According to Paratus, there will definitely be an AU server. Which server will your family be playing on?
-
UPDATE: Completely revised + only accepting made guys willing to play on the Oceania server, sorry.
-
A concierge is a hotel employee. The Italian word 'consigliere' translates roughly into english as 'advisor', so that's probably what you're looking for. Either way, interesting gang. Which server will you be operating on - US, UK, or AU?
-
Interesting. I like the ranks as well. Curious, which server are you going to operate on - AU, US, or UK?
-
I second this. A Little Italy would encourage serious roleplay and give Italian OC a chance to thrive without the interference of street gangs or cartels.

This is a call to all gang leaders who intend to operate on the Oceania (Australia, NZ, Fiji, PNG, etc) server. I've established a board of directors, so to speak, for all of Oceania's gang leaders, and I invite you to join and participate. Whether your organisation is a cartel, a street-gang, or a crime family like my own, we actively encourage you to make contact. The point of The Commission, as it will be known, is to settle disputes, share political and legal assets (such as corrupt politicians and police) and make sure that everybody is making money rather than being at each other's throats. The Commission will be mutually beneficial, meaning everybody with a seat (position) will have far more opportunities for financial gain open to them. There are no downsides to joining, so send me a private message and we can discuss. Don't express your interest in a response here - one of our main principles is secrecy. Organisations not on the Commission will not be recognised, and therefore have no claim to territory or help. If you aren't the boss of an Oceania-based gang and would simply like to establish good relations, or have a potential business plan, feel free to make contact anyway.

Hey there. I'm from Australia myself. I'm curious, what do you plan on doing in Identity?
-
I'm proposing a commission, made up of the heads of all three families, who will meet up and discuss business issues, mediate conflicts, and generally keep the peace between the families. Any issues relating to family conflicts can be resolved if we put our heads together. J.M

Right before I put a 12 guage buckshot in you.

Please god tell me this is a joke or troll.

Yes I am. Also got a $1,000 headstart.

Hello Dru. Welcome to Identity. What server are you going to be playing on? AU, EU, US?
-
Of course I'm gonna get heaps of people telling me to "shut up because they're working on it", etc, but since a lot of us here have put money into this I think we are allowed to at least ask. At least 1 module was supposed to have been released already, but we haven't seen any. Same deal with updates, even though there is now a devblog, we get very few updates. This is half addressed to the staff / devs, asking if we'll see anything concrete soon, but also half addressed to the people who shoot down anybody who asks this question. Thoughts?

It is possible we will be on the EU server, but more likely we will be on the AU if there is one. Still couldn't hurt having an alliance, send me a message.

Interesting read and it looks like quite a bit of effort has gone into this, but you say that 'cosa nostra' is an oath. Cosa nostra is what mobsters refer to the mafia as, it literally means 'this thing of ours'. Either way, looking good.

We're all obviously here because we are looking forward to Identity, but I think there are a few things that could potentially hurt the final game. Here they are: - Bad roleplayers: people who aren't playing Identity to roleplay and live out realistic arcs, but instead just want to have a super powerful character with no real story arc and no flaws, basically a superhero. also people who name their characters ridiculous things that just aren't names. - Twelvies: twelvies tend to ruin most games they find their way onto, and we can only hope they don't find their way onto Identity. they are not only 95% of the time terrible roleplayers who would be better fitted to GTA V, but also they ruin the immersion and have very little maturity. - Hackers / Trolls: both of these can be dealt with easily, with staff intervention, but if there aren't any measures in place to deal with them I can see them becoming issues. Anyone else have any worries? Maybe staff can answer our worries? Thanks.

How would you know who is a criminal? Also this is basically RDM and pretty bad RP.
-
Since all official servers are going to have one database, and each private server will have its own, its likely that your money will only carry over between official servers.

In real life you don't get people all walking around with these clothes. I think there should be a healthy balance, mostly normal clothes but a few options like this. 85/15

Love this. Can't wait for a movie about my epic rise to power.
-
Why does this remind me of Alex and his droogs in A Clockwork Orange?
-
I have faith in the devs that they won't include most of these outfits.

That's true, I've definitely met a few -15s who can roleplay and act mature, but my concern is that the majority who can't will outweigh the ones who can. Then again, this game attracts people who're interested in RP, so what's to say we won't end up with more mature young roleplayers than immature ones? Gotta wait and see I guess.

Ok have it your way, not going to argue. I said my piece.
