Would be cool to give private servers option to enable permanent deaths where that character is deleted and must make a new one?

Would be cool to allow private servers to allow realistic injuries. For example, if you are shot or in vehicle accident. You must recover before using that part again and time to recover will depend on injury. Pain killers will make process a little faster. If possible, add wheel chairs, crutches, casts, etc. If you died then respawned, you will not have any injuries.

All things sex related will not be a game mechanic for several reasons. Nobody can stop you from roleplaying it though! (Unless server doesn't allow it.)

Will there be a advanced inventory system like the amount of things you can hold and items in vehicles. Will it be like My Summer Car (Would be cool!)? Will there be backpacks, duffel bags, etc? If so will you be able to take them off and put them on? (I would like RP taking a duffel bag/backpack to take to work with items I need.)

Will governors have the ability to control the funding to departments? If so, can this be a huge impact in terms of people allowed on-duty, vehicles and amount of them, gear, and more?

I think it would be cool, because they can be corrupt and take all the tax money. Or have have great funding for departments which will open more slots available, vehicles, etc. This will allow more decisions for the governor to make and add more reasons on why do vote for a governor.

Would it be possible to make driving or moving feel like real life? For example, driving at 60mph, you will drive a mile every real life minute?
