I think what a lot of people forget is that when the game was announced there was basically nothing but ideas, development started soon after building it up from scratch (which is why the first module has been taking so long.) Not only that, but the Town Square has been redone SEVERAL times, if you look at the TS page under the "About" tab, those are very old pictures of what it used to look like.

You only get what is in the upgraded package, you do not receive lets say you go from motorist to biker, you will not get both only the one you upgraded to.

Hey Oskar, upgrading now is a great idea as later prices will go up and you won't be able to get things like cars with the packages when the new shop comes out with Town Square. About your questions, you will only get he bike and not the car when you upgrade and you will only get 1000, not an extra 1000. Hope I answered your questions

The time draws near! In the last dev blog I sent out, I mentioned that we were going to announce the release date for our first playable game module, the Town Square. Those of you who follow our Twitter and Twitch streams will have already learned this date. It's a very exciting and important time for Identity; we're fast approaching the time where you'll first step foot in Identity's grand world. We've crunched all the numbers and can now say with fair confidence that the Identity Town Square module will be released, to all backers with a $30 or higher pledge, on this coming March 21st. What will you find in the Town Square? The Town Square is a social game module. You'll be able to create your character, which may be transferable to the retail game after release, and meet hundreds of other Identity backers in the town square of the clean and quaint city of Ash Hill. You'll be able to talk to those around you, add them to your phone contacts and have full phone and IM support to stay in touch. You'll find a completely functional cinema playing full movies around the clock, a karaoke bar to show off your skills (or see me making a fool of myself), a working restaurant, art gallery, shops and more. The biggest single feature is the housing system. You're getting a taste of the full and complete player housing mechanics that you'll find in Identity. Everyone will have access to a tiny apartment, but those who pledged for higher rewards will be able to check out and decorate their larger spaces. It's a preview of what you'll have in the full game. Invite friends to your place and party it up! After the initial release of the module, we'll continue to add features to the Town Square as they are completed in development for Identity. Barbershops and tattoo parlors will let you customize your character further. A garage will let you sample your vehicles. You'll even get to test your ability with firearms in the police shooting range before the SWAT module is released. For me, one of the most exciting parts of Town Square is just to get inside the game and finally get a feel for Identity and how it plays. Flexing our new manpower Productivity has skyrocketed with our new office. We're working better and there are now many more of us knocking out code and assets each day. This game has had many delays and I do not think that will change now, so my prediction for March 2018 is the game will not see the light on that date and if it does not be promised. I know that the fans that do not rush the developers will want to lynch me but it does not matter because that does not change the reality of the events. I hope from the bottom of my heart that this is not a scam and that at some point they join to demand their rights as buyers and fervent followers of this project to which we have dedicated time, money and passion. With the release date for Module 1 finally revealed as March 21 the traffic on not only on the website, but twitter, twitch and our discord will increase drastically leaving you with the opportunity to join us at Asylum Entertainment. Muslims may be subject to searches if suspected of suspicious activity but will not have there homes searched unless a warrant is present. Taxes We believe very much in lower taxes. It's much more efficient when money is spent by the workers who earn it. An exact amount is yet to be decided. Healthcare The Roman Catholic Party believes healthcare should be proved privately through the free market. Government funded healthcare will only decrease the quality of care people will receive. Economy Limited government regulations on businesses. We believe citizens should be able to start and grow there own business and buy and sell among themselves without the burden of the government regulating them. We will fully support a free market system as it will help economic growth. Abortion We will always be Pro-life. The Roman Catholic Party believes in life at fertilization. There will be no government funded abortions and privately done abortions will be illegal. Immigration The Roman Catholic Part fully supports and encourages immigration. However, all immigrants who arrive illegal will be immediately deported. There will be no exceptions and none will be allowed to stay. Police The Roman Catholic will fully support all law enforcement and provide them with the funding they need to operate. But, any police officer convicted of killing an innocent man/women who caused no immediate danger to them will be immediately fired and face the court to be prosecuted. Just read in the newsletter today about when Townsquare is dropping. One thing I wanted to get clarified was the statement: ''We've crunched all the numbers and can now say with fair confidence that the Identity Town Square module will be released, to all backers with a $30 or higher pledge, on this coming March 21st.'' It says that you will get the town square module beta with a $30 pledge but when i go on the shop it says that i will get the beta for a $15 plegde.

15$ is Citizen, which it says you get the passport and founders hat. The passport is the game when it is released without Beta Access. Founders pack is the 30$ one which says it comes with Beta Access. Also, if you already bought Citizen, it will say Founders is 15$, but that's just an upgrade as you already spent 15$ on citizen, so Founders is cheaper. Hope I helped

I have said many times in the past that I agree with a lot of Ms. @FrancePourLaVie's policies even though there may be a couple of indifferences. My advice to Ms. FrancePourLaVie is simply this; There will be people who are genuinely interested in asking questions in regards to your policies and views and wish to hear more about them. This is perfectly okay and you should - as I can see you currently have been and are doing - respond to these people and do your best to convince them that your way is best for the community. However, there will also be the trolls and people who intentionally wish to cause trouble. These people simply strive from your reaction so don't give them the satisfaction of replying to them. As just stated, he had no policies and he had no laws. He didn't mention anything. His thread must have only taken 10 seconds to think of. If you're not willing to put in the time and effort to make a detailed campaign thread, you're clearly not taking it seriously enough. He even stated that he wasn't trying.

Honestly I'm completely cool with it. From what I've seen in my few minutes of stopping by the development streams everything is looking quite astonishing actually. Long as the game is amazing by the time it comes out I'm cool with it. Plus Module One is basically gonna be a walking simulator with a few activities in the mix so it doesn't matter too much when module one comes out. The sooner Module One is done though, the sooner we get into the real interesting stuff.

Yes! Maybe these could only be played at, on certain surfaces like some boxes in an alley or whatever bringing some risk to being caught. (Tier 1) With how I've heard stores can't be physically designed/upgraded too much/at all (at least in the beginning), it would be cool if it were done in some general purpose rental space, that in someway the police or detectives found out, they could raid it. (Tier 2 - illegal gambling)

So another job/Department I just thought about. Now forgive me if its been posted somewhere in the depths of the forums but I did not see a post for it. But I was sitting here thinking what about a city sanitation department. Have a department dedicated to street sweeping, operation of garbage trucks etc. Thought this might be a good idea. Thoughts? @Motown What do you think about this? Has anyone suggested this to you?
