When you store your vehicle in a garage, it's stored away and disappears. When it's actively in the world, you'll park it in designated parking locations. And yes, you can get a parking ticket if you leave it in a zone marked as no-parking. It's done this way as there will be thousands of vehicles on each server. It's impossible to display every one of those when they're not in use.

Welcome! The developers play games on Twitch an hour a day from Tuesday till Thursday. Mostly PUBG and Rocket League. During that gaming hour they do reply to most questions asked in the chat. All but released dates for the modules and such, of course. You can get a lot of first hand information that way. That's how most of us get screenshots, concept art, and "inside" information posted on the forums. Hi-Point C9 In my eyes, the Hi-Point C9 is a gun I'd really like to see in a game. It's a gun that's cheap, reliable but heavy, bulky and not very pretty. But it's a gun that costs around 150 bucks and just puts out bullets, just not in any style or with any refinement. A real gangsta's gun.
