9 pointsYou'll see both today. Neither are automatic, I have to do both manually and I've been swamped. I did intend to update the tracker last night but I lost track of time in a meeting at the end of the day yesterday. Sorry about that. The tracker data is automatic but the website update process is manual, for now. It'll be automated and updated most likely by the hour on the new website.

5 pointsWhy are people so understanding??? OMG, No you did NOT forget...HOW DARE YOU forget...It's inhuman...I backed a developer on a small team and they NEVER forgot to update their anything, EVER! Btw that was all sarcasm...You guys keep it up, don't mind the cry babies, they need to cry about something to feel important. Most of us understand and are rooting for you guys. Less time wasted fending off attacks on the forum's might make this process easier...People do realize that there isn't a deadline, other than the ones they set for themselves? Why would anyone think that we can be any more hard on them than they are already on themselves when something don't goes right. I know I've been there, and I notice gamer's don't show much empathy these days...in fact unless it's them who are in trouble, and want your understanding for what they are going thru, that concept often doesn't go both ways.

3 pointsI must admit being a "PC Gamer" is kind of a let down from all the hype I've heard from ppl over the years...I seen so many games, playing on consoles and now PC for a year, go for $60 and not even come close to the scale this game aims to be. I've seen people say $45 is too much!?!?!? WHAT?! How many games have sold for $60 years after they were released. I don't understand why it's so hard for people to understand how massive Identity actually plans to be, with enough support from us, and how early in the process we are...I see some of the moderator's tell others that they are shooting for 2020-2021 release...GOD I hope NOT! No game has ever been made on a scale like this and it takes years to make games a fraction of this size, from more established, fully funded, veteran developers. With many MANY years of experience making games just LIKE it, though they get better and better with every iteration. Asylum making Identity would be like Rockstar making GTA 7 or 8 as it's first game...Red Dead Redemption 2 has already taken 7+ years, and that's from a well established developer, that didn't have to wait for more developer's or funding. If we expect Identity to be the game it can be...Then this team, in it's current size, will need more time than that 20-21 release date, and so much more funding. I can't understand how people actually expect a smaller, newer, less seasoned company to make a game in scale like Identity, and do it in less time, with lot less money. Than an experienced developer with a solid foothold in the industry, and with how many games under it's belt?...come on people let's be realistic...If we can't start acting like gaming enthusiasts, I don't really see many games becoming the games that can really set PC gaming apart from any other platform...unless of course they already have everything they need. Asylum is basically skipping years and years of development making smaller games to jump to their piece de resistance. The ONLY way this happens, is if we believe in their vision, and give them the support they need thru us banding together as gamer's and telling the industry the games WE want to play! We aren't gonna get better games, than the games going for $60, if we keep hearing games shouldn't cost X amount on a platform that's supposed to be for gaming enthusiasts.

2 pointsSo wondering way there is not been published a new dev blog this month. I find it unbelievable that you guys at Asylum NEVER can be consistent when it comes to time and dates? I mean how hard is it to write a dev blog ONCE a month? Sorry to be harsh not trying to offend anyone but come on so unprofessional.

1 pointMicky "GateKeeper" Tohmpson Micky grew up in Messana New York, on the outskirts of city activity. Being born in 1964, and growing up in the 70's Micky was troubled at the beginning. His stepfather was barely home and his real father was a drug addict and a struggling mechanic. At a young age he barely saw his mom who worked as a waitress. He new from early on; his true friends we're his real family. He was brought into motorcycles by his real father, who was a nomad for the Hells Angels. The style of choppers sicked with Micky ever since, he's never left the style. Mickys father Michael on a road trip 1982 At the age of 15 Micky was instantly hooked to motorcycles, he eventually bought himself a run down Harley Davidson and fixed it up with his friends and father. At the time Micky was huge into weightlifting and wrestling. He was allstate and eventually went to college, but dropped out his second year. In highschool, Micky was in a small time club in Massena. It was just him and his best freind, Carter Crowe. The idea was brought up in their second year, when Micky got his first bike. Carter got his not too long later, with the help of Micky they stole it from a local mechanic. Their club was Hells Highwaymen, a fictional motorcycle club that rides in hell. Micky had written a book about the club and the two decided to make it real. This is the time Carter had gave him his nickname, "Luciferians Gatekeeper or just LGK". The club didn't last long and the story with Carter is forever hidden in Mickys mind. The Gatekeeper was not huge into crime, but once he was invited to ride with Bad Company Rangers MC, he was to ride with them forever. His strict code of loyalty and no fear attitude made him the best fit for the club. Eventually Micky began to tackle higher opportunities and became President of their New York chapter. Time went by and BCR disbanded. Due to Mickys past and the respect he gained, he was invited to ride with Men of Mayhem MC. he was fortunate enough to become their new Vice President. In june of 2018 Men of Mayhem MC changed their name to Apaches MC. Although The Gatekeeper is generally calm and may not talk much, he is never short to give his opinion; just like his brothers. He may seem calm but his brothers are known to speak of stories commemorating Mickys street fights. A bowie knife and 45. accompany his side everyday. Mick would take a bullet for his friends, just like they would do him, brotherhood is strong in his blood. Tohmpson in 2015 Thank you for reading. Might change some things in the future.

1 pointI'd basically like to suggest a map area that will be an Academy like with spaces for lectures, etc and also have dorms to live in that area, that way the students attending to the academy could optionally live in the academy

1 pointThis game seems to be promising to be an amazing roleplay experience, and a huge part of roleplay is character customization, and forgive me if I'm wrong, but I don't think this part of the game has been fully explored. I am not saying I'll be disapointed if the customization was not in depth, I've played many a game, especially MMOs that have had a small amount of detail in their character customization and have been fantastic games. But the games that do have great character customization are unforgettable as well. So basically, what can we expect in the full game? Maybe some these for example?: Many hairstyles, colours and lengths. Many different facial and/or body hairstyles and features A lot of different skin colours and features, scars, blemishes, etc. The ability to have multi-coloured hair, highlights, tips etc. A height slider A weight slider and visible effects on the mass of the body The ability to add muscle mass, fat and definition to the body of your character A breast slider for the females (and even males for those who want it?) The ability to change the size of individual body parts. So the legs or butt, for example, can be disproportionately larger than, say, the upper body. Walking styles and mannerisms (i.e. the Sims 4), so you can have a posh walk and mannerisms, or tough guy, or lazy, etc. Age slider that adds older looking skin, wrinkles, liver spots, so on I think that is all the main stuff, but everyone else can feel free to add stuff that I have missed. Thanks for any answers, especially from the mods and the devs, I'd just be super keen to know what to expect, I am also aware that everything at such an early stage in development is not set in stone and can definitely change. And I will also add that I am already super impressed with what I have seen so far! Even if not much more was added, it'd be a pretty good amount for an MMO. Anyway, that's my question!

1 pointSorry, the last poll had 10+ choices and most of the options were negative. This poll aims to merely condense everything so it's not just 20+ choices of synonyms for 'sad' or 'angry'. The next poll addresses feelings on whether or not you want Asylum to release more footage, or if you would like to wait and see for yourself personally when they release the module. I ask that for the sake of keeping civility in this thread, that we do not bitch about the 'lack' of transparency from the development team or that we 'deserve' footage. If you would like to see footage personally, then say so in a reply. Nobody wants to see an entitled bitch be a pansy about the dev's not constantly releasing information 24/7 for any reason whatsoever.

1 pointI would rather have consistency and reliability along with organized work ethics. And a pragmatic approach to development, also not mad am just calling it as i see it. Following most MMO developments atm from Gloria Victis to Chronicles of Elyria. I can say of all of them and there are a few also with small team`s they all are better at. Communication, transparency, progress and every other aspect in dealing with there community. Now if we don`t voice our opinions like this then we will get another echo chamber as Sea of Thieves. And NO ONE wants that am sure. Critics produce change, change promotes progress, progress translates to cash.

1 pointIt has been a journey following the development of Identity. First hearing about the game in 2015, I was wildly interested in what the game will become and had a outburst of excitement when viewing the initial trailer. Considering my age (15) at the time, I had no card to back the game myself and instead continued to follow the game's journey. Despite, various ups and downs I still look positively on the development as it is a highly ambitious concept produced by a small team. In recent times, I have since viewed the gameplay video and looking forward to customising my own character after years of anticipation. Though I never made a forum account, I have created one as of mid-2017 and through my ownership of my very own debit card, I have purchased the $30 pledge as of an hour ago! Looking forward to meeting you all in the square!

1 pointSo this game you're backing must be close to the same size and scale as Identity, otherwise to compare it to Identity would be silly. Thank you so much for making my point...To me that's a few weeks NOT working on the game, to make video's, just so you can feel more secure about investing in Identity...Please...tell me what game your working on...I really need to see what you are comparing this game too. I backed a game too that had a nice size of it's game ready for the kickstarter...Does that mean that Identity shoulda had something playable for their kickstarter...Although I'm sure they would have LOVED to be able to do that. But this is a very ambitious game even for a developer like Rockstar to undertake... How long do you think it would take Rockstar to make a game of this scale? I'd say atleast 10+ years, and we wouldn't hear SQUAT about it for quite a few of those years, to say the least. I feel it's completely unreasonable to push this team...Either give them the space they need and they help to make a game that can truly set apart PC gaming from anything else. Or...don't back it. But you guys need to stop planting your seeds of doubt! It isn't helping anything... For someone who develops games, I'm not sure I buy that honestly, You don't seem very empathetic. Like the other gentleman that @ShiEksdee who seemed to know exactly what he was talking about, and didn't judge them based on what other teams have done.

1 pointIt certainly wasn't amateur and was more than acceptable graphically, well for me anyway. I didnt think it looked 'bad'. As for the character I actually thought it looked much better than the policeman in the previous video where he makes an arrest.

1 pointJust saw the update roaster today. MOST of the stuff is completed and very less of them is in progression. Is it only me or anyone else is getting Super Hyped?

1 pointMate, same though I had all the time in the world when I was in elementary school and all I played were video games like WoW

1 pointWoW was one of the first games I played on the computer. I was addicted. I used a geography book as a pad and a sock for my wrist so it wouldn't hurt. Good times with my freind and his dad who put on over like 3 - 4 thousand hours.

1 pointGames get delayed for the better not for the worse! The game is being created by a small team and well the timeline which they gave was optimistic I think as it was not do-able as games of this size take at least 3 years to perfect with a small team. The devs recently hired another full time dev which so the progress for the first module is moving forward but the progress bar is manually updated and that is only done when the devs feel they have hit a milestone in development progress towards the module. Be patient as games come better when you take the time in the development and well rushing a game makes the games *shit*. The more delays, are for the better even if we don't get it for a long time as it just shows they are perfecting the game more. I know it looks like it is a scam that way but if you have faith then you will not regret it when they do release. As it was said above, Module 1 is set to release soon.

0 points"Eram quod es, eris quod sum." In-character information The Agency is an international corporation dedicated to providing end-to-end investigative and intelligence solutions to businesses and individuals which require discreet handling of complex and sensitive affairs, including physical and cyber surveillance, comprehensive brand protection, forensic accounting, interviewing and interrogation, undercover operations, as well as many other types of investigation and consulting services. The agents are highly-experienced and multi-skilled professionals that come from multiple geographical locations and job sectors. Contracts are made in such a discrete manner that ensures the highest level of data privacy possible to all the clients. The Agency was originally founded by Marquis Rousseau four years after the First World War in Paris, 1922, as "L'Agence", a boutique private investigations firm that was mainly dealing with spousal surveillance requests. As the firm began to grow and gain a reputation in Paris, it slowly expanded over the years until it became an international corporation with regional offices all around the world, especially in Europe and United States of America. During World War II, the Agency became extremely cautious and prudent with its customers as a result of Agent K's death in 1941, known as Mahitvyey Dumanovsky under his real identity, after a slight misinterpretation of the information he received from the Headquarters, which led to his public execution after he was caught photographing a Nazi official in Misnk, Belarus. One year after Agent K's death, the Agency became a well-known and important contracting company of the Soviet Union by carrying out various surveillance activities for the Defense Minister. After Stalin's death in 1953, the Agency became politically neutral and avoided contracting with any other governments even though today, the corporation has tight relationships with various intelligence agencies around Europe, such as the French General Directorate for Internal Security, Germany's Federal Criminal Police Office, the Romanian Intelligence Service, and United States of America, including Central Intelligence Agency and National Security Agency. The corporate headquarters are not located on the Island, United States. Recruitment and selection guidelines In order to increase efficiency in hiring the most talented, dynamic and gifted people, we decided to abandon the classic recruitment process that involved vacancy advertisements, submission of recruitment documentation, interview and so on, and decided to approach our unique and own complex hiring process that a candidate must undergo in order to get hired. We do not discriminate anyone because of his or her race, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, current employment status and social standing. You can not contact us - if we find you a suitable candidate for a permanent or temporary position within our corporation, you will be screened, shortlisted and eventually contacted by the Agency. Out-of-character information This is an attempt to create an elite hitmen faction that consists of mature players who are really aware what roleplay and immersion stands for, eager to live a double life and willing to learn Identity's mechanics so they can provide quality roleplay to everyone they get in contact with. In character, we will operate under a legal front as described above. That means we're not a typical illegal organization - you can still be a member of another legal or illegal organization, a businessman, a drug lord, artist, librarian and anything else you can think of. We don't hang together and if we do, we're up to something else rather than contract killings. There might be special and rare occasions where a mission will require more than one agent to carry out a contract but most of them are assigned to one person. We're also planning on expanding the Agency after Identity's official launch, by creating subsidiary companies such as security agencies, architecture firms that specialize in interior architecture and decoration, as well as public transport services, offering everyone a chance to get in touch with us.
