How can you be worried about the driving at this stage? Driving doesn't get put in until Module 3 and so there is no reason to even have that as an answer for this point in time. We need to get through module 1 and 2 before you should even worry about the mechanics which will be in closer to the Beta and full game release.

We had a new date in March's Dev Blog and so it didn't matter that we didn't get one in this one and also, that just creates more hype which there is so much of still from the other ones. Be patient, we already have the date 23rd April which is in a week on Monday coming. As far as we know, everything is on track for Monday 23rd April. The new website will launch either this coming week or with the modules release. I am sure we will see the town square trailer before the release of the module. Don't worry an lets get to the release.

No reference was made to a release date, in the last dev blog because they are on track. I truly believe TS will come out on time. Beach Ball has already gotten to go in and create his character, so obviously TS is practically ready, the devs are just finishing it all up.

For players like myself with a spare room to rent: Please allow for a simple contract negotiation between two players where an amount is entered and a time frame is established. Have the amount directly transferred from the renters account into the landlords account on the first of every month. Failure to pay due to lack of funds would activate an eviction option that gives the lessee 30 days time to find a hotel or other place to move. This will encourage people to strive to get that extra room!

You make nice arguments and all, but I highly doubt you'll change the devs minds on this matter. I think to remember their wishes against the ability to spawn items and currency.
