2 pointsThanks for the mention! I think that you need to be credited for your hard work and dedication to the forums, like in your stunning website, fantastic team of workers, and tremendous advertisement campaign! Also, @LuciousTimes has to be credited for his overall active account. He engages with the public A LOT. He has a big team and a big heart. He keeps everything calm, and that is what I respect about him! Also, @DLimit is also a very hard worker, he does everything for his party and fights for his beliefs. Politicians are some of the most active members of the forums. I hope that the politicians keep up the dream to govern once the game is released! Kind regards, Marie-Clare Bouchard.

2 pointsAbsolutely no offence to them at all, however, I have never heard of Vix, Air or Kitty but I haven't heard of any of them or ever seen them around the community. However, I feel that you and I, without wanting to sound overconfident or anything of the sort, have built quite a bit of a reputation amongst the community as politicians. I feel that politicians in general, including those such as @FrancePourLaVie and @DLimit are also very popular names. Something @Beach_Ball said to me in a Discord message recently, actually stood out to me very much (and to Beach, I apologise for not yet getting back to your message, I assure you I will do so as soon as possible) and I'll quote it below if he doesn't mind me doing so: The reason that this stuck with me so much, especially after reading your thread, @LuciousTimes about popularity, is probably because of the reputation we build through the community via our characters and personalities and it's actually a very interesting concept that, in the real world, politicians and Governors are very well-known and could also, in some regard, be known as "celebrities". Whereas, the everyday police officer, firefighter, NHS/medical worker, etc. go so unnoticed and it seems that there is at least a small sense of that within this community. It seems as though politicians, again, without wanting to sound overconfident, have built a reputation so big for themselves that I'm very confident to say that if someone brought up Lucious', France's, Damien's or my own name in passing discussion, most people would know in an instant who they were regarding.

1 pointAfter a couple hours they finally reach the mountains where Barrett goes hunting. There is a small cabin nothing to fancy regular cabin. Barrett parks the truck around the back of the cabin. He shuts the truck off and grabs his jacket and slips it on since it is snowing and all. He climbs out along with Greyson. They both grabs the bags from the inside and outside of the truck and Barrett would open the door. It wasn't locked, there is nothing in here but a fishing pole and a bed and couch with a fire place. Barrett: " make yourself at home. Im going to put the trap over the truck so it can't be seen from the air. and then we can sets up and figure out whats going on." Barrett would nod to Greyson and stepped out to do what he said he was going to do. A few minutes later her returns to see Greyson unpacking the bags and wearing warmer clothes. Barrett: " Hey so we will need a few things...We have a few can foods and alittle bit of firewood but not much. So we either go cut some trees down and get some wood or one goes hunting. Your call." Barrett walks over to the fireplace and throws a couple logs into the fireplace. He then lights it and starts the fire up. "I'll cooks some of the food up if you want to go hunting. I will get us some more wood and then we can sit down and figure out whats going on...and see if there is any others like us."

1 pointSuddenly the Order logo appears on everyone’s TV. A podium is seen the Order logo on it. It seems that they are in front of a town hall or something like that. A man to be in his fifty’s walks up to the podium wearing his dress uniforms that are all black with black hat with a red band around it. It looks like he was someone important from all the medals he has on his chest. As he stands on behind the podium the Templars walk out behind him and stand next to him, two on each side of the man. General Crimson stood behind the man as he would put his glasses on and open his folder to speak. “My Name is General J. Williams of thy Order. Please do not be afraid. We are here to help you and the city. Thy Saviors are here for your protection to get rid of the darkness of your CITY!” He slams his fist down on the podium. General Williams: “Today starts a new Era on thy island, And we say no more darkness and hello to the light that dis city once was.” The camera pans out to see a sea of Saviors or Red caps as you call them along with tanks, APCs, SUVs and Humvees. As the Saviors clap and the camera goes back to General Williams. General Williams: “ in about five minutes The Order will be online and the start of the campaign will began.” A drone fly’s overhead and then hovers by General Williams. “Dess Drones will be our eyes in thy city to find the evil so that we can deal with them. Do Not be afraid of thy drones as day are here for your protection as we all are. A curfew is in affect. If you are caught out past seven you will be arrested and sent to the work camp where you will be put on trial for you faith of thy city. So do not be out past seven.” The General looks back at General Crimson and nods as he turns back to the people. General Williams: “Lastly thy police force will go under training from the Order to become better officers and one with thy Order. Everyone who is not a Police officers, Fire department or EMTs will be giving jobs to run thy city properly, Food & water will be handed out every Wednesday at O eight hundred right here. There will be plenty for everyone and everyone will get their food & water so we ask you to wait in line. If you do not wait and get out of hand you will be sent to the work camp and put on trial for your crimes. Now everyone must come down to city hall to be entered into our data base your ticket number for food and water, and your new job title. Do Not make us come get you, this is your only warning. Thy Order Thanks you for your cooperation. For the ORDER!” General Williams slams his fist into his chest as so does the Templar’s next to him. The tv screen goes black with the Order logo on it. It also has writing on the screen that tells you what you must do before curfew

1 pointI'm so glad you suggested this. Even if it never happens (as is extremely likely), I'm just soooo glad someone put it out there. Maybe it's just the former Second Life junkie in me talking, but Identity seems to me to have the potential to be everything SL or Entropia have tried but ultimately failed to be. Providing players with a real world career/playtime incentive like currency conversion would not only encourage greater dedication to their jobs or roles within the world, but also guarantee a more consistent presence from more (for lack of a better word) mature roleplayers who might otherwise be unable to spend a lot of time in-game due to RL responsibilities. If a player wants to publish books in-game and puts forth a lot of time and effort to write and sell them, currency conversion connects both the author and their readers in a way that not only feels but acts like a career. A cash economy could also increase the rental/purchase of private servers exponentially if the renters/moderators of those servers were able to charge rent for homes or shops from players looking for the freedom to live out their virtual lives in relative peace. Alternatively, interested players could create niche roleplaying servers for crime, career, fun, etc. and simply charge a monthly or weekly fee from players wanting to live or play there. It all comes down to transcendent incentive. Games that allow/invite players to LIVE within them can often put people at risk of losing their RL jobs, as so many MMOs have taught us in the past. Turning the game INTO a job does away with that danger all but entirely. I definitely realize something like this might be virtually impossible (no pun intended) to incorporate without a complete and possibly damning overhaul of certain features, especially in a game so heavily riding the "crime and punishment" angle. Maybe there could be dedicated "career RP" servers with a finite crime limit? For players who are both hardcore roleplayers AND interested in a life of crime? Or maybe just put into effect a kind of currency filter which prevents players from converting cash they didn't earn? The latter would probably be one of the only ways to make it work, in my opinion. Again, I know this wouldn't be an easy thing to bring to pass, but my god... If it were possible, it could be amazing.

1 pointHappy Holidays From Asylum! The holidays are upon us, and the team at Asylum begins their short rest! We've been busier than ever, and this coming January is shaping up to be one of our biggest months in a very long time, if not ever. Our expanded team has been working hard on game features beyond the Town Square, and you're finally going to be getting a glimpse of true Identity gameplay very soon in the new year; that's just the start. Keeping it Real Primary systems in Identity such as weapons and vehicles are being developed to operate as realistically as possible. Last week a few of the developers braved the freezing temperatures at a local range to record audio directly from a slew of real firearms in all sorts of conditions. It's very important to us that the weapons in Identity look, sound and react as close to reality as possible. We've even modeled the ballistic physics based on real-world mathematical formulas. Powerful weapons are going to be rare in Identity. Assault weapons, for example, will likely be used in major circumstances. For the most part players will have access to less powerful weaponry; melee, hand guns, hunting rifles, and so on will be the norm. Here it Comes! With the Town Square development moving along, we're not far off from showing the world real Identity gameplay! Like I said up there, January is going to be a big month. For us in the studio, we're excited to get our hands on a few new technology demos that might have a huge impact on Identity! For our fans, January is going to be the month you see the first true world gameplay video. Not only that, but soon after we're looking to release a Town Square trailer! Keep your eyes out on Identity's Twitter and Facebook. The Twitch Clips If you've been following Identity's development closely, you probably already know that developers stream their work live on the Identity Twitch channel every Tuesday and Thursday (except on this coming week due to holidays). We also use that time to answer almost every question that gets asked about Identity's development and gameplay. Now that we've been doing this a while, we've answered a lot of questions. Our awesome community manager, BeachBall, has taken the time to compile a massive list of questions linked to clips where they're answered by a developer. Get comfy and head over to the Twitch Clips Directory forum thread. If you haven't found this already, be prepared to spend a good bit of time listening to all sorts of awesome information. This is the best place to get to know the fine details Identity! -- John VanderZwet

1 pointIdentity Forum Guidelines Last Edit: July 9th, 2018 Participation in the Official Identity forums constitutes agreement to the following guidelines, which apply to posts, profile information, avatars, signatures, private messaging, and any other content on this site and participation in general. The live nature of discussions in this community makes it difficult for staff to catch every violation of these rules. If you believe that someone has violated our User Guidelines, please send a private message to a member of our volunteer moderation team or staff with a link to the content and a brief description of what you believe is wrong. Please do not respond to a violation personally, as you may aggravate the situation and possibly violate our guidelines yourself. Any content that violates our User Guidelines will be removed. Interpretation of our guidelines is at the discretion of the staff. Please do 1. Report violations of the forum rules. Moderators will quickly review reports and make decisions based on the information you provide. 2. Respect others. Showing respect will encourage others to participate in discussion. 3. Like posts, that you feel contribute useful information to a discussion. 4. Read the rules, so that you do not accidentally receive an infraction or ban. 5. Be constructive. Help others by answering questions, and offer feedback to their ideas. 6. Read before posting. Fully Comprehend the topic of discussion and determine what has already been discussed. 7. Use proper grammar and spelling. Read your post before submitting. Spelling mistakes may attract attention away from the discussion. 8. Search for content related to your questions. There’s a good chance that there may already be an answer to what you are looking for! Please don’t 1. Troll. Trolling does not contribute to meaningful discussion. 2. Spam. Spamming clutters the forum and makes it difficult to find original content. 3. Flame, or attack others. Insults do not contribute to discussion, and will be removed. 4. Repost Deleted Content. Content that was deleted was removed for a reason, even if the reason is unclear. 5. Demonstrate or perpetuate toxic behavior. A user is considered toxic if they repeatedly make defamatory, threatening, insulting, or otherwise hateful remarks toward other users or staff. Please keep language civil when expressing your opinions. 6. Advertise websites or services unrelated to Identity. We do not sell advertising space on the Identity forums. 7. Cross Post. Cross-posting makes it difficult for users using the search function to find relevant information, and may be considered spam. 8. Ask for Likes. Likes are given to those for contributing useful information in a discussion. 9. Abuse reports. Reporting content with blank or inaccurate report descriptions will hinder a moderator's capacity to help. Please report content that is in violation of the rules, and not simply because you personally dislike another user. 10. Engage rule violators. You may accidentally violate these rules yourself by responding to others that you feel aren’t following these guidelines. 11. Make low-effort posts. Contribute useful information to the discussion, and avoid going off-topic. 12. Discuss Politics/Religion. These subjects are sensitive and may offend others. (There is a small place for fantasy politics within Identity's ecosystem. The Governor position will be able to tweak small settings within the game world, and must compete against others for power. The political systems within Identity are simplified and do not accurately reflect the processes involved with political discourse in the real world. Players may implicitly take inspiration from existing candidates or parties, but must not show any connections to real world politics through the use of logos/symbols, names (of existing leaders, existing parties, or of those within recent history), or slogans. By affiliating your party with a real world political faction, you are bringing such politics into discussion and grabbing the attention of those who recognize it. Real world politics typically invoke a strong emotional response in some viewers and can lead to vehement conflicts extremely quickly.) 13. Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is authorized, so forum users can be easily identified. Avoiding a ban may result in further permanent action. 14. Operate a shared account. Sharing an account with another user will make conversation difficult should any of the account operators share a difference in opinion. Conflicting statements will impede our ability to help assist any single user on a shared account. Due to this, we request that each account is operated by a single, separate user. 15. Create forum posts that mention specific users in the title. Creating a new topic with the title specifically mentioning another user isn’t conducive to group discussion, especially if the targeted user isn’t comfortable responding in an open format. (For example, don’t make posts like “@usernamehere, why is x and not y?”) If you’re asking a question directly to another user, please do so using the inbox function on the forums. 16. Post Personal Information, or post links containing personal information. Sharing information about others can be harmful to their real-life. 17. Use forum features in unintended ways. Asking for likes, or making a game that incorporates the like/follow buttons artificially inflates user forum stats, making it difficult for other users to determine which content or user is contributing popular content to the site. 18. Discuss Moderator or Administrator actions Publicly. There are often reasons why a decision is made by a moderator or administrator that may be unclear to outside-parties, and off-topic discussion about an admin or moderator decision may be disruptive to a conversation. We politely ask that you trust and respect decisions made by staff. If you have an issue with a specific staff member, please report the matter to a Community Manager. 19. Impersonate Asylum Entertainment Staff or Moderators. When users seek assistance from moderators or Asylum staff, they shouldn't need to worry about encountering the possibility of dealing with an impostor. Always heed the official titles for staff roles on both the forums and discord to help avoid confusion. 20. Intentionally Spread False Information. Spreading rumors you know are falsified and portraying them as fact will only complicate Identity's development and serves to derail the actual constructive criticism offered by other users. Even accidentally giving out false information can be dangerous, so please ask a staff member or reference official statements (Dev Blogs for example). 21. Post or link to illegal, dangerous, offensive or NSFW content. Do not engage in activities that include (but are not limited to) the sharing of sexually explicit content, piracy, malicious code execution (viruses, malware, spyware etc.), gore. Please keep posts pertaining to the M-rated content in Identity reasonable. 22. Create or operate an account with the intention of solely boosting or supporting another user's reputation, poll votes, or opinions. We ask that all users contribute to the forums in ways that don't simply perpetuate someone else's particular viewpoint or account statistics. ***Moderators and staff have the final say on all matters. If you would like to report moderator abuse, contact a Community Manager directly. Creating public threads or posts that question or reference administrative decisions or potential administrative decisions is not permitted.*** ***Freedom of speech rights do not extend to privately owned websites, such as this one. These guidelines detail the types of behavior and activities that are allowed here.*** ***We reserve the right to deactivate any account and to edit or remove any content without warning. These guidelines are subject to change at any time without notice.*** ***If you have a question or suggestion about our User Guidelines, please do not hesitate to contact a moderator or admin and we will be glad to help in any way that we can.*** 3bdullah alzmeeeleee 6ree8 jbbbh #7mod mf95
