The past months here at the studio have been hectic, but our labors are paying off. It is with regret that I must make the decision to push back the public release of the Town Square module from April 23; however, the delay will be quite minor. Because this is now the second delay to an official firm release date, and because we expect this delay to be short-lived, we are as of this announcement releasing the Asylum Task Tracker. The new task tracker, visible on the Town Square section of the official website (here's a link for you), offers the Identity community and fans absolute transparency in our development progress. You can now see the tasks we have to complete before we're ready for the module to be publicly available. It will be updated each and every day. The list is not long, and displays all tasks since the tracker was created only a day ago. When all of the tasks are completed, of which none are major, Town Square will be released on Steam and available for play. Furthermore, the new Identity website is on schedule for a release just next week! The new website will come with all sorts of cool new features and we'll be building on it constantly as we move forward, too. With the release of the new website, I'm also going to begin regular Identity Insider releases. These Insider publications will add a ton of very detailed information on key systems within Identity. Delays are unfortunately a reality of all game development, whether a game is being produced by a large studio with hundreds of developers or a small team, such as ours, with only dozens. We faced unforeseeable technical issues recently; however, all of the issues we had have been fully resolved and, as you can see with the new tracker, release is extremely close. As soon as we get some final bits of art in place, we're going to compile a Town Square trailer video and begin showing off the game and environments on our development streams. So to sum it all up, keep an eye on the new tracker (see that link above) and follow our progress. The tracker will be updated once per day as it has to be done manually. Once we get our production software updated so that it can be automated, it'll be a live display. I also want to say that you to our loyal community and fan-base. Delays are never a fun thing to experience with any game, so everyone here in the studio is working overtime like crazy to get you into our world. Likely you pay a fee to create a business and then you will choose / buy assets for that business.

no loan system/ no "Borrowing" money on a credit car... There will be a debit card but if you have $0 in the bank then you have $0..... Some of both. No, there won't be a set amount and nor will they be taking up physical space in the case of millions. No there won't be the set amount of drugs/ cap on how many if you have the resources. You will have a cap on how much at a time but not a cap on how much you can make in the long run. Inventory space etc will have a cap and things but amounts not really. There will be prices based from NPC owned store which will have prices already set etc and the player run stores would have to work around the NPC store prices to get the right price and customers/ players giving them a lot of business by going there instead. There will likely be a set price cap and so that it can't go too high in price for the items. Food likely won't decay because this is not a survival game. Food in the NPC shops have an unlimited amount, player shops likely will not have unlimited. *********** Note: Everything is subject to change, but also I will be checking upon my answers too as I like to double check on things. ************

Work PC! My old PC didn't break, I just sold it... although, due to unfortunate circumstance the guy who bought the pc actually contacted me back the other day to say it's blue-screening when GPU is under-load, so I'm prioritising fixing that for him first before buying more components for my new PC. It turns out my old motherboard has finally had enough and decided to pack in after the latest reinstall of Windows before I sent the PC off ---------------------------------- As for the GTX1080TI SLI discussion; I've ran cards in SLI before. I had two identical 980 TIs by EVGA in an old rig. The performance boost I got from that was around 30%~ extra, however, some games really do not like SLI configurations, so on a good few games I had SLI disabled, and instead the second card ran a second monitor so games and applications could run without any framerate drops in Windowed mode (allowing for faster window switching). In light of my new PC design, I'm trying to build a showcase-grade PC with a build video for a few friends and I to be in awe of. I'll be running two screens off the machine, and a third 5" touch screen inside the chassis, so while the additional card isn't required, it would certainly help with application run-time and memory utilization across Windows. I'll also likely have things like Twitch running while playing games too, which again can consume a lot of graphics processing when gameplay is being live-streamed as it effectively has to duplicate the information for the stream (although memory load is often significantly less). I'm still torn between running SLI, or running a single GPU in a vertical bracket. At this stage, I'd rather not rebuild the open-loop for GPU cooling again in such a short period of time, and running three monitors (essentially) off one card isn't ideal, especially with gaming and streaming, so the more likely option is to pursue the SLI configuration.

I'm hyped for Just Cause 4 and Forza Horizon 4. It's going to be in England mates! Just Cause 4 is going to be lit like it's staged in so many areas with a godly engine behind it. Also Forza will; change with the season so you can experience different settings of the map in different times; that will be godly.

No there will not, As each server is going to be 300+ players I think that is quite enough people. Although there will be NPC's that as far as I am aware will be stuck in place and only serve as default shop keepers (markets, ect.)

I've read multiple reviews from actual reputable hardware review sites. None of them have mentioned any issues. Just because one person had an issue doesn't mean anything. Also, after watching some of that video I would never pay that guy money to build a PC for me, considering he was saying that was his job I'd frankly be surprised if he held that job for longer than a couple months. For reference, the first game he talked about was GTA V. He claimed that it ran horribly at 4K with drops below 30fps. The following site ran it at 4K with everything maxed out with an average of 94.9 fps with a minimum of 69fps. https://babeltechreviews.com/gtx-1080-ti-sli-performance-25-games/3/ Eurogamer didn't have any issues with theirs either, they noticed FPS increases anywhere from ~43% to nearly 85%. You'll see both today. Neither are automatic, I have to do both manually and I've been swamped. I did intend to update the tracker last night but I lost track of time in a meeting at the end of the day yesterday. Sorry about that. The tracker data is automatic but the website update process is manual, for now. It'll be automated and updated most likely by the hour on the new website.

That is just crazy. This game looks epic but that isn't right at all it almost seems like a cash collection at this point for a game to have produced nothing but hype then not making it clear about the 15$ is just wrong. It could be another 5 years before the game is finished and by then who knows if people will still be playing it with all the new games coming out. I feel that it should be stated on the shop that the 15$ is only for the final game only.

Instead of making predictions just let the devs do their work, the game will release when it does.
