2 pointsI have backed multiple "pipe dream" games in the last 2 years. This one about 6 months ago, Star Citizen what, 4 years ago? No Man's Sky when it first went to crowd funding, Elite Dangerous, also when first in crowd funding. Kingdom Come: Deliverance also while on Kickstarter. The only one I didn't consider at the time a risk was Elite Dangerous, because they weren't trying to do anything different. It was pitched as just another space flying game. It has of course grown since then to be more than what it originally set out to do. My point is, I find a game I think I want to play, a game that sees the border lines of what games currently do, and decide to cross over them, and if I like the idea of it, I back them. Some games I have backed were complete disappointments, never getting released, never being finished. Some released way too early, only to be made better after release, but many feel too late. No Man Sky, Gold Rush being 2 examples of that. But even those games who never released, they still pushed those boundaries, and other companies realized how much customers wanted them to push those boundaries too. Why is Elite Dangerous becoming the game it is? I do think it is because of NMS, and Star Citizen. I will continue to support innovation in gaming, sometimes supporting a losing battle. This game has the potential to be something great. But, even if it flops, or delivers only 25% of it's promises, other game makers will see that there are players that want to see this feature, or that feature in games, and they will work harder to get it. I don't support a game based on how it is, I support a game based on how it could be, or what it can bring to the table. Some in this thread sound like they have forgotten why they supported this game. Some, have been waiting a lot longer than I was even made aware of the game last year, and I get the frustration. However, put aside your anger. Some, are saying that there is no way this game will ever be good. Seriously, what would make you think that? A toxic community will ruin this game faster than any dev ever could.

2 pointsI'm not being negative, I'm being realist. Even the die hard fans have said that until this game is completely DONE (not just the running around simulator which is Town Square) is going to take a couple of years and will come around in 2020-2021. This is the problem with you, you just label everyone that aren't blindly happy and hyped as being negative and shit when I'm just stating facts.

2 pointsThis is normal sir, the game is not out yet, but will be "very soon"!

2 pointsWe're getting close! You can now connect your Steam account to your Identity game account and obtain your Identity game Steam key. This key will add Identity to your library so that when Identity is released, you can download it and start playing immediately without having to do anything else. To get your key, login on the main site (NOT THESE FORUMS) at www.IdentityRPG.com. You can then go to the Account tab of your profile where you'll see an option to link your Steam account. You must have BETA ACCESS on your account to claim a key! ATTENTION! You can only attach one steam account to one game account, and it's permanent. Be sure you're logged into your game account which has the items you've purchased before attaching a Steam account! While you won't get Identity in your game library just yet, you will very soon. Handing out the keys like this allows us to reduce load on our servers. We currently have 20,000 keys in the system and we'll be adding more.

1 point(Imo) Worst - CS:GO: Even though I've had a lot of great laughs and times with some friends I don't speak to today, now the majority is just amateur players and the updates make it sickening. Kinda good, but also kinda bad - Squad: I've had ALOT of amazing times on squad and met some amazing people who I still talk to today and hold close, without Squad I would've never met them, but I've also had shitty experiences with nooby players and people with sticks up their butts. Sadly, it is rare to find a good game with a legit squad experience now a days. Most boring - Post Scriptum: almost everybody has mics but never used them. Infantry is just an awkward experience. Still a fun game kinda.

1 pointHello best Community of the World Everytime when i hear about things working actually then i hear frustated voice that say: "they are kidding us" and "the team is not working properly" In other Forums they say "Identity is scam". Guys? really? do you follow the path of the developing to talk like that about the project? do you think you can do it better? I think you should remember that this is the first project of Asylum Entertainment! I think you should remember that this is not a 1000-Man team, that this game develops as if it would be the fifth part of the game! You should be grateful that the team is putting so much love into this project and developing it - every day and every night! So my Message to the Team: Thank you for all the strength and love you have invested in the project and will continue to invest! You are doing a good Job! The community stands behind you and supports you in every situation! Thank you! Please note: If I have made mistakes while writing I am sorry but I am from Germany and English I have learned only in school best regards John Allington

1 pointWelcome to the community, friend! Some links below will provide you with some helpful information.

1 pointI try to point that out (about certain individuals) but................I don't really think it's cared about in this forum overall. It goes on a whole lot. This community is just. Something. It's why I drop off after awhile. It sours the entire anticipation for this game because I'm thinking.......if this is going to be community run and THIS is the community I'll be playing with, I might as well not bother playing. I'm pretty sure many others feel the same way.

1 pointThe only thing changed by an officer not reading out the rights, is that nothing you say can be used as evidence against you in trial. However it can be spun to show the officers lack of training and misconduct, which can be used in the defendants favor, since it will lessen the confidence in the cops work. The exact outcome on such a situation is hard to determine from the given info, as there are lots of factors, but the act of not reading the rights alone won't dismiss the validity of a case. The only affect it has by law is that the cop can't use statements from the subject as evidence, and can't use any evidence obtained through the information gotten by the subject. I hope this answered the question. Best regards Jepp Shady Inc

1 pointDon't worry about it, it won't show in your library for 5 more years. (or maybe 3-4 years if we're lucky)
-
1 pointWell Said! Glad to see some motivation still being given out to the team
-
1 pointU should read the tweet on first place before acting like they already released the TS. "...You won't be able to install it just yet..." "...Town Square will show up in your Steam library the second we publish it..." Be prepared for at least another 2-3 weeks of waiting
-
1 pointThey just released the Steam keys to everyone who has purchased this game. This goes to show how the majority of people who complain about this game never actually stay updated or check what's going on before posting these unnecessary topics.
-
1 pointIf you are referring to my use of the term 'deludeds' what else would you refer to them as? apologies if this offended you but call a spade a spade... Some who believes in something against any evidence and just because someone said to I would say was deluded. And before you say what is my proof to believe in my view is this development is the absence. The absence of any true proof of solid development (aside from the 500 different wardrobe and jacket designs) and the absence of any actual belief from the devs. No one has the bottle to come forward and say 'this is what we are doing, this is how long it's going to take, and this is when we will release module 1. And before you point me over to a bloody discord channel or twitch stream... Why is all this 'information' hidden in streams and on discord channels? If they have anything concrete to say, you can bet your ass it would be plastered all over every page on this website which it is not.
-
1 pointFan boy doesent want to hear anything bad about the game/devs? Its plenty good and there is something they are not good at, its faqs... sorry
-
1 pointBtw sorry for the multiple responses, trying to edit on a phone is going crazy! its a shame that a team who by the looks of things are very able, very talented and have a great game concept are in my opinion cannot schedule and now if you are correct are afraid to schedule for the fear of failing. What does that say about the game's future? Remember, despite me being here having a winge about my thoughts that they should be honest about the games actual progression towards release, I am here for the same reason as you - I love the idea of the game, I have pledged towards the game and want it to succeed. In my opinion, if they were to be very open about an ETA no matter when it was it would put me and I think many others at ease and give us all a bit of confidence.
-
1 pointWhen November rolls around and you have had 2-3 more "we're almost there" messages you may start to see the bigger picture. You say they tell us what they are working on yet no one seems able to give an ETA... In my book that's odd... It's either so far away they are scared to announce it for fear of uproar or they literally don't have a clue, I'm unsure which is worse... please let me know if there is another reason? Also underestimated... A few weeks is an underestimation... We are 4 months past their original release... That is a catastrophic under estimation!
-
1 pointYou don't think I have a point? You have been getting excited to get into this game in October last year mate judging from your posts? Are you telling me you wouldn't like to have an honest update?
-
1 pointYAWN. Have some faith in the game. It will be ready soon. If you don't have faith in the game/Devs. Go and play something else.

1 pointTyping on my keyboard/computer, start bashing the person next to me until no keys are left on the board. I would like to see a similar thing to condemned in the game, where when you rum out of ammo you can turn the gun around a use it to bash people.
-
1 pointIf so, using anything you can grab should be integrated into the game. Drink my cup of coffee, or smash my half cup upon a dome piece? Play pool, or beat somebody with it til it breaks? While carrying my brief case to work, it turns into a tooth removal kit? Just a thought.
-
1 pointWould love to see a m1911 and a tommygun with drum mags for the old school Mafia look

0 pointsThere is nothing wrong with being optimistic... your username alone says enough about your mentality. You cant just tell these so called "fanboys" to get out of here, they have every right to share their opinion even when you dont like it. You can have your opinion but please dont pass it around as facts... they missed some deadlines and it sucks but they are getting more experienced and what they have right now is something they can be proud of. It might take a couple years until the full game is in place but at least they will have put their effort in it and the game will have reached its goals.
