    This would mean there would be a News / Radio Station and People who work in it. U can call the News or they Report the Activities who happen in Identity atm. Also when u want to Buy or Sell something, they will make an Auction for you. This People would get a regular Income and get paid for every Auction or Report the do. All get in the Firmbank and from there, the People get paid who work there.
