As Gene fixes his tie he looks to the camera and smiles. The LED screen within the car would be taken over momentarily while they were driving. ”Hello, I’m going to be upfront and straight forward. I’m Gene Smith and I’ve been keeping an eye on you. Well.. the passenger that is. See when you’re like me you take interest in people who can make an impact. You are now on my radar White Mask, come to the Chairman. I’d love to have a chat. And don’t think about running when you reach your destination, my boys are waiting for you.”

I don't see any reason why that would not be in the game. In fact, it would be quite stupid if it wasn't. It is safe to assume that this will definitely be an option.

I am really starting to get irritated with these kinda of posts. How many times must it be said...Identity is a huge undertaking, being done by a small group, that IS getting bigger, NOT a Triple-A studio with hundreds of employee's and a blank check at their disposal. Really, I think its more of the constant negative whining, about a game more than 2x the size of GTA V, that is taking a small team to do things on your schedule...Maybe if people weren't so thick and instead of bitching "they got my $15-$30 and it's been two years...WHAaaaaa" maybe make some positive videos or posts drawing people in to the idea instead of giving them cause to think it could be exactly like other failed games. I honeslty think it's the spoiled self absorbed PC gamers, that want way better games but wanna pay as lil as possible to get it, that bring down the quality of games on PC. You guys belong on console, PC gaming is not about saving money. If you spent 3-4-$500 on a pc and then whine about how much games cost...Your gaming on PC for the wrong reason,YOU are the reason games for PC suffer. PC is for gaming enthusiasts. Cheap PC's are for the pretenders that want to feel like a part of something, without actually spending what is needed to be a part of pc gaming. You don't buy a Lamborghini with Honda pockets...I'm so happy that things are starting to pick up, and we will be hearing about the town square module release very soon. Then maybe all the naysayers will STFU now, and give it a chance to blossom. I swear it's like poop on the flower and expect it to grow thru 3 feet of shit. Give 'em a chance to make it, Rome wasn't built in a day. I can do analogies all day long.

Thank you for pledging towards the development of Identity! Our records indicate that a pledge was made from this email address and that you're interested in project updates. Beginning of a new era Wow, what a month; busy and exciting and full of promise! While the developers have been hard at work getting the Town Square module ready to go, I've been preparing our new office space and interviewing potential Asylum developers. We've raised almost $800,000, allowing us to expand in a big way and bring on loads of new talent. Asylum Entertainment's new home If you read my last dev blog you'll remember that we had just scouted out office space and had narrowed our search to one. Now we have the keys and I've been working hard to get it operational. I never want to see another hex key again! It's almost hard to imagine that we've been working on Identity with a team spread out around the world. The talent of our small team has astonished me. It's exciting to consider how finally working in a formal setting is going to boost productivity. Not only is working in an office such as this going to make it easier to work together, but we've been on a hiring craze. Having sifted through hundreds of applications over the past few weeks and interviewing dozens of skilled individuals, we've selected most new developers to join our team. Our programming manpower is now three times stronger. Finally, after all this time we're now able to afford a full-time community manager. Joining our team at the new office location next week is Identity's community manager, Brandon! You'll be hearing from him very regulary. We're committing to keeping you in constant contact with the development team. Keep an eye on our website as well as social media! Town Square on the horizon! With our new studio starting up next week and the new programming talent coming on-board, our goal of the Town Square release is getting nearer. It's big news: the official Town Square release date will be announced in the month of October. With all of the changes affecting our productivity in such a positive way, we need to see how everyone works together over the next few weeks. This will allow us to give our fans a date with which we can be confident. We've got the Twitch We wanted to give you a glimpse of the game development process and have been streaming on Twitch to show you how it's done. Four hour (or more) long streams have gone live since my last dev blog; keep an eye on Identity's Twitter for future stream announcements. We try to have at least one development stream per week. As a fan of Identity, one of the things you're going to enjoy most is the flurry of videos which will be coming soon showing off the social features of the Town Square. For a simple social module, there's a good bit of fun things to do! New in the Town Square Our lead programmer, Henrik, has been hard at work these last couple of weeks refactoring our housing system to make it more stable and better performing for the Town Square module release. Everything's looking great at this point and he's very excited to get a bunch of new help over the next couple of weeks. With more great talent joining our art team, we're producing assets and new environments at an astonishing pace. Interiors we only hoped to have in Town Square by its release have gone from concept to reality very quickly. Last dev blog I showed you the concept art pieces produced for the police station. The police station was something we didn't expect to be available in the initial Town Square release, but with our art team hard at work we're getting a lot done. Below you'll find the lobby as it is in-game. The police station in Town Square will be a place for you to learn about the policing career, but it will also eventually feature a shooting range for you to test the weapon systems in Identity. Police station lobby in Town Square Our character and clothing team has also been adding a large variety of things to wear in the Town Square. Both clothing and accessories are being added all the time. Note the attention to detail and excellent quality of the clothing pieces in Identity. New sweater clothing What's to come In summary, we've been moving along with Identity's development at a great pace considering the size of our team; however, our team is growing in a big way right now. New developers are selected and some are starting at the new office as early as this coming week. Once the new guys have been oriented and we get an understanding of their work, we're going to be able to analyze the tasks remaining and give you a release date for Town Square. This is a big deal; Town Square isn't all that far off now and we're already preparing and planning for the next module: SWAT. I hoped to release a video showing combat systems already, but most the remaining work for that falls on myself as the other developers are busy with the real systems for Town Square. I've not had much time over these weeks from preparing the office, so that's on hold a bit; my priority is getting the Town Square module into your hands as soon as possible. Because we're getting further along now, and with the added manpower, we're going to soon start releasing small gameplay videos showing off the different aspects of Town Square. Finally, Brandon is joining Asylum as a dedicated full-time community manager! Brandon will be keeping you up to date constantly. Our silent days are soon to be over!

I have a couple of questions: 1. For people without a mic, will there be a text-to-speech feature if we want to talk, without using chat-boxes? 2. Will owned buildings be like Garry's Mod DarkRP where your owned building is only owned by you for the amount of time you are on a server? 3. When you eat food, can you choose your utensils, plates, how you cut your food, how you eat it, and can it be too hot or too cold? 4. Can we make custom cellphone brands in the game? 5. Will there be servers for a certain time period like the 1980's or the 2050's? 6. Can you have different characters on different servers, so on one server I have a criminal and on the other I have a police officer or detective? 7. Will your hair be able to be brushed to your liking, or is it already brushed and from a selection? 8. Can you use a razor to shave? 9. Will wind affect the game? 10. Will there be classic flip-phones? 11. Can we become fit at a gym? 12. How advanced will car crashes be? 13. What about microwave/instant meals? 14. Can you choose whether or not to zip up your jacket? I will be asking way more questions in the future. Thanks you, developers, for your hard work so far!

"Wooo!" White Mask climbs back inside of the car and sit down looking at Kevin. "Now that was..." White Mask gets cut off as his LED screen in the car blinks on and off and finally shows this guy name Gene Smith on his screen. White Mask sits back in the passenger seat, folds his arms and props his feet up on the dash board listening to what Mr. Smith has to say. Few second later after Smith was done talking and the screen goes back to normal. "Hmmm." White Mask puts his feet back down and looks at Kevin.."You know what, your grandpa is very rude, interrupting my feed like that." he laughs and pushes Kevin's shoulder a little. "Just messin your dad is very nice but! we need to get rid of this cops before air support shows up so take the exit here real quick and make a few turns to get to that big parking garage you see ahead." Kevin would of course do what he was told and started to do that fast and furious driving losing the cops and giving them distance so that the cops know where they are going but not really. Kevin quickly drifted inside the parking garage, White Mask grabbed the seat buckle and holds on for dear life as he goes up and up in the parking garage. "Ok ok ok Stop stop Stoooooooooop!" Kevin slams on the break just intime for the cops to block the exit of the parking garage. "And I'm the nut job? pfffttt " White Mask gets out of the car and walks over to Kevin's side of the door opening it for him. "please step out my good man." Kevin would climb out of the car as White Mask shut the car door behind him. "Now I will take the neck collar off if you promise me that we can still reach our destination together, and if you do I will make it worth your wild K?" The man in the White Mask extends his hand to Kevin for an agreement shake. Kevin would nod and shakes the man in the white mask hand. "Great ok this is the plan" The man in the white mask walks behind Kevin to unlock the collar from his neck. *POP* the collar would pop off and fall to the ground. "You ever heard of Plasti Dip? of course you have your a race car driver guy person man. So help me take the nice shinny coat of red off the car and we will be on our way." White mask walks over to the back and starts to peal the red off the car showing the true color of the car which is white. Kevin moved to the front where the hood is and started to peal off the red as well. In a matter of minutes the whole car was white. "Bada Bing Bada BOOM Realest Car in the da room now lets get out of here." White Mask says as he makes his way over to the passenger side of the car. "Hold up" Kevin would say. "There is only one way we are getting past these cops" Kevin walks over to White Mask. "Uhh Yeah I know im gonna hide in the trunk and you are gonna drive out" White mask said "heh, No" Kevin would open the passenger side door for White mask "only way we are getting out of here if you play hurt. " White Mask looks over at Kevin "Hurt?" and with that very word Kevin would make a fist reach back and punch White mask right in the gut. "Yes Hurt." White Mask doubles over hold his gut. "Fuuuuuuuuuu o....o.....ok..I...getcha. I could of acted it out no need to go Bruce Lee on me...shiitttttttttt.." He climbs into the passenger side of the car and sits down doubling over holding his gut. He then removes his mask and slides it under his seat. His medium length and messy hair falls over his face covering it. Kevin walks over to the drivers side of the car and gets in. Kevin starts the car up and takes off heading down to the exit of the parking garage. The Cop would hold his hands up and walks over to car. Kevin rolled down the window and looked at the officer. " Where do you think you two are going?" The cop would say as he bends down to look at the two. his eyes widen "Is everything ok here?" The officer would say looking at the man doubled over. "Sorry Officer no my buddy here is having stomach pain we think his kidney burst I need to take him to the hospital." Kevin said as the man not wearing the white mask grumbles in pain" It Hurts OOOOOOOOOH please kill me it hurts!" The Officer nods "get that man to the hospital now kid and make it fast!" Kevin would nod and take off. "alright we are clear." Kevin says as White Mask puts back on his mask. He quickly looks at Kevin "You called me your buddy?" He sniffs.."I never had a buddy before." Kevin shook his head "Where am I going?" "I like how your right to the point buddy. We got 3 stops and then you are good to drive off into the sunset and yes it will be worth it friend" ( I didn't want to make it too long but there is another part to this so give me a few and I will put of the second part shortly)

I know he's likely French, but it's just a weird thing to ask these things for your language only imo. I am Dutch and I think localization options should be in place too, yet I don't ask for Dutch servers cuz we Dutch people need them. I'd rather ask for évery country that needs it, because I fully realise that the Netherlands is not the only important place in the world. Just my opinion though.

You obviously haven't been watching the dev streams, have you? We do have some updates, and as for the promises, I don't see where they ever made any. Their schedule was very approximate, and even though they missed their **hoped** date of releasing (notice how I didn't say "promised" or even "expected") the first module 2017Q1, they still are fully into it, even though they bought a fancy new office. And, this aside, I don't set how they could be distracted that badly by the Switch... For BOTW, one dev would be off at a time, and otherwise, what would they play? 1, 2, Switch? On a more serious note, I have a strong belief that the team will meet our expectations, even though it might be a little later that we'd all like it to be. Add about how we "hope" this isn't bunk, I believe you are completely off. This forums are quite active, and there almost isn't a question that doesn't have a constructed answer. The fact that moderators can ask the dev team and respond so quickly and precisely is a good indication of how implicated they are. Also, as I said earlier, we do get some screenshots from the development, along with development streams. I'm quite saddened by all those negative points of view about something that you don't see. Firstly, just because you don't see something doesn't mean that it doesn't exist, and secondly, you obviously didn't put any effort into choosing your side. Pretending this is a pack of lies is far easier than believing it isn't, and you didn't even make the effort to make your point interesting to debate with in the first place. Yeah, they got a fancy office, and what then? If you saw Google's office without knowing where it is from, you'd just be doubtful because of all the ball pools, slides and things, and that's normal. So please, before starting to talk to people like you hold the absolute truth and like we should all abide by your point of view and abandon ours just based on a few office pictures, put some effort into your opinion, try to look for the most plausible option, and then defend it based on real facts, instead of just taking the easy way out and writing down a point with just an overall look of the last dev update and no background. Now, please, try to make your answer a little more constructive than your last posts, before saying ours make you "lol".

Hey there, the game will have both First and Third person views and I have to point out that you should do more research or re-watch the house customisation video because at the beginning in the hallway they clearly show the "Third person view". Please be sure to look around more.
