try to anyway ). If you're not interested in owning a business, there are PLENTY (and trust me, I mean "plenty") of different businesses hiring here and more importantly; here P.S - Please TAG or QUOTE me in replies as I won't be notified of your response otherwise.
  16. Hello from Iowa, USA

If you check out some of the links that I've provided you should be able to find some more information about the game and "what the game will have to offer". I know that many people are creating companies right now. For example, if you look in my Signature (globally below my posts/comments), you'll see that I'm running for Governor in-game with my party called The Hamilton Party. It also links to the party's website that I made. There's also the "Hamilton Homes" business I'll own when the game comes out. I'm not trying to advertise or promote to you right now (although, "2 birds, 1 stone" I suppose) but my point is that like me, many are making businesses and websites for their companies that they'll have in-game just so that they can be prepared for when the game releases (not for quite a while; no release date yet). People are also creating law firms and becoming lawyers so if you truly wished to go down that route; you could. If a person is sentenced to prison with a sentence over 15 real-time minutes, they can appeal to go to court which will notify all players nearby to come in for Jury Duty. This gives the offender a chance to speak in defence for themselves or have a lawyer help them in the case. The Jury will then vote. As for gardening, I believe I remember hearing it being discussed briefly but it won't be a priority in regards to releasing since there's so more important things needing done. Perhaps in the future. Right now they are just working on the Town Square module. P.S - Please TAG or QUOTE me in replies as I won't be notified of your response otherwise.

  18. Where do you plan on living?

I'd love a house near the city but on the beach.

P.S - Your text is pretty dark there and, although it isn't too difficult to read, it took a little bit of extra focus to read properly. You don't need to if you don't want to but, just so you're aware, you can click "Edit" under your post, highlight all (CTRL+A if clicked in text box) and change the colour from there. Again, this is entirely optional

I believe @LuciousTimes already made one in which politicians discuss individual topics. @FrancePourLaVie

  22. Radical Democratic Left Party (RDLP)

@MauriceClinton What are the party's views and policies regarding the LGBTQ+ community, homelessness and gun control? I know that you say "people[/, they] must be allowed to buy weapons and, if necessary, use them." but how would you enforce actual gun CONTROL so that people won't misuse and/or abuse this policy?

  25. Attacking People For What They Want to Do In Identity

Such an unnecessary reply just looking to create conflict. On a post about not attacking others and "keep[ing] the community friendly", here you are calling us "hippies" and "dumb". Also, age has no factor in this conversation. @MntnChicken is incredibly mature and respectful for his age and I'm even willing to go as far as to say that he's being more mature than you right now. Don't start conflict. This post is discussing friendliness and peaceful behaviour and you come rushing in trying to insult us for wanting a kind community. Be respectful or don't bother replying.
