If i'm not mistaking it will work just as DRFELIXPHD says. Here I'm guessing that you will start off as a cadet with like a taser and maybe a basic police car (not that fast) and then they probably will have some trusted members with higher ranks that will have responsibility for promotions and to kick off people that don't fit as police officers. On private servers however, I think most of them will do interviews before you are allowed to join the police force.

I hope we don't get PMS since that would mean we would get access to powerful weapons. I would instead like to have security companies that have access to like tasers, pistols and maybe MP5 (or some weapons like this).

If i remember correctly you will have to get to the station to get on duty.

I think they did say something about player owned houses wouldn't be able to get burned down but they would be able to catch fire so you need the firefighters to put the fire out before you can use the house again.

I really hope that there will be different careers to specialize on. But at the same time it is important that every firefighter can do the job they need to do.
