The time draws near! In the last dev blog I sent out, I mentioned that we were going to announce the release date for our first playable game module, the Town Square. Those of you who follow our Twitter and Twitch streams will have already learned this date. It's a very exciting and important time for Identity; we're fast approaching the time where you'll first step foot in Identity's grand world. We've crunched all the numbers and can now say with fair confidence that the Identity Town Square module will be released, to all backers with a $30 or higher pledge, on this coming March 21st. What will you find in the Town Square? The Town Square is a social game module. You'll be able to create your character, which may be transferable to the retail game after release, and meet hundreds of other Identity backers in the town square of the clean and quaint city of Ash Hill. You'll be able to talk to those around you, add them to your phone contacts and have full phone and IM support to stay in touch. You'll find a completely functional cinema playing full movies around the clock, a karaoke bar to show off your skills (or see me making a fool of myself), a working restaurant, art gallery, shops and more. The biggest single feature is the housing system. You're getting a taste of the full and complete player housing mechanics that you'll find in Identity. Everyone will have access to a tiny apartment, but those who pledged for higher rewards will be able to check out and decorate their larger spaces. It's a preview of what you'll have in the full game. Invite friends to your place and party it up! After the initial release of the module, we'll continue to add features to the Town Square as they are completed in development for Identity. Thank you very much, good sir. It was a bit strange for one to witness a party, that consists of zero platforms or policies, function as the dominating party within the game. It is honestly appreciated.

The problem has been fixed, sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Our reasoning for this is that we don't want people who can afford to buy apartment spaces through microtransactions to have an advantage in the game. If you were able to rent out the apartments, which you may have gotten through a pledge/MT, you could then translate that into in-game currency through rental income. We've got to consider all angles to make sure everything remains as fair and balanced as possible. You can have multiple people living in an apartment, though! And you can have more than one apartment for access to your stuff in different areas of the world.

In my personal opinion, I feel religion is religion! We can't necessarily control what others believe we can put an end to what is just morally wrong! No, I believe in very little interference, but not complete letting of people run the economy! Some regulations have to exist! All anyone can do is have the law! If someone breaks the law then they suffer the consequence! That's not bad, I remember that Identity is a game and that that's just how some people will be! So I know there is crime, obviously. But I was wondering how accurate cooking meth would be. Like do you have to manage multiple things? For example, Garry's Mod has a meth cook addon that has you doing different things to make it. Is this gonna be similar to that?

A guard is walking down the dark and narrow halls of the criminally insane, which is called Cell Block D. Where there is only one light that shines above everyone’s cell. And some of the blood has dripped on to the straitjacket as well. “Ahh the Good Doctor.” White Mask says looking up, some blood coming from his mouth as he talks soaking the head-wrap even more. “it’s a pleasure to finally meet you! All the fellas in here have been raving about you.” " Guard, you can leave us." Doctor Harrison says looking over at the guard. The guard shrugs “ok If this asshole starts anything I will be right outside the door.. “ The guard quickly walks out and slams the door behind him. Doctor Harrison nods. “What do I owe the pleasure of meeting you this fine day? Or is it night? I can never tell with these padded walls.” He chuckles. “Tell me a little about yourself, like what’s your name? Where did you come from? Dr. Harrison takes out a napkin from his pocket and wipes some of the blood spots off his coat, but of course he just smears it cause its BLOOD. he pockets his napkin and then grabs his pen to write on the clipboard. “I see, do you know why you are here?” “Enough with the 20 questions doc…are you going to cure me or not?” White Mask says standing in front of the doctor in the straitjacket twisting his upper body. “That’s up to you Mr…Mr..Mask..if you don’t talk to me I can’t help you” Dr. Harrison keeps writing and then stop to fixes his glasses. “So if you want my help you are going to answer all my question so I can provide you with the treatment that is need.” White Mask stops twisting his upper body and tries to salute Doctor Harrison, but can’t since he is in a straitjacket but does the best he can and laughs while doing it. “Sir Yes Sir” “mmhmm” Doctor Harrison looks back down at his paper “So again what is your name?” Harrison looks up and then looks horrified looking at White Mask, because an evil smirk has formed on his wrapped face. “AHHHH!” White Mask Head butts Doctor Harrison right in the head. Harrison holds his head as he drops to one knee, but White Mask is like a tiger on his kill and pounces on Harrison knocking him down on the ground. White Mask sits on top of him and starts head butting his head with Harrison's head over and over. Blood splattering from White Mask and Harrison’s head but who bleeding more? who knows there is just some much blood flying everywhere. The Guard would hear the scream and bust into cell. He reaches for his radio and calls for back up "BACK UP CELL BLOCK D 0801!" The guard would grab White Mask tossing him back. he then pulls his nightstick and walks over to him. He swings the nightstick beating him down. More guards would run in, Some went over to help the Doctor and the others would join in the fun beating White Mask with a the nightstick. The Warden Dr. Allen ran in to see what was going on and stop. As we leave the asylum, for now we hear the sound of laughter from White Mask getting his ass beat. This shows how incredibly unprofessional you are as a candidate. You mention that he doesn't understand how the system works and that he criticizes blindly, but provide nothing to back these statements up. What system is it that he doesnt understand? The non-existent healthcare system? I think his criticism was very poorly conveyed, however I have no trouble in seeing what it is he is saying and so one could argue you are the one being blind. So, as a member of this community who may be harder to criticise because I am not new, let me provide some real criticisms about your "healthcare" plan. First of all, how can you chose to pay for a universal healthcare on a day to day basis? I doubt someone get's out of bed saying "I need to pay $500 to the government because I plan on breaking my leg later!". What if you pay the $500 and don't use it? Does it carry on to the next day? If I pay it one day but don't need medical help until the next day, do I need to pay it again? There are too many holes in this plan. Healthcare cannot be in place for some people but not for others. I also don't know how you can claim it is universal healthcare when it is only available to people who pay. Next, what are your estimates based on? Because I am 100% sure the developers have stated multiple times that money-making will be similar to that of real life, so anyone who can afford to pay $500 per day can afford private healthcare. If you were to educate yourself on how the system works before criticising others for the same thing, I think your little campaign would go a lot smoother. Assuming a system like the one you propose did work (highly unlikely), how would it be abused? Someone pays the fee and doesn't take the healthcare? Someone doesn't pay but takes the healthcare anyway? Why would you give it to someone who hasn't paid? This statement seems redundant. Regarded by who? Yourself? I fail to see how a banquet dinner is categorised as a "basic need". It seems to me like you will use public tax dollars to feed yourself and other members of government, while making people pay $500 per day for healthcare. Why? To prevent terrorism? I understand why politicians in real life would want to ban Burqas, and while I disagree with it, I see the argument. However I find myself asking this question, how many muslims are going to be playing Identity? Probably quite a few, but not nearly as much as atheists or Christians. I would say that in the US and UK servers, the vast majority, if not all of the terrorist attacks will be carried out by atheists or Christians, not Muslims, and even though some Muslims will play in these countries, I doubt many of them support terrorism. This law helps no one. Looking at all of the points I have raised, can you seriously claim this is a correct statement? Usually I would not be this aggressive, however you have insulted the very people who are voting for you by completely ignoring someones criticisms and belittling them for your own ego. Honestly I'm completely cool with it. From what I've seen in my few minutes of stopping by the development streams everything is looking quite astonishing actually. Long as the game is amazing by the time it comes out I'm cool with it. Plus Module One is basically gonna be a walking simulator with a few activities in the mix so it doesn't matter too much when module one comes out. The sooner Module One is done though, the sooner we get into the real interesting stuff.

They aren't all in-game because there was a lot of concept art, but they have a good amount to show you how far the game has come and how well the polish looks on the items they have out. For once, I couldn't agree more with you, Lucious. That's why I responded, saying she hasn't done anything wrong as @YouKnowBro seems to suggest.

I know it's going to be a lot of work for their team. But with their new employees and the plans they have set, I don't think they can say it will be set to a later date. This is ONLY the Town Square Module! Being in the same building with more experienced people in multiple fields, hopefully they learn from each other and progress faster than they think. They probably are taking their time checking to make sure everything is near perfect and that's respectable, but hopefully they can produce more especially with the new 3D Designer that they are excited to have and the new Developer. Good Luck to their team as we all wait for the release of more content and updates.

@NanoSpace I totally agree, as I've said in other posts, especially with game development, I prefer if they just drop it as a surprise IMO. No promises, just keep the work progress updated and then in one of the dev blogs be like "oh and btw, forgot to mention...we released the next module" etc. That's how I prefer it. But yeah what's done is done. I knew Q1 2017 wasn't going to be ready they didn't seem anything close to it. Hope they will be now because dates are important to stick to, we were now given a date.

The good old times, where you couldn't edit or delete your posts after 10 minutes. Much easier to catch criminals, since they couldn't delete or change the evidence. And I may have gone a little power hungry. lol. Though, I still like the idea behind Misneden Security. Been considered to bring it back. But I'd have to remake the website from scratch. Which would be a pain. And I'm not sure how well it'd work out this time either. So, eh... Whatever.

In my opinion, the main business thread isn't simply for people making businesses! Just like the Podium isn't just for people and their campaigns! I feel as though the Job Bank is for people that have businesses to advertise jobs within their business! My party isn't a business, I just felt that people seeking business would seek within the Board Room. To me, volunteering is business!

Let's look at it like this, rules aren't there to limit you. They're there to protect you. And, well... I'll freely admit it. The system isn't perfect. And if the rules have to be adjusted a bit, in order to catch the bad guy. Then so be it. At the end of the day, if the bad guy is in jail. Everyone wins. I transferred to Identity Island for a change of pace. I mean, who wouldn't be a part of this project? And we've gotten an alarming amount of reports of criminal activity. And not enough was being done with it. Hence why I am here. Since my arrival, crime has been lowered by almost 20% percent. Even Lucious Times served time for his crimes. Unfortunately, I'm not at liberty to discuss if I am tracking a specific target. Are the people safe? Well, it depends. Statically, we've had zero deaths, murders, thefts, assaults, grand theft auto, larceny, and whatever else crimes. But I have a feel that all my change sometime in the near future. And when that happens, no one will be safe. I can't personally say I've heard any uproar from the Neighborhood Watch. But if they are unhappy with me, they should take it up with me, or my superiors. Other than that, tough luck I'd say. They don't really any authority. My documents were made freely available for the police department. Leaks were bound to happen with such inter-agency transfers. There is northing sensitive in those documents anyway. Nothing you can't find with a quick Google search. Not sure what advantage you're referring to. STEP 4: Select "Report a Problem" STEP 5: Find & Select your Pledge Payment to Asylum Entertainment, Inc., and then select "Continue" STEP 6: Choose the most relevant option relating to your problem. For refunds, we recommend selecting, "I have a billing issue" and then pressing continue before choosing "I want to report an issue that's not described". Either way, we'll find it.
