Fixing "money problems" directly will vanish many other problems, e.g. declearing prohibition over drugs will increase their value, which will increase farmers profit, which will enrich rural areas, since they have more money. Starting or salvation needing businesses will get funds. Businesses are #2 prority. Even if some businesses doesn't produce profit..... money circulation is #3 priority. I belive it encourages players to interact more as contract means safe trust. Variety of deals are endless when using contracts !!! Especially when thinking outside of the box !!! If someone needs a car to drive to countryside in order to visit his friend who makes ... pot , player could loan car from another stranger . In return, let´s say the borrower must return car scatheless, full gas tank and 20g pot. Well there are "holes" in this custom contract. What happens when 1 player decides to quit game? or contract term(s) has been violated? What would be your suggestion to make contracts safer? One thing is certain.... it can not be another player, such as police officer or city council as it becomes real work for them to deal with violated contracts. Well that is my idea, hate it or love it.... as a governor i´d use contracts to manipulate crime lords and other men in power

During illegal times they can generate profit, even when selling to mobs or directly to consumer. + citizens will "need" drugs for their effects. Most likely there are going to be drivers to deliver drugs from farmers to mobs. It would be rather amusing, to see a truck, with a trailer full of cannabis, crashing near police department.

I hope you know, that to become legal corporation, first you have to make all those businesses. Right now i counted 13 different fields, which means 13 different owners if 1 citizen can make only 1 business. Most probably it will be up to government if you can work in corporation and in its business at the same time. Maybe you have already have that settled out, then we´d like to see business names that are going to work under you. Besides, corporations are paying double taxes. Well, corporations do have bigger capital and you can keep alive businesses that might go bankrupt when working alone. I look forward to meet a citizen who can make working and legal corporation.

Officers need to prove citizens that they exceeded speed limit, i presume. Radar would show citizens name, allowed speed limit and drivers speed limit, i guess. What would happen if officer, located in 50 km/h area, measures the speed of driver who is driving in 70 km/h area?
