even speculation is pointless given how long it has taken town square. baring in mind how complex programming a working system for guns must be, i would say always expect longer than advertised. -
so it seems that I have been granted a founders hat which only seems to be related to pledging to identity "early in development." it seems it matters not whether you pledged on Kickstarter or the website. this is a little disappointing, i assumed from the very start there would be 2 separate hats. anyone else upset about this or is it just me

it's a hat that recognises you were there from the very beginning, a unique item that only a few thousand people will have. moreover, it was promised in the initial Kickstarter that we would have it. -
scummy move my ass. as the game moves towards completion things will prise to its full price. they haven't raised the item from "normal price" to "expensive" they raised it from "discounted" to "slightly less discounted"

you can take this as a question or descusion, but will there be a way for players to produce and distribute illegal firearms? i have heard about that there is going to be plenty of weapons in identity and im curiouse as to weather some of theese guns will be outloawed and will have to be sourced illegaly from an arms dealer that knows his stuff. i mean we all know that theres gona be player owned buildings, but how will drug/illegal firearm distribution work? i would assume you would own a warehouse and would have to store the weapons there, and actually go out on the street to deal weapons. idk, post your views/ideas on how the illegal comododtie distribution mechanic should work sorry for the terrible spelling, happy new year and GO IDENTITY!!!!!!!!!!

in all honesty there are plenty of players in that age range that are coherent enough for me to be willing to play with, its just that their voices make me want to fucking slap them. my hope is that the game will have a serious enough tone to turn away players in that age range

genuenly fab idea, im a backer myself and would love to see this. the one problem I can see is that I don't think the images would be exclusive for long, as soon as they are posted In the backer only area they would be posted on external sites/services as well. Im not trying to say that only us BACKER SUPERIOUS can see the new content, just that we wouldn't exactly see it first if the femtosecond its posted there it gets posted every where else. as well. just a thought

i feel that they should push it up in smaller incriments but more often, that way it would seem like its actually building up to the release. and when i say small increments i mean litteraly %1 every one or two weeks

i hate to burst your bubble but the game has been heavilly delayed. the first MODUAL (a very small taste of the game) is set to be realeased in a coupple months. the full beta probobly wont be released for at least a year, likley longer.

dude that would mean literaly no progression. in identity the roof is pretty high, you can go all the way from homeless to millionare buisiness owner, that could take WEEKS of time to acomplish. so you're probobly never going to get there if you loose your life with every death, that and perma death would just not work in identity. i couldnt play a game i loose all my progression on so easily. sorry for grammar /spelling -

ah. trailer park boys. love that show, and that rp scene sounds bloody halarious. for me it would be in gmod dark rp, kidnaping the mayor and issuing terrorist threats. good roleplay moments i find where hard to come by in gmod, mostly due to it been stuffed full of 11 year olds who dont know what they are doing. im hoping identity will be a roleplay heaven where decent rpers can frolic, mingle and roleplay to their hearts content.

most people think that undertale is a gift from the gods, the holy grail of gaming. some people have started polls for "best game ever" i personally dont like undertale. thats right you heard me. i think that its rather boring, and i will elaborate on some of my points in a second the ONLY thing undertale has that people go batsh!t crazy nuts for is the story, and from what i have read online its extensive. i am not one of those people that plays a game and "falls in love" with a charicter. i play the game, and i eather enjoy it or i dont. the "actual gameplay" part of undertale is a turn baced rpg that involves you moving a hart around a box dodgeing obgects of projectiles. i'm not a huge fan of this. the attacking is quite simple aswell, simply hit the button at the right time(s) as you will do damage. you could say this system is alot better than normal tbrpg's because you would normally just press a button. one thing people really praise the game for is the fact that it has multiple ways to play, you can go on a murder spree killing everything in your way, and it will affect on the way you progress through the game, being forced to kill serten charicters. again, unless you are really into the story and charecters of the game this wont sound verry apealing. then we move on to the graphics. theres not much to say apart from that it is standard isue "pixel" graphics. what kinda gets to me in recent years is that i find devs dont make games with "actual" graphics, instead they go for a pixel art style and call it retro. sometimes this works and it really is a matter of opinion, but i would prefer it if they actually made it apealing to the eye so post your views down below. undertale yay or nay? (lets try not to get salty here guys. keep it calm)

what do you guys think about a stock market in idendity? they could be real companies owned by players, the value going up and down as it would in real life. it could work SO well in a game like identity, it obviousley presents some ways of abusing it, but just hink about it. you get alot of cash and want to invest it, so you go to your in game pc and decide to invest in this buisness thats doing pretty good. a coupple of real life days later you have profited. but damn, the company just got busted for using stolen materials in production, sell the stocks befrore the value plumbets. this could add a solid economy into the game. it has its goods and bads, so lets descus!

it has been said that the prisons in identity will be just as immersive and fun as the regular game world, so lets descuss what kind of things you want to see specificley. i would like to see a large variaty of craftable prizon weapons like sock maces and makeshift shanks. maybe sokme more powerfull ones if you have the materials. would also be great to see large scale prison riots where the swat have to be called in to calm it all down.

how in depth will the agricultual section of identity? will we be able to purchase a farm, with felds of canola, and a heard of cows? an in depth agricultual section would be GREAT for identity, provinding a good way to make money and it further emerses the player in the game as he drives past a farm, where a farmer is harvesting his fields. what kind of things in game do you want to see in the way of farming? i want to see masive fields with combine harvisters
