Here are the stream notes for Identity's twitch stream on November the 21st. Remember - Certain elements are subject to change, especially specific numbers, etc... Drug Addiction: There will be an addiction system when it comes to drugs, and different drugs are more/less addicting than others. Drugs may give stamina advantages, or allow users to perform actions faster. Buffs acquired through drugs will be minimal as to not make a severe impact on PVP scenarios. New Staff: There is a new game developer called McWolf and a new developer archer for UI. Backpacks: They want to not have giant backpacks necessary for inventory space, as they look horrible to wear, as in Altis Life. Logo Creation: There is a logo creator to make logos for clothes you make, so you can make unique logos for corporation clothes, and other clothes. Motown mentioned it's somewhat similar to APB: All Points Bulletin. Sports: There will not be any big sports that would take the building of a whole different game to add such as NFL. Things that require simple physics, such as a soccer ball can be added, however. Third Person View: At the moment there will be the third person system where you can look around corners. Private servers will likely have the option to have a first person only mode. Licences: Anything that requires a licence will be more or less a tutorial. Licences are not meant to prevent you from doing something, but instead to just teach you how to do it, such as driving safely. Things such as drivers licences will cost money to buy. RP: On official servers, RP will not be mandatory, but in community servers, you can set your own rules on it. Mods: Modding isn't a top priority, and will likely be implemented sometime after full release. The devs acknowledge modding is a good thing for games and can keep them alive for years longer, and are great for improving gameplay on custom servers. Community Server Police Force: Community servers can set their own ranking system in the police force, and choose their own ranks. Off Duty Cops: Off-duty cops will not be able to wear uniform or drives police vehicles, to show a distinct difference between the police who are a danger for criminals, and normal civilians. Undercover cops: Undercover cops are not planned for official servers. Sewer System: Motown is intrigued by the idea of having sewers or an underground system in place to allow criminals to travel around. Nothing like this is currently planned, but it may make it into the final game if the other devs like the idea. Bank Robbery: You will be able to murder your accomplices to get yourself a bigger cut in the robbery if you want. Friendly Fire: This isn't planned as no one in identity is meant to be your friend. With Cops, however, there may be no friendly fire, as the official servers do not want corrupt cops as this can easily ruin gameplay. Court: There will be a court and if your prison sentence is more than 15 mins you can request a court case, with lawyers and a public jury where the community can be summoned to help as a jury. The judge will be an NPC in this scenario and the players who are summoned to listen to your case will determine your fate. Lawyers will be useful for those who do not want to use their microphone, those who don't want to speak, or those without microphones. Speed Limits: There will be speed limits, and cops who can see your speed when sitting on the side of the road. Cops can ticket you for speeding. System Requirements: The system requirements are unknown at the moment, but the devs believe around a 750/750ti will be the minimum. Explosions: Explosions will be kept minimal in identity, meaning you likely won't be able to explode world props such as propane tanks. Bullet Drop: There will be bullet drops, and the ballistic system is close to real life. Ricochet: There will be bullet ricochet off certain objects, and different bullets will pass through different materials. Limb damage: This is planned, for example, if you are shot in the leg, you will have a limp. Police Cars: Police cars will have different sirens and different types of flashing lights which the driver can control. Police Stations: Police stations will have rooms specifically for roleplay, such as offices and interrogation rooms (mainly for community servers), a gun range and an armoury. Detectives: The whole point of detectives is to collect info from the crime scene. Data you find on the scene can be taken to the forensic lab of the precinct and you will be given a general area the criminal is in, and from there it is up to you to locate him. Police Uniforms: These will not be very customisable, and police officers will mainly look the same. Your rank will be displayed on your uniform to show off if you are a superior to others in the police force.

ECONOMY: Mixed economy with limited government involvement to ensure economic stability. RELIGION: The right to freely exercise one’s faith is guaranteed by law. ENERGY: Support clean energy sources, and hope to have at least 75% of the grid powered by clean energy sources, including nuclear and solar energy. Will regulate fossil energy sources. Funding will also be put into experimental energy sources, such as wind, tidal, geothermal, and fusion plants. ENVIRONMENT: Find it important to protect the environment and to leave as little of a carbon footprint as possible. Excessive air pollution caused by companies will result in fines. GUNS: Support the right to own a firearm. Want sufficient background checks to ensure that criminals do not purchase firearms. DEFENSE: Believe in reducing military spending in order to fund other government programs. The money saved from reducing military spending could be used to issue grants to educational facilities, modernize police utilities, and reduce the taxes caused by universal health care. DEATH PENALTY: Against the death penalty in all circumstances. The United Liberty Party finds that the death penalty is immoral and sometimes results in the wrongful execution of an innocent citizen. PROTESTS: Support a citizen’s right to assemble, as long as it does not cause an issue of public safety or disrupt the rights of other citizens. Laws All citizens will be brought to a court of law and tried upon breaking a law, less heinous crimes will result in a fine that must be paid within a week of issuance. Citizens may have an attorney present during questioning and/or their trial. An attorney will be provided if the defendant cannot afford one. Hey, this was confirmed on the FAQ here. The map will be 200 square kilometers or 77 square miles. It will take 1 and 1/2 hours to walk across the whole map. There will possibly be map extensions in the future, but this isn't confirmed to be done as of now.

I have decided to withdraw from the election in an effort to assist my (former) fellow running mate, Lucious Times. While I can't say I agree with all of his policies, he is lightyears ahead of every other candidate in the mix. At 8:00 they talk about microtransactions, this is pretty dissapointing and could hurt the game, look at SW: BF2. "Just " clothing vehicles and houses, isn't that the goal of the game, make money and buy better clothing vehicles and houses. But then some rich kid can skip all that work and buy the best things in the game instantly. :(

Looking through the scope he spots the car pulling up to the 711. Simms looks down at his phone waiting for one of them to call him. BAM BAM He hears the gun shots and then quickly looks through the scope just in time to see the 2 mask men run behind the 711. Simms starts to scan the area looking for where the shots came from. He looks back to see where the two are still hiding behind the 711 and then looks down at his phone. "Hmm looks like this guys doesn't need my help." Simms leans back into his chair and pockets his phone. (Sorry for the short post but I really did not know what else to put...)

Did I just get smacked? Wake up Asshole? *blink Blink blink* White Mask opens his eyes seeing a dark ghostly figure standing above him. "God...they called you!?!" White Mask says. Ghost bends down picking up White Mask by the shirt. "No not God...." Ghost says holding him up against the wall and hands him the pistol. "We got 2 mins to get out of here before the cops are here we need to move." Ghost says turning to look at the door. White Mask takes the pistol "Wait hold up!" White Mask says..."Two things...." Holds up a finger. "One What took you so long?" Now holds up two fingers" Two did you just smack?" Ghost turns around looking at Mask and points to White Mask. "its been like a week and you missed your call in, and two." Smacks White Mask across the face again. "Yes twice now lets move!" White Mask gets smacked the second time. "A simple yes would of been nice." Ghost moves to the door and look down the hall way. He then grabs White Mask by the shirt again pulling him as they move down the hall quickly. They turn the corner as they run into two guards. Ghost tosses White Mask into the guards to separate them. White Mask stumbles onto one of the guards pushing him back as Ghost moves towards the other one. The guard swings at Ghost but he ducks the punch and uppercuts the guard. He then grabs his arm spins the guard around with his arm to his back and slams him against the wall. Ghost Looks over at White Mask as he lays on top of the guard and slowly gets to his feet. White Mask points his gun to the guard. Ghost quickly grabs the guard that he his against the wall and slams his face into the wall knocking him out. He then moves over to White Mask and places his hand ontop of White Mask's gun. "No.." Ghost kicks the guard on the ground in the across the face knocking his ass out again. "No? Nooo? Bitch ass you know who I am" White Mask takes his gun back from Ghost's grip swing the gun around looking at Ghost. "Huh do you?" Ghost looks at White Mask and punches White Mask right square in the face hoping to knock his ass out. White Mask takes a step backwards looking all wobbly. Ghost sighs once again grabbing the gun from White Mask and holsters it behind his pants. He then grabs White Mask and slings him over his shoulder "Oh ok....you can carry me like they do in the love movies." White Mask Passes out from the punch. Ghost carries White Mask to the front of the asylum and quickly moves to the car. Ghost pops the trunk and tosses White Mask into the back with the other person in the trunk from before. He slams the trunk as a squad car is seen pulling into the asylum parking lot. "This is not worth 10K." Ghost says pulling the pistol from his back of his pants. The Squad car stops and pulls it side ways blocking them. Ghost points his gun to the cop getting out of the car but then shoots the front tire and then the back tire. Ghost climbs into the car and takes off ramming the squad car and knocking the cop out of the way, heading down the road. About 20 mins later the car stops and Ghost gets out walks to the trunk and pops it open. He then makes his way over to where he parked his white van. The trunk swings up as White Mask quickly pops up and of the trunk as fast as he could. "Ahhh What the Hell MAN!" Ghost opens the side door of the van grabbing a old looking shot gun, a M16 and a pistol. He then makes his way back to the car. "Did you put me in the trunk with a dead man?" White Mask says pointing to the trunk. Ghost stops by the trunk and tosses the weapons into trunk with the owner of the car. He then grabs the owner and drags him to the front of the car. "No..hes not dead.." Ghost tosses his badge into the passenger side of the car. He then starts to remove the janitor onesie and puts the close back on the man. "Oh you nasty." White Mask says and then laughs and claps. "But I like!" Ghost picks up the man and places him into the drivers seat. He then walk back to the back and closes the trunk and walks past White Mask back to his van. White Mask then follows Ghost to his Van. "So....we are done yes?" Ghost looks at White Mask and then leans into the van once again handing White Mask two Pistols and then a white mask. His eyes get big with joy. "Oh Ghosty you shouldn't have...." Ghost look over at White Mask and points to the man in the car. White Mask does a double take and smiles. Then makes his way to the car. He places one Pistol right down in his pants in the front and holds his the other pistol. He makes it to the drivers side of the car and raises the pistol up pointing it to the mans head. *BAM* White Mask laughs with joy and tosses the pistol into the car. He then leans in and places the white mask on the dead mans head. "Looks good on yea!" He laughs once again walking back to the van. Ghost is waiting as White Mask gets in to the passenger side and they take off. "I am dropping you off in the city Probably Roseport since its closer." Ghost says as they drive to Roseport. "Fine fine fine" White Mask crosses his arms and sits there waiting to get dropped off. White Mask then leans over and smacks Ghost in the back of the head. Ghost quickly slams on the brakes and looks at White Mask as White Mask quickly points to Ghost...They stare at each other and starts to laugh together as the both give dabs and Ghost takes off towards Roseport once again.
