When you buy a business do you purchase a building to be able to start a business or start a business then buy a building? Can any business buy a building or any company assets like vehicles, equipment, etc?

This can lead to things not been seen and stuff. This goes for people, vehicle, and property searching. Patrol 1. Many areas to patrol and escape. 2. Places to have realistic response times (a few minutes or more). Case Law & Procedures 1. To base mechanics for police from real life procedures used by real life departments. 2. To base police mechanics from case law and other laws like searching a person, arresting, etc. 3. Make the academy a big challenging to pass. This is to filter people who are there to mess around and who actually want to be a police officer. Force 1. Ability to drag people. 2. Ability to remove people from a vehicle and put them in a vehicle (must open the door first then remove/add)) 3. Ability to cuff/uncuff people. Other officer can add his cuffs and then other cuffs are removed to transfer someone in cuffs. 4. Ability to fight and tackle. Can be a fist fight, baton fight, etc. 5. Add peperspray (can spread to other people and yourself depending on the weather). 6. Animation for upholstering gun. Ability to put hand on holster to remove faster. This is being done for both sides, neither police or civilians will have aircraft. This is being done to allow people to take all roleplay opportunities and not miss RP by flying around the map.

I would love to see a court system in place and realistic one as well. I know Motown said there will be no bonds but I would love to see it. Also having jobs like judges, councilors, bounty hunters, etc. And having a cooperation type of bondsman. People can loan bonds but people who decide to not show up to court will have a bounty hunter after them.

Would it be possible to have a radar in-front of police vehicles and a radar gun? Radar - gets a speed of multiple vehicles at a time. Radar gun - Must aim the gun and gets one vehicles speed (better and better accuracy).

There will be no unmarked vehicles. The developers want civilians to clearly see who is an officer and who isn't. Also means no undercover work, a detective will have a uniform and investigate.

This is due to people rushing the developers to get something out. People wanted proof of just some gameplay. The first true impression will be the first module, not a video. But I do agree with you in terms of saying things will get done and close deadlines will be met.

We were told that these animations were out of date and some better animations are done or being developed. Vehicle physics are not 100% done according to Motown.
