I think like E V E R Y O N E is with you on this one.

If with 'share' you mean having them actually live there, then the answer is not a simple yes or no. There can live 1 person per bedroom. So if you have a single bedroom apartment, or a studio, just you can live there. Two bedroom apartments can have two people living there. One person per bedroom. That's the simple answer. =) But you can invite people to hang out and such, yeah.

Just play a few other games made on the Unreal Engine 4 (UE4). Some are better optimized than others, but it should give you an average idea how well your PC might handle Identity. This is a personal thought: I think the Town Square module will require less of your system since it's closed off. Less than the later full beta anyway.

Pretty sure the controls won't be too hard to learn either. It's not a mil-sim game. :-)

As long as you have access to Steam, you can play Identity. If you are indeed referring to one of India's languages, it is as LuckyDuck says, then no.- 4 replies

Welcome! It's a good package indeed, it's the one I pledged for first before I upgraded to Speed Demon.

Welcome (back)! I understand, I've been here for a while now and I still haven't made a proper introduction myself.

It will only update when the first module comes out. So there's your answer.

Should be at least a good 5 minutes, I hope. To compensate for the long wait?

Welcome to the community! People here know how to RP, trust me on that.

Yes and no. You will be able to live off-grid, but you'll still have your passport. It's as @LuckyDuck said before. When you buy the game, you essentially buy a passport to enter the game. So forging a fake ID is not possible, they are personal documents that cannot be looted or recreated.

Immersion wise sure. Gameplay wise it'll be just the same I suppose. It will still go slow. The whole point -in real life- of an electric bike is that it is not as hard to pedal. It's not like it goes much faster than a regular bike, it just makes it easier on you. So in a game, where you don't pedal physically anyway, it won't make any difference from a regular bicycle. Besides the look that is.

I also recall you won't be able to steal certain vehicles. Like police vehicles, EMT and FD vehicles. In the Arma mods people stole way too many vehicles the moment you tried entering/exiting your vehicle when arriving to a call.

I think it was meant like this: if you have a house with a garage, it's in the actual garage (or next to the curb if you prefer). If it's a communal building (apartments or studios with ground/basement level garages) the garages will be separately instanced. You won't see others their cars in it. It's your instance. Think GTA V MP garages. Imho if a car is spawned too long in the game world without it being acted on, it should despawn into your real or instanced garage to preserve server resources. And as per usual, if I've gotten this wrong or partially wrong, correct me please.

He'll still want to know what your source was. That is what this is all about.

2049: Himmler goes on a rampage and outlaws microwave dinners, soft tissues, and any type of chair with a backrest. The Simpsons renewed for their 60th season.

Can you kidnap someone in the game?
Genesai replied to OKKO's question in Tourism (Q&A)
Not to mention the crap happening on the Arma mods. Pointless kidnapping or being held hostage for prolonged times are one of the few things that made me quit those. -
I decided in two steps. At first I went for Biker, but soon after I upgraded to Speed Demon. It's only $250 dollar, and feels like less in Euro. But I'm not doubling it.

Old cow of a thread, but seeing I was thinking about this as well recently. I don't see too many replies on the matter. So does anyone if there will be such a thing in-game, eventually? I'd really like to know. It would be rather handy in court indeed. In another thread (another bodyguards thread) I've warned some people about the risk of clients not paying you, or your boss not paying you out in unofficial jobs. A contract could help with this in a court of law. In any case it would reduce the time it takes to conclude the matter. =D
-
Just make sure your clients pay you. The beauty of RP is indeed that you don't need a mechanic to make it work, as @Villasenor said. But just remember your clients will have to pay you manually, cash or transaction I suppose. When I assume official careers and jobs will have automated pay, depending on how much work you do. I've read it won't be hourly (passive) in any case.

I figured these blueprints (or floor-plans) deserve their own thread. Some of these are KickStarter only pledges (too late for those; and were in Canadian Dollar), the others are still available on the current website! I've labeled them accordingly. Also, I'm pretty sure the luxury and non-luxury versions will have the same blueprint, just less fancy appliances and such. But I could be wrong. I'll try to get this confirmed. ALREADY DEBUNKED: the luxury versions are LARGER and fancier! Studio apartment ($90 and $100 website pledge reward) (originally uploaded by @LuckyDuck) Luxury one bedroom apartment ($250 website pledge reward) Luxury two bedroom apartment (CA $1,000 KickStarter pledge reward) Penthouse (CA $2,500 and CA $5,000 KickStarter pledge reward)

I'm totally taking the liberty of presuming nearly 95% of PC gamers nowadays have a Steam account. I'm always curious to see what other users play, how many games, total played hours. Of course this doesn't work if you have put your profile to private. So my next question is, link yours? I'll start: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197982381077/ (Genesai G.) And sure, I'm open to adds, but I seldom add by myself. I'll never accept private profiles. My Steam is nearly always on, but I reply in my own time. Edit: I now realize this thread would feel more at home in the off topic section of the forums. I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience.
