Im hoping it'll be finished for next month, but im not gonna cry and moan if it doesn't, i'm just gonna be patient, i've only been on here around couple months now so i shouldn't even begin to moan anyway but best of luck to the developers though, so happy of what they're doing!

You could've just read the module descriptions in about. Its pretty clear by itself..

The first module is only a social module and will not include guns, however will after a certain stage include them only at the firing range to test out in the police station. The second module is a competitive module which is a Cops vs Robbers module and includes fighting as said "competitively". The third and final module is the racing module and will allow players to try out the cars and race against each other. The first module won't have the guns or cars in it due to it being a social module. After updates will eventually allow you to fire the guns in the police gun range. I am sure there will also be a vehicle which will be static/ not functional and being shown off eventually but I am unsure on that right now.

That's right. The proximity voice system in Identity is fairly advanced. Walls and such between your head and the speaker's head will affect the sound. Furthermore, there are devices (loud speakers, microphones, etc) that can affect how far your voice can travel.

Firstly, Beta is not the modules. Secondly, the first module is due out now and the devs are not trying it for quarter 1 2018. Beta also is not going to be in the first quarter of 2018, because the 3 modules need to be complete and they also will need to add more things after all 3 modules have been released. The first module was pushed back already, causing all the modules and the Beta + full game to be pushed a bit back while there is no new ETA on the Beta because we need to wait for all 3 modules to be done before getting that new ETA. I just thought to add that I know the devs are working on more than just the modules as I am one of the first people in the community to get information.

How realistic will the car crashes be? Is the car actually going to smash into itself going 70 mph and crashing into a wall? Can you be a mechanic and actually pop open the hood and work on it? I've been wondering about this.

I didn't understand the purpose of the second module: will there be guns in the first one, and then a SWAT addition in the second one? Or will guns be included only starting from the second one? Same goes for cars, even though I'm a little less interested in those.

what is the proxy chat going to be like? is there a distance you can hear people from or can you hear people through walls?

For long distance chat, you need to text / call on the phone. You have to add people on your phone to get there phone numbers I believe. Also I am not sure but there could be a different type of open chat but I don't know.

At this moment in time, there is no section for the said department and well a new refurbished site will be launched and I am sure that there will be new sections with the forum but we cannot be certain as of yet. The highest position in the careers/ fire fighter, police, and paramedic will likely be run by a developer on official servers.

I have heard about car mechanic being out there, but (if they can be owned by players) I have no idea about doing the mechanic themselves.

It won''t be like BeamNG Drive, but it will be comparable to GTA IV, not GTA V. If you were to crash going fast, you will need a tow truck. You can be a tow truck operator and do road ride mechanic assistance. In terms of pop open the hood, possibly will be done, don't quote me on that.

Before he can answer White Mask gets jerked back into the seat as Kevin hits the gas. As @Villasenor mentioned, it really depends on the server. On official servers, with the stress system enabled and at default settings, that depends on their current stress level. On private servers, which can completely disable the stress mechanic, a headshot from most calibers will likely result in death.

I am saying it could be anytime, now but no one knows when.
