3 points@GrandPaladin If you give up on the project of Identity then you are going to miss out on it. I know delays, more delays and more delays happen but at the end of the day delays are inevitable and also about your comment on the devs being lazy because they have only 6 dev blogs, well you seem to be inconsiderate to how hard they are working to make it best / most polished game. They work hard and if anyone wants this game more than us is the devs themselves. Their passion is to build their dream game, and this game is it for them. They had 6 team members at first and that was 2 Full time devs and 4 contractors who also work on other projects during the week to when it was just them. They now have made that team to 5 Full time devs and 4 contractors while also looking to double their current numbers to have a 20 man Team. If you look at the negatives then you will give up faster on the project than if you look only at the positives. My advice is forget the delays and wait for the game which you want soo much. @WhtGhstBlckGhst Just so you know Leslie Benzies will likely have AI roaming the world which takes most of the good things away from his game. You cannot interact with all people roaming because you will likely try speak to a NPC and be fooled yet and not immersed. That game will be more GTA like than what Identity will be and also there is no harm in competition for Identity.

2 pointsHello Identians! Not sure if everyone's noticed but the Identity Developers have been updating there statistics very often. And when I say often I mean "Every... Single... Day." That means you'll be able to check the website every single day seeing how many more players (and pledges they're earning) are signing up to play Identity. A lot of new changes are coming to Identity. Such as their NEW UPCOMING website launch. Keep your fingers crossed, we've got a lot coming our way!

1 pointHi there! This is a random hangout post for those who love 60s music such as myself. My all time favourite songs are 'Chain of Fools' by Aretha Franklin and 'All Along the Watchtower' by Jimi Hendrix. I hope there are some 60s soul and jazz radio stations on Identity, if that's too much to ask. What is your favourite song? Feel free to comment and share your thoughts!

1 pointHi everybody, deep down in the Internet where I happen to linger I just found a teaser. A teaser to a game suggesting everything I have ever thought of as a game to be the best game ever, beating every game that I have been playing. Now don't get me wrong, everybody. I am not the stereotypical naive guy to believe that every next game is going to be the best game ever. We will see how it turns out in the end, but I definetely appeal to the administration of the project: please make something out of it. I am really looking forward to Identity. But enough of my expectations. I want to briefly introduce myself: My name is Antonio, and firstly: I am happy to meet all of you. By now I pronounce myself a proud contributor of this game. I am 20 years of age and I come from Germany. As you can imagine I have played all sorts of games. My activity decreased in the recent years, though. As much as I like gaming, I love to program. I have a total experience of eight years. (Yes, that's right, I started to program at the age of 12.) I am not sure what else to talk about so I guess I just finish off by saying that I really hope that this game is headed in the right direction and that a rich community stands behind it helping to manouver it. I'd love to get to know you guys and I can't await the beta :)

1 pointIm bored so im going to share my character idea. Name: Ximena Castillo NickName: Mena Race/Ethnicities/Nationality: Family is from the Dominican Republic but is mostly Black and Latina Looks: Medium-Dark Skin with long, thick curly hair. Dark brown eyes and thick lips. Rather thin but not bone thin. Has some meat on her bones Goals: To make as much money and to accumulate as much power as she possibly can whether through legal or illegal methods Personality: While she is not completely selfish she is very goal oriented. She sees the value in friendships and how it can be very profitable in the long run but will not hesitate to throw a little betrayal their way to boost herself. However, she will also not hesitate backing up her own. She will have no problem using people if it will benefit her. Personal Facts: Distrustful of White People but will work with them. Business is Business. Sexuality: Attracted to generous people with large amounts of money Education: High School Diploma. No college education Natural Assets: Looks, Charm, Resourceful Background: Ximena Castillo was born to Santiago Castillo and Maria Vargas in Santo Domingo, the capital of the Dominican Republic. Her parents although loving were living in poverty. They did the best they could but that wasn't enough for her. She resented her parents for giving her a life she felt like she didn't deserve. Her parents just kept loving her even tho she felt like she didn't feel the same way. Throughout she was always doing something. Whether it was pickpocketing or selling rock salt under the guise that they were crystals to younger kids she was always doing something. At age 19 she had a thing with a local boy her age named Mateo. He got her pregnant and were together. Her parents didn't approve and for good reason. He was a master manipulator at heart. He convinced her to steal money from her parents and even rob an old woman. After about a month of this, he gave her an ultimatum. Leave her parents and baby behind and travel to the States with him or get left behind by Mateo. She loved Mateo and agreed to leave with him. She should soon realize that this would be the worst mistake of her life. She goes with him all the way to Manzanillo to the Sea Port to get on a cargo ship to the States. When they arrive she is told by Mateo that she has to sleep with the crew members so that they will allow them on. She was being used but she went along with it still thinking that Mateo loves her. She does what he has to do and they get on the ship. When they arrive in the States she is so excited for their new lives together. However, she is hit with a bombshell. Mateo wants nothing to do with her. He throws her away like garbage. She was just a means to an end. A pawn in his game. She thought she had true love but she then realized that her love was home. Her child and her parents He leaves her alone in a strange new place. She convinced a man to let her stay at his apartment for sex and stayed for a little while. It was during this time that she hardened up. She finally realized that if she was going to survive then she can't survive on looks alone. In a way, she became what she hated so much in Mateo. She became ruthless. After a while, Mena decided not to dwell on the past and wanted a fresh start. She made her way to the Island that Identity takes place in and will be determined to come into her own. However, her life changing choice to abandon her baby and parents and her treatment of ungratefulness towards them will haunt her. I feel like this is a pile of shit but give me your thoughts.

1 pointOOOHHHHH its the 4th day of the month mhm. One day late from last months update. I love checking in on speculation when I come through. Dev's, we need something new. WE NEEDS SOME INFO, to discuss and complain. WE NEED YOU TO COMMUNICATE, but never mind its all the same. HELP an old boy out, the talk here is real old, "How do you envision drug dealing will go?" Bro....

1 pointBest of luck with your group man, we're keeping things professional. We'll leave it at that.
-
1 pointYou can only have one career path. If you're a small time gangster i'm pretty sure it's not a career so yeah, you can do that. It's all depending on how specific you want to go because it might take you out of the Police Career if you become a Criminal Career, it's confusing to explain, but I hope I helped!

1 pointI move around a lot, which means the quality of my internet changes regularly. Does anyone have an idea what the minimum bandwidth should be? I know at this stage of development it'd be hard to find out, any feedback is welcome.

1 pointThank you James. I'm very happy that the ppl here are warm and friendly. I also hope to see you in game. Best Regards, Peter Hey Leon. Thank you. We'll see you in game for sure Thank you Njay. Look, we cannot beat the time. Also we are not machines, we are human beings. And if we want to receive one amazing and finished product, we have to learn to be more patient, that's all. Thank you for the link. Hope to see you soon in the game. Regards. Thank you CrimesBane I hope to see soon more results. And for the ideas/thoughts - I definitely will. Wish you a nice time here. Regards

1 pointThis is a simple question, next time please dig around the forums before asking questions but to awnser here I go.. Okay so, when you join a career you get certain buffs and skills with it in game but it only retains to the career and job choice. So when you leave the career i'm pretty sure all the skills will be lost until you rejoin that career. I also think you might be talking about in real life, yes you could pick up training to become better than leave but it will only stick with what you learned irl Really hope I helped!

1 point1. Already confirmed to be in the game. 2. There won't be any horses in the game as of yet, but it could be possible in the future after release. 3. Sports will be an extra thing but having to hire the court or pay to go swimming would be cool. 4. This will be a thing made by the players and so if someone wants to make the racers pay for entry and then so much of the entry fee is the prize pool including in players betting. 5. The petrol/ gas stations will not be ownable for many reasons as one is it is not a convenient thing to be player controlled as it can ruin immersion at points. 6. Already something. 7. They are in the game and are known as a safe zone on official servers. 8. This won't be a mechanic and people can se things up. 9. Farming is already something. 10. You can own and possibly live on a boat. 11. No, AI/ NPC traffic is the worst thing for the game to go with because it is about interaction and AI / NPC's cannot be immersively interacted with. 12. No player owned banks because they are another thing which will make the aspect not fun. I would suggest you do more research on the game and look at the 2 FAQ's linked in my signature because All / most of these are something.

1 pointName: Tom (lemonsxorange) Timezone: PST Job that you are applying for: Custom Artist Experience (an art piece that YOU made must be shown if applying for Custom Artist or Art Tutor): For digital art, I will show you a desktop background I made to go along with my PC. Started off as a picture of cracked earth (can't find the exact one but it was something like this) From there I took out the desert color, and added a red underlayer for the black. \ After that I added a black layer. Added more prominent red. And added hexagons. This was intended to match this PC: What makes you more deserving of the job than anyone else: Been a big fan of Bob Ross for 4-5 years now. I've seen about 250 episodes of his show. I paint with oils and liquid white as Bob does, and will sometimes paint along to his show (as he advises you). This is an example of a painting I painted along to Bob with. This is Bob's painting: One of my own paintings : Sorry for the bad formatting!

1 pointI'm not saying rush things, I don't want a sloppy game.
-
1 pointI think the current pace is fine. In a year they've made an island, buildings, character models and much more. With just a small team and under 200,000 dollars. They've made terrific progress
-
1 pointA while back he then said that he shouldn't have stated such a thing if he didn't know it would be done by then. People say things, stuff takes longer than expected, and development changes over time. It will be done when they say it is, no rush as it would make things sloppy.
-
1 pointI like it a lot! It looks a lot more... I guess home feeling? I don't know the word but it looks fantastic!

1 pointHey guys, I'm really happy about how excited you all are to see these screenshots of the Town Square. They're just meant to be a little something to show you guys how progress is going for that module! You might remember the first screenshot of this location that we published back in may, and will notice that the square has been completely rebuilt from that original version! Just keep in mind that this is a work in progress with much of the detail, props, decals, lighting and textures still remaining to be added to the scene. Old Square:

1 pointIdentity Forum Guidelines Last Edit: July 9th, 2018 Participation in the Official Identity forums constitutes agreement to the following guidelines, which apply to posts, profile information, avatars, signatures, private messaging, and any other content on this site and participation in general. The live nature of discussions in this community makes it difficult for staff to catch every violation of these rules. If you believe that someone has violated our User Guidelines, please send a private message to a member of our volunteer moderation team or staff with a link to the content and a brief description of what you believe is wrong. Please do not respond to a violation personally, as you may aggravate the situation and possibly violate our guidelines yourself. Any content that violates our User Guidelines will be removed. Interpretation of our guidelines is at the discretion of the staff. Please do 1. Report violations of the forum rules. Moderators will quickly review reports and make decisions based on the information you provide. 2. Respect others. Showing respect will encourage others to participate in discussion. 3. Like posts, that you feel contribute useful information to a discussion. 4. Read the rules, so that you do not accidentally receive an infraction or ban. 5. Be constructive. Help others by answering questions, and offer feedback to their ideas. 6. Read before posting. Fully Comprehend the topic of discussion and determine what has already been discussed. 7. Use proper grammar and spelling. Read your post before submitting. Spelling mistakes may attract attention away from the discussion. 8. Search for content related to your questions. There’s a good chance that there may already be an answer to what you are looking for! Please don’t 1. Troll. Trolling does not contribute to meaningful discussion. 2. Spam. Spamming clutters the forum and makes it difficult to find original content. 3. Flame, or attack others. Insults do not contribute to discussion, and will be removed. 4. Repost Deleted Content. Content that was deleted was removed for a reason, even if the reason is unclear. 5. Demonstrate or perpetuate toxic behavior. A user is considered toxic if they repeatedly make defamatory, threatening, insulting, or otherwise hateful remarks toward other users or staff. Please keep language civil when expressing your opinions. 6. Advertise websites or services unrelated to Identity. We do not sell advertising space on the Identity forums. 7. Cross Post. Cross-posting makes it difficult for users using the search function to find relevant information, and may be considered spam. 8. Ask for Likes. Likes are given to those for contributing useful information in a discussion. 9. Abuse reports. Reporting content with blank or inaccurate report descriptions will hinder a moderator's capacity to help. Please report content that is in violation of the rules, and not simply because you personally dislike another user. 10. Engage rule violators. You may accidentally violate these rules yourself by responding to others that you feel aren’t following these guidelines. 11. Make low-effort posts. Contribute useful information to the discussion, and avoid going off-topic. 12. Discuss Politics/Religion. These subjects are sensitive and may offend others. (There is a small place for fantasy politics within Identity's ecosystem. The Governor position will be able to tweak small settings within the game world, and must compete against others for power. The political systems within Identity are simplified and do not accurately reflect the processes involved with political discourse in the real world. Players may implicitly take inspiration from existing candidates or parties, but must not show any connections to real world politics through the use of logos/symbols, names (of existing leaders, existing parties, or of those within recent history), or slogans. By affiliating your party with a real world political faction, you are bringing such politics into discussion and grabbing the attention of those who recognize it. Real world politics typically invoke a strong emotional response in some viewers and can lead to vehement conflicts extremely quickly.) 13. Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is authorized, so forum users can be easily identified. Avoiding a ban may result in further permanent action. 14. Operate a shared account. Sharing an account with another user will make conversation difficult should any of the account operators share a difference in opinion. Conflicting statements will impede our ability to help assist any single user on a shared account. Due to this, we request that each account is operated by a single, separate user. 15. Create forum posts that mention specific users in the title. Creating a new topic with the title specifically mentioning another user isn’t conducive to group discussion, especially if the targeted user isn’t comfortable responding in an open format. (For example, don’t make posts like “@usernamehere, why is x and not y?”) If you’re asking a question directly to another user, please do so using the inbox function on the forums. 16. Post Personal Information, or post links containing personal information. Sharing information about others can be harmful to their real-life. 17. Use forum features in unintended ways. Asking for likes, or making a game that incorporates the like/follow buttons artificially inflates user forum stats, making it difficult for other users to determine which content or user is contributing popular content to the site. 18. Discuss Moderator or Administrator actions Publicly. There are often reasons why a decision is made by a moderator or administrator that may be unclear to outside-parties, and off-topic discussion about an admin or moderator decision may be disruptive to a conversation. We politely ask that you trust and respect decisions made by staff. If you have an issue with a specific staff member, please report the matter to a Community Manager. 19. Impersonate Asylum Entertainment Staff or Moderators. When users seek assistance from moderators or Asylum staff, they shouldn't need to worry about encountering the possibility of dealing with an impostor. Always heed the official titles for staff roles on both the forums and discord to help avoid confusion. 20. Intentionally Spread False Information. Spreading rumors you know are falsified and portraying them as fact will only complicate Identity's development and serves to derail the actual constructive criticism offered by other users. Even accidentally giving out false information can be dangerous, so please ask a staff member or reference official statements (Dev Blogs for example). 21. Post or link to illegal, dangerous, offensive or NSFW content. Do not engage in activities that include (but are not limited to) the sharing of sexually explicit content, piracy, malicious code execution (viruses, malware, spyware etc.), gore. Please keep posts pertaining to the M-rated content in Identity reasonable. 22. Create or operate an account with the intention of solely boosting or supporting another user's reputation, poll votes, or opinions. We ask that all users contribute to the forums in ways that don't simply perpetuate someone else's particular viewpoint or account statistics. ***Moderators and staff have the final say on all matters. If you would like to report moderator abuse, contact a Community Manager directly. Creating public threads or posts that question or reference administrative decisions or potential administrative decisions is not permitted.*** ***Freedom of speech rights do not extend to privately owned websites, such as this one. These guidelines detail the types of behavior and activities that are allowed here.*** ***We reserve the right to deactivate any account and to edit or remove any content without warning. These guidelines are subject to change at any time without notice.*** ***If you have a question or suggestion about our User Guidelines, please do not hesitate to contact a moderator or admin and we will be glad to help in any way that we can.*** 3bdullah alzmeeeleee 6ree8 jbbbh #7mod mf95
