5 pointsSalutations everyone, I just wanted to give you all a quick heads up as to how Tuesday's stream will function. The current plan is to host a regular development stream for about 45 minutes, then give John (the CEO) a moment to stream some gameplay near the end. Both streams will take place in the usual spot: https://www.twitch.tv/identityrpg The goal is to give viewers a brief tour of Town Square after he creates a character to play as. While we won't show off too many features just yet (we need a few more programming + UI tasks to be completed in order to make some features look and operate properly), the prospect of seeing a character move within Town Square's environment is quite exciting. We know many have grown fatigued of seeing Art streams, so we hope that this will be a welcome change in atmosphere. If you can't tune in on Tuesday, don't worry. I'll make sure the VOD is preserved on YouTube, and I'll most certainly be recording highlights of the stream using Twitch's Clip feature. That's all for now! I hope you all have a safe and wonderful weekend, see you next week!

3 pointsWe don't need police/sheriff in the Town Square, we only need mall cops, because they are cheaper labour force than police/sheriff and... -They dont need weapons, maybe taser, flashlight or nightstick but mostly mall cop uses hot sauce as their primary weapon -Cheaper labour force, they will save millions of dollars for city in salaries -Mall cops uses eco friendly vehicles like segway or they walk -And they are funny

2 pointsJust that. In light of the TS Module being delayed (again), and it apparently being so close to being finished. One would think that you would see some more gameplay videoes and screenshots coming from the devs to whet the appetite of those excited and to calm the nerves of those skeptical. It's just a weird choice not too release more in my opinion. Thoughts?

2 pointsThat's is probably the most ignorant statement I've heard so far on these forum's. And I can see exactly why PC games suffer...because of "gamer's" like you, that seem to think your entitled to tell other people how to do their job. Well let's examine that...cause yea releasing imperfect alpha's and beta's, guarantee's your game will get made...Go back to school and learn how business actually works. With as many impatient, self entitled, and arrogant kids these days who game on PC, but should be on console with your lint pockets and feelings of entitlement. Yea good idea! Let them release something just so you cry babies can shut up about it...then all the geniuses, that judge a game and tell others it's not worth what they charge, and don't recommend to others... blah blah blah and any other ignorant crap that comes out of your guys mouths for no reason...Dude seriously...take your pocket lint and invest in something like NO Man's Sky, I heard that games screwed so many ppl over, that's all I heard about for 6 months, when I got on PC and pledged this game. "This gonna be another No Man's Sky"...I seen somewhere that No Man's Sky is now being made for Xbox, and the PC version is starting to get to where they hoped it would., and its still mostly negative reviews, ROFLMAOPMP. You can't make massive PC games with console game money... You clowns have no idea how these things actually work. You get games like GTA and Wticher 3 and so many others...How long you think these games take to make with a BLANK CHECK and LOTS of MAN POWER? You must've made a bigger game by yourself, if you are TELLIN THEM how they should be doing things...I pledged $250, I'm not making demands! So are plenty of ppl who are actually trying to help this get made. Cause I actually wanna see a game like this come to life, that can really distinguish PC gaming from console. But not with the support it would get from a bunch of spoiled children. No Man's Sky has mostly negative reviews...Yet it's gotten enough support that it finally got past doubt phase, and looks like it starting to take the shape it was meant to...Which I can almost guarantee, wouldn't have take this long if ppl would treat EA like it should be, and show (here comes a big word) SUPPORT! You don't take the foundation of a game and pick apart what's wrong with it. You make sugestions and find bugs to help game development, not sabotage it...If the idea of the game is bad like some of these hundreds of thousands of the dumbest games I've ever seen on PC that actually become games...then you don't recommend... So what Star Citizen did this and that...good for them. This ain't Star Citizen...You haven't even pledged support, and yet you stand here acting holier than now, and are trying to dictate how something should be made, because of how something else was made??? You know what's a horrible practice...Acting like you have god damn clue one about what your even talking about...Your not a game developer...THANK GOD...I really don't see how you can tell other people how to run their business...Your about as ignorant as PC gamer's come, Please don't pledge, take your ignorance somewhere else and "help" them. I think I hear Star Citizen calling your name...I say thank god games like GTA and Witcher 3 don't have to rely on ppl like you to get made...It's honestly pretty damn sad that PC games suffer BECAUSE OF THE GAMER's. Not the developer's. Somehow you expect a SMALL team with no funding of their own to pull off a game that's literally many games bigger than games like GTA?! GTA took hundred's of millions of dollars and probably hundreds of thousands of man hours. Yea let's make them stop making the god damn game, so they can appease ppl like you, Those things take money too, Einstein. They are also changing things around because the earlier you back them, the better the reward...I personally feel like you cheap #$%&'s getting $1000 game dollars for barely paying what games like GTA are worth, let alone a game like this, are getting more than they deserve. To me how is giving ppl who gave $60 for support(Essentially just a Pre-Order)1000 in game cash fair. When ppl who gave 4 times as much, not to pre-order but actually HELP development. It feels like a slap in the face to me that someone who gives barely what a game like this is worth, gets 1k less than someone who give 4 times as much as the game would sell for at retail...To me I feel under appreciated. I think they should have done things differently with the in game cash rewards for backers...but I'm not making the game am I. I would just kick ppl like you out, give you your money, since your "pledge" doesn't make up for the negative attention you bring to the game, scaring potential supporters away. I backed another game that had a playable game during the Kickstarter. Does that mean everyone should do the same thing that makes a game? If this was being made by a major developer, then we would get the base game and all the rest of the careers/jobs would be sold to us as DLC later on, so get off your high horse. Since when the hell is not giving players access to the earlier version of the game, BETA and ALPHA, and making packages more expensive, after they've taken place...horrible practice? You help fund them early you get a bit more than someone who waited...this is common practice...The modules are something they WANTED to do for us BACKER's, not whiners, and was NOT required. This is for those who help get the foundation of the game past the module portion of development... Go check out the Atlas Life servers on Arma. If I'm not mistaken, they did their thing on there and had enough ppl, so they were like Yo, let's try and make this a actual game and not just a modded server. They could easily get outside fudning and give up certain artistic freedom's because investor's care about money. But we are supposed to be gamer's that want this game to come to life, and still we get ppl like you. This game is unlike any to come before it...yet you're saying that they should do things like other games...because you're simple and want it that way...You guys are really starting to piss me off. Cause honestly the ONLY reason this game doesn't get made is cause of people like you!

2 pointsWay to throw your toys out of the pram; just because you've given them money doesn't entitle you to make demands. In answer to your question though, I believe the streams are usually around the hour mark, so I'd guess that we will get 10/15 minutes of gameplay on Tuesday.

1 pointGreetings everyone, Today I'd like to update you guys on some progress for Identity. Below, you will find new pictures that haven't been shown to the public eye yet. We know you are waiting so eagerly to play, but please remember everything takes time. Thanks to everyone who has shown the developers support thus far!

1 pointWelcome to Yakuza My name is Sun Diego and i created this gang as i moved in to america. Iam originally from germany, but have been all around the world, mostly in asia. That´s where i discovered this one and only gang. Let me introduce you our gang and the recruiments to be a part of the Yakuza family. What is your ideology? Our ideology is to protect every civilian in this city. What does this mean? How can you protect people and be a criminal gang? It´s as easy as it is. We protect people from other criminal gangs in exchange for money. Is this the only thing youre doing? Yes, as harmless as it sounds. It´s against our ideology to do morally criminal things. Everything from drug dealing, roberry, prostitution and so on. If any member is seen doing these type of criminal activitis, he will get blacklisted and possibly worse. Killing will be a part of our activity if it has to be done. We dont fear anyone. So how do you fund yourself? We are able to make money from protection money. That´s our only income. ... More information about our whole structure and gang will be revealed soon How can i join the Yakuza? (Join our Discord here) If this convinced you by now, youll perhaps want to join the gang. How do you do so? Write your application under this forum post or direct message me if you want it to be privat. Also join the Discord server.

1 pointThe only thing why GTA has such a hype even today is that its the only real life open world simulation game out there which is done good. If Identity will release with all its content, it will beat GTA in 1 week. Believe me. Rockstar will shit there pants if they hear of Identity. The future is ours!

1 pointThe comment you replied to was because of the statement in red.... (If there are to many of one citizen, we may have to split you up for RP purposes.) The way it will work is that you must do things as a cop to be paid, careers are not paid like every 10 min with "x amount of money". It is on what you do. Your actions = pay. Players cannot drive the s.w.a.t. van, they also cannot be s.w.a.t. without something like a bank robbery going on. You cannot be s.w.a.t. all the time and only when tasked for it. I didn't mean that and that isn't totally how it will work. The Governor chooses which laws he wants, (You can state default laws and server rules on what can be done" but the citizens only vote for a governor and so far as we know, there are no other positions that players can vote on..... Something I also forgot is that, "Developers" of what? you can't develop things, you won't be able to mod the game; as of yet modding is undecided and the decision to add modding won't come until Several(5) years after the full game release. So really the only thing the developers will be for is your forum really or other game servers not any Identity servers until the far future. You will have a Control Panel to customise the server but really it will be the same stuff as all the other private servers options.

1 pointHey there @BlueJ Welcome to the community. This is very nicely detailed but I have a few friendly critics/ suggestions. Firstly I would like to ask a simple question. 1. What police rank will it be that you then can qualify to be a "Detective, S.W.A.T, DEA" position? Now Fire Department. 1. Fire Department and the EMS is separate things and not together..... It is not how most american states have it, it is like England; separated and so will be 2 different departments. 2. For the Fire Dept., EMS Dept, and Police. There will not be a "Salary" for Public Official servers or Private community servers. Now Politics... 1. I know you want it totally under control but the point of politics is to allow players to create their party themselves and not just have 1 singular party be in power as that is no fun / dictatorship especially putting stuff like it as "Staff Only".... You should not try dictate how political things are run. (Just my opinion really) as their will be a ballot where people can vote for candidates to become Governor. Now Citizens...... You have no power as admin to stop players really doing what they want. They have their choice and if they want to do that then if you want realistic RP then dictating them is going to make you lose players as "In Real Life" you choose who you want to be and not someone else. It is the players choice. You trying to force something on them because you want things equal will not make the server fun for the players. (Just my Opinion again) and Finally; Private Servers won't come until the full game release, which is Unknown yet. Good Luck and hope this helps you improve on somethings! Kind Regards, LuckyDuck

1 pointAnd this is why everybody should be aware that this might happen any time with any crowdfunding projects. Demanding and clotring the forums with you have to this and that does not help this project. The devs decide whenever and however they want to inform us. I do understand that communicates is key here, but mistakes are made all the time not only by the devs but also by the community. What hurts the project mostly are the topics from us supporters which do not believe or are pissed off about fals communications. That is also a reason why many new Kickstarter projects do only communicate over kickstarter and do not offer interactions on a forum. Look at Scorn there is no forum. This project needs a lot off funding and only with a community which can communicate in a manner that is healthy and constructive will help them. If all of us would scream liars this is a scam identity would be canceled in a short period of time because new backers would be rare and the devs certaly would also be pissed off and say f*** this. This is their first game they are making, it is very ambitious and needs a lot of support but also funding and healthy critiques. It certainly does not need annoyed supporters bashing and demanding and telling them what they need or have to do. I am sure they know that they have made mistakes and are trying to please and eas our minds. We all need to understand we are investors with benefits nothing else. Also that they offer us a forum so that we can discuss the makings of this game is a bonus. They could have easily just only have made a website without community interactions until the game would have been made. Would have probably be a better idea, but I am very happy they have not made that decision.

1 pointHey there, please try use the search bar as there are many posts upon this topic and also the answers will be the same still. I answered this topic / post last night if you want to please check it out. There re some useful links in my signature too.

1 pointAnd if not? You and others will be complaying around again. @JohnNYBlaze has valid point here. A lot of us pledged much more than those whom are complaining constantly. It will be done when it's done nobody can change that. Only the devs decide what we will be seeing early on in development. He said outside founding stating a company or publisher, thos come always with roadmaps, deadlines, restrictions and much more. Crowdfunding is completely different, the developers ask for money and in return you get benefits but are not entitled to anything else.

1 pointThank you! This was all I was asking for. I'm more than happy to wait for the game and in absolutely no hurry for it to be finished before it's ready but I just would have liked to see something that moves rather than just still shots of items. Can't wait to see it now.

1 pointBeen waiting for 2 years, and yeah you're lucky. They delayed the launch from early 2017 to late 2017. Now it's early 2018 and they made it clear it was coming out April 23.. never happened. Wondering if I'll ever play it rather than hoping

1 point@KardlefWell...I think that one of the few videos they've released has this cop pulling up to a farm where there's an RV making meth. One of the guys gets out and gets shot by the cop. The other....jumps behind the wheel , I think and the video at 1:35 has the cop shooting him (or we assume). I think you may be thinking of the comment from a clip where one of the devs said you can't drive it while you're making meth but can after you shut it down. We really don't see that in the clip though, huh? p.s. would love to join you on the hunt...you get to clean whatever we kill. :-)

1 point3 years later, DEVELOPEMENT DOESNT GO AS PLANNED GIVE IT TIME. 3 more years into the future. WE RAN INTO SOME ISSUES AND HAD TO SORT THEM OUT. Ffs get your shit together asylum. You made a great arma 3 server and think that you can make a game. You are disappointing all of your fanbase literally noone has faith in you to even finish the game at this point.
-
1 pointYou are misunderstanding the purpose of this topic. As you can see many people still support the developers and honestly, i am amazed and disappointed. After all these years and the so many pledges, you would expect something more than a video of props and moving characters. - Dev blog is anything but dev blog. (Take example of Rust Dev blog) - We dont have a steam submission schedule. (Yes, you can submit a game to steam, even if its not yet complete) - We dont have as many proof of the gameplay that we should have. This has nothing to do with money or a small business. These are things that should have been provided, even if some of them were incomplete.

0 pointsThere's a reason there isn't much gameplay released right now, we've answered this a lot on probably every social media outlet, but showing tons of gameplay doesn't get people as excited or pumped as it does when you're shown a little until you get to just experience it yourself.
