We supply those with expensive taste, an experience befitting of their expectations. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PRESENTATION SUMMARY: Lux is a tiered company that provides luxury vintage cars; supplying a reliable brand that demonstrate design concepts similar to the Rolls-Royce and the Bentley. High-quality, vintage and luxurious; 3 descriptors, directed toward cars semantically, that have been lost to time. Lux strives toward the preservation of this taste, for those who appreciate the style of the past. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- DESCRIPTION: Lux currently intends to operate at three specified tiers. These tiers [unconfirmed] are as follows: » Lux Common » Lux Commerce » Lux Rare Lux Common Lux Common is the first tier of the Lux consumer structure. Lux common are cars that, as the name suggests, are common; resulting from the lack of supply restriction imposed by the company. This means that consumers are able to purchase as many as their wallets afford. Lux Commerce Lux Commerce is a special service that is offered to businesses; supplying them with uniquely designed vehicles for use at their discretion. Observing this service would look like so; A business would like to order cars specifically designed for their own commercial purpose (eg. delivery, transport). Lux Commerce would design these cars for them and then supply. The concepts shown below are some examples of how Lux Commerce could benefit your company: The concept above illustrates a basic delivery van. As you can see, a wide space is available for your company to display a logo or some other relevant design. It is advised to use this model for local delivery of small compact items. The design concepts illustrated above are examples of large freight vehicles that can be used to transport larger products across identity. They can deliver in bulk and is advised that you use this model for long distance deliveries. Final naming rights are given to Lux™ to protect the quality; but both parties involved in the interaction have a voice in the model's name. Lux Rare Lux Rare is by far the most expensive tier as a result of models created under the Lux Rare banner being, as referenced in its name, rare. Designs produced through this collection cannot be purchased by external parties [companies, events]; model creations being decided by Lux™. Depending on investment investors will receive the very first model from the Lux Rare collection. No other citizens will be able to obtain this luxury. At this point in time [although possible changes may be made] the name given to the model is the 'Víra'. The reasoning behind its name is its meaning. 'Víra' in Czech means 'faith'. This is a descriptor that I would associate with all who invest; thus the model gifted to those who invest is just. Presently, depending on the deal made with the investor, investment returns may be percentage based. CEO: THE SERAPH COO: [VACANT] The COO is [in Lux™] a person who organises and especially can operate the whole company in its compartmentalised systems without getting confused. They supervise all the heads of the company making sure that operations can occur smoothly and cognitively. HEAD OF MANAGEMENT: [VACANT] The head of management organises the reports that managers write. Making sure to send the right segments to the right people. HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES: [VACANT] Human Resources are responsible for the recruiting of new workers such as drivers and sellers. HEAD OF FINANCES: [VACANT] The head of finances, as informed through the title, is responsible for all the financial workings throughout the company. HEAD OF MANUFACTURING: [VACANT] The role of the head of manufacturing is to supervise the creation of the cars. Recording the materials needed and organising dates on when those materials are delivered. They are also in charge of the rates at which vehicles are made, working with the other heads to provide a steady stream of vehicle production. HEAD OF TRANSPORTATION: [VACANT] The head of transportation organises the needs of all the different departments and provides a means of transporting goods from one place to the other. For example they organise time tables for material to be transported to factories and when cars should be transported to dealerships. [These are brief descriptions of the roles. 2 pointsFirst thing is first, Rockstar delivers on their promises. They set realistic deadlines and meet them the vast majority of the time. Asylum has set numerous deadlines and failed to meet a single one. Secondly, this isn't the game we are waiting on. It is a tiny module. It is a sneak peak, not even a beta. I don't come on these forums and talk negatively about the devs, and while I consider myself on their side I don't think its fair to be annoyed at people for getting frustrated. The devs dug themselves this hole, and again while I am on their side I won't attack the people who are annoyed because it is entirely justified.

2 pointsThe finishing touches Greetings, and again thank you, to all of Identity's backers receiving this dev blog. Everyone's been hard at work putting together a game that can change the industry, and you're soon going to be getting your first taste. With the Town Square (Identity's first social gameplay module) nearing release, we're hard at work testing and putting the finishing touches on two of the major features. Everything's been progressing very well and I'm quite proud of the team. These last systems are the art/canvas mechanics and the player housing. Both of these have been functional for a long time, although a couple tweaks need made before we push Town Square out the door. A few minutes of decorating an Ash Hill penthouse We've added a new button in the elevators to allow you to visit a public version of any apartment. You can run around and see them in their default state before committing to buying them for yourself. This will be a very useful way to explore the available options, given that some of the floorplans will be very rare to come across with other players. Above is the penthouse after a few minutes of quick decoration. I'm not exactly a decorator, myself, but you can get a good idea of the way it looks now! It's a huge space with three large bedrooms (which means you and two friends can use it as your home) and tons of storage. We've had to refactor the backend of the housing system a good bit, but the end result you see is everything you saw in the prior Identity Insider apartment video. All features shown then will be ready for you soon in the Town Square! We have lots of other cool features coming for your house parties that you haven't seen yet, too. Identity Insider: Housing - CLICK TO VIEW VIDEO Town Square gameplay live stream With my last developer blog post I included a link to gameplay video from our live stream showing character creation and the exterior environment in the Town Square module. Recently, I joined in on another development live stream to show about 20 minutes of more Town Square gameplay. This time I showed off interior environments as well as a few of the gameplay mechanics you're going to come across in the Town Square. The Town Square isn't enormous on its own, but it's a very good way to give you an idea of how the world looks and feels. The task master The Task Tracker is a new tool on our website which displays up-to-date data pertaining to how much work is remaining for the Town Square release. If you've been following our progress through the tracker, you'll have seen that just a couple of days ago it progressed to its current point, with only two tasks remaining at the in-testing state (the ones I described above in this blog post). Keep your eye on the tracker to get the best idea of when we're ready to go. You will of course also get notified by email when the Town Square is published on Steam! The future of the Dev Blog This may be one of the last couple developer blogs being sent out in this format as we're planning on soon transitioning to more frequent developer video blogs! In the past, it's always been myself who wrote these blog posts. They've been a great way to reach out and letting everyone who doesn't follow us on social media know what we've been up to. That said, I think I speak for most people when I say video is more interesting and entertaining! Look forward to meeting the team face-to-face in short but frequent videos. Some will be general updates about our work on Identity and some will be focused on certain aspects within the game. Also, on that note, you're going to be getting a very interesting Identity Insider very shortly, covering criminal activity and gameplay. It's a major part of the game and we've surprisingly not been asked many questions about these systems in the past. You'll be getting all kinds of juicy new information and ideas of what you're going to encounter! The Twitch Clips If you've been following Identity's development closely, you probably already know that developers stream their work live on the Identity Twitch channel every Tuesday and Thursday. We also use that time to answer almost every question that gets asked about Identity's development and gameplay. Now that we've been doing this a while, we've answered a lot of questions. Our awesome community manager, BeachBall, has taken the time to compile a massive list of questions linked to clips where they're answered by a developer. Get comfy and head over to the Twitch Clips Directory forum thread. If you haven't found this already, be prepared to spend a good bit of time listening to all sorts of awesome information. 1 pointWhat's the bet when the full game comes out everyone who bought the rusted car pack from the shop will all get the same car... I think to make the game Little more realistic (Just in case if the devs haven't thought of this already) maybe people who have bought the rusted car pack all get different rusted cars, with a randomized car color for each rusted car so there won't just be 100 white Toyota corolla look a likes all driving down the same road at the same time.
