2 pointsThe Peacekeepers and I went after Gustavo AFTER he captured my wife, if law enforcement had been more intuitive she would have never been taken nor killed! You speak of how wrong it is taking the law into my own hands by doing undercover work against the crime families, going after the man that killed my wife etc, and yet I still have yet to see you make any statements of proof that I'm a criminal! I've worked with DEA, FBI, and Local Law Enforcement agencies and none have been as direct in allegations as you! Only you are blinded! OUT OF CHARACTER: I truly have enjoyed my conversation with you, you roleplay your role very well! But, a few guys are starting to feel that you genuinely hate me for no reason and have chosen to attack me out of every candidate just for attention due to me being the surface candidate! I really want to clean my campaign up, because there are some things I don't like so I'll be doing that soon! I hate to put our "legal battle" to rest, but your killing me! ?, you're pretty cool!

2 pointsI'VE EXPERIENCE HOMELESSNESS, THE DEATH OF MY WIFE, THE CORRUPTION AND TAKE OVER OF MY CITY AND STILL STAND TODAY AS A GOOD MAN!!! I don't like to get riled up, but you've lit the fire! People like you have been manipulated countless times by politicians that you assume when a good politician comes around that they must be corrupt. Your like the girl that was cheated on and now thinks all guys are the same! I'm not corrupt, I don't bend over like a dog for other citizens, I don't try tricking people into false agendas, etc! It's people like you that are to be blamed when good candidates get pushed to the side! I keep changing/updating my policies, because citizens like Kaitlyn have good advice and I consider it in my campaign. I don't just accept any idea that people present, I believe in what I've laid down and only change when I see something better. IS THAT NOT GOOD? As far as my criminal background, yes I presented myself in the desire of having a gang affiliated organization conspire to con the other candidates into leaving the race. Bobby Cruz blew my cover when he exposed it on my campaign. I came clean to him publicly and yet I still continued to communicate with illegal organizations. I had reason for this! I was secretly working with a few families in order for them to find the man Gustavo Fring and frighten him enough to remove himself from the public after what he did to me and my people. I then was encouraged to run for Governor by my "father" after my experiences in LA. After I made the decision to go ahead and run I decided that the crime life wasn't going to exist while I was Governor. So I conspired with families I had already been in relationship with. I put hits on every candidate except Thomas Hetch and Joel Keys. I told them that before they carried out their hit I wanted them to shut down every minimum level criminal organization. Nearly 17 organizations were taken down. I then told them I no longer wanted the hits to be carried out! My primary mission was a success! I shut down a major motorcycle gang, disbanded several minimal gangs, and centered the crime into a few organization I was well aware of. THAT WAY ONCE PROOF OF THEIR CRIMES CAME TO SURFACE I COULD INCARCERATE THEM AND NEARLY BE RID OF CRIME ON THE ISLAND! So yes, I am Mr. Con-Artist! However, I con the right people! So instead of harassing a candidate who obviously plans to crack down on crime, maybe you should be taking some advice, partnering, and rid the crime that is obviously evident among-st the citizens...Agent Anderson! Aside from me explaining myself against your allegations, don't speak of my father in such a manner. He's been good to me ever since I left LA and I don't intend on allowing people to speak to him in such a tone. My father knows me better than anyone and that's a personal relationship I wouldn't tarnish by fooling him into "false agendas"! Zoey I commend you on positioning yourself to fight against the criminal activities of this island, but this case your building is foolish and it'd be wise to look into far greater threats to this island. In private, I'd be willing to grant you intel that I have on a few organizations. As I said, you riled me up, but I'm not angry. I just don't appreciate the allegations that you bestowed upon me, but I'm not angry. My campaign is transparent and widely open for discussion of anything, including my recent feelings for Kaitlyn. I feel we'd make a better team rather than enemies for absolutely no reason. Especially when we're on the same team, what do you say Agent Anderson?

1 pointHey fellow Law Enforcers With this topic I'd like to inform and assist you in understanding and creating a police department. It's important that departments are organised and have a structure to ensure officers are appointed to tasks and supervisors ensure tasks are completed. While rank structure is an important part of your department, it's also important to have a good divisional structure. Hopefully at the end of the text you're a bit wiser on how a police department works. We'll start of with Police Ranks. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Hierarchy Staff Officers Chief Of Police - In charge of the department and handles public relations with other departments aswell as controls internal procedures and protocolsDeputy Assistant Chief Of Police - In charge of the department when the Chief of Police is on absence Deputy Chief of Police - In charge of a large part of the department, known as an Office. Example: Office of Operations or Office of Counter Terrorism Command Officers Commander - In charge of a training within the department. Example: Sergeant In Training or Detective In Training Captain - In charge of a precinct or leads all patrols within a certain area and acts as a supervisor to supervisors. Lieutenant - In charge of a larger division and serves as city wide/ patrol wide supervisor. Supervisor Sergeant - In charge of smaller divisions or head of certain aspects within divisions. Alse the first contact point for basic officers Senior Lead Officer - A non commissioned officer who is in training to become either a supervisor or detective.. Investigator Detective In Charge - In charge of a investigation division and will handle day to day requests from lower ranked Detectives. Also in charge of casefiles. Detective - Basic detective who investigates crimes after they happened and observes organised crimes Senior Lead Officer - A non commissioned officer who is in training to become either a supervisor or detective. Non Commissioned Officers Police Officer III - Patrol officer who teaches the new officers the way around the department. Police Officer II - Basic Patrol officer who makes up most of the department. Police Officer I - Newly inducted Police Officers who are in their probationary stage and learn the way of the department. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Hierarcy With the previous mentioned hierarcy the base of your department should be filled. However it is always possible to adjust the ranks towards the need of your department. For example you can create a Senior Sergeant who would be a basic sergeant, but in training to become a Lieutenant. Another example is a Lieutenant I and Lieutenant II. Where the I would ensure larger divisions are kept under control the Lieutenant II would handle a precinct or multiple patrols. Ranks also work hand in had with your organisation. For example if you have 7 divisions it might be wise to have 7 lieutenants or a few lieutenants of the bigger divisions and sergeants of the smaller divisions. It's important to know your department, because some divisions will require more intense handeling than others. Warrants and searches require more knowledge of the penal code and law than a traffic division. For that reason it's better to have a Lieutenant handle the Investigation divisions and a Sergeant the Traffic Division. The higher the rank the more legal and situational knowledge a person must have. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Organization Chart _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Organization Know your department and its needs! It's very important to ensure your department has a wide arrangement of divisions people can join so their day to day tasks are never the same and never boring. A good structure is most needed in the department and every part of it has a person controlling it. Divisions by Sergeants, Large divisions by Lieutenants, Precincts by Captains, Offices by Deputy Chiefs and at the top the Chief of Police. The way a good structure works if that a basic officer will not have to complain to the Chief of Police. If he has a problem he should go to his appointed sergeant. If he can not solve it, the sergeant goes to his superior and so on. Because there are limited amounts of divisions in an Office there will be a good overview of them all. It's important that the division leader reports to the Office leader and the Office leader to the Chief of Police. Ensure to give your Deputy Chief of Police enough power to change his Office by only having to inform the Chief of Police with the changes. This way there is more control and better support for every division and they will know who too contact when there is a problem. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ GENERAL NOTICE: If you have comments or have questions about a certain aspect within the police department, you can always ask it here. I'll try to give a good answer to every question asked. Obviously if your question is important, it will also be added in the topic along with the explanation. If you have certain subjects to add aswell you can always PM me and it will be added into the topic along with credits too your name. This topic is aimed to give a detailed guide on how to make or understand a police department and hopefully the community works with eachother to give tips to other servers. Sorry for possible writing errors

1 pointMaybe there could be like a musician where you can maybe form a band and maybe be like a bar cover band or a band that writes music and plays in small venues or maybe go a Burzum/Bathory/Owl City route and just be one guy making the music and not play a lot of live shows and just do it to make money. And maybe each city/server could have a dominating music scene like one city could have a massive Metal scene, a medium sized punk scene and a small jazz scene and another city could have a massive jazz scene a medium metal scene and a small punk scene. And inside the game you can make your own merch (like shirts and poster and stuff like that) for your band and sell it to other players in the game. On the topic of in game band merch, can we maybe get band t shirts as an option for your character to wear? I wear band shirts all the time and I'd think it would be cool if my guy in the game would be able to too.

1 pointWill people be able to run a couple of jobs for your gang without "joining" it. I'll possibly need some extra pocket money on the side, but I don't want to get too entangled in gangs. Is that possible or do I have to join the gang to run jobs for you?
-
1 pointI think it's great that some ambitious people take it upon themselves to make these kinds of organisations. But I think that we have enough MC gangs, mafia, street gangs and private military organisations already. The city that we're going to play in is going to be one big battlefield lol

1 pointHonestly I think it's just unnecessary for a sandbox game to contain nudity. The only time it's necessary is when it actually promotes the story line. If you're sad that a game does not have nudity, you should either A) Get a real life girl/boy friend. or B) Watch Pornhub. I mean seriously, do we really have to see animations going at it, when there is so much else to do in the game? I do however understand people who want to RP marriage in a game, I think that's fun (and smart if you want to split the rent.) But let's not take it too far. After all, you probably just married a 60+ year old pedophile anyway. Do I think Identity should have nudity or sex? No, I do not think it is necessary, and I think it would subtract from the role play aspect of the game.

1 pointOFFICIAL NOTICE OF LUCIOUS TIMES: I had an agenda, I was blindsided by my personal desire to rid crime off the streets in a vigilante fashion that it forced me to dwell in illegal activities of gangs and mob families in the Identity community. Due to my actions I have decided to turn myself in under the charges of being an accomplice in illegal activities. I will be serving 14 days in The Identity State Penitentiary. I do this to set an example, crime will not be tolerated! Even if your illegal activities are done in the pursuit of justice. The FBI, more specifically Special Agent Zoey Anderson has been vital in this process to realize my mistakes, and that I need to be dealt my due. She has offered to put in a good word with the District Attorney, in return for my cooperation in the future. The FBI are doing a great service to our nation, and we could not have gotten to where we are today without them. I plan to work more closely with the FBI in the future, to provide a safer home for every citizen in Identity. To the other candidates I say, don't make the same revengeful and hold pride as I have. It is evident we are not all the greatest of men, a self-declared hit-man approached me a few weeks ago with a threat saying "my client (Governor Candidate) demands you shut down your campaign or there will be consequences". I have not been throwing these things in the spotlight, but I will stop fighting crime alone. I will lean on the community, the FBI, and personal passion to pursue those that are havoc. NO MORE VIGILANTES, TO BE A VIGILANTE IS TO BE CRIME POSSESSIVE! @JoelKeys is an honorable candidate and deserves to be seated as Governor over the lands of the UK, once I return from my walk into repentance I aspire to partner with Joel standing as the prime candidate for the American lands. No criminal shall breath fresh air until they have been dealt their dues, even I shall be subject to that! @Kaitlyn I'm sorry I must go away, it is the right thing for me to do in this matter. I enjoyed getting to know you and having the conversations we had. Hopefully you'll visit me in PM, but if you feel as though you don't want to be associated I understand. @FatherOfLoyalty I have come to know you as a great man! A man I wish was truly my father, you have taught me many things and I desire to act on what I have been taught. I know you'll support me in my decision and I thank you for it. @Rumpelstiltskin I don't enjoy us having to greet on these terms, but so be the case. I am very glad to see you vocal in the political world. Even at the start of your adventure you question, give opinion, etc. Very well put young man. Be close with my father while I'm gone will you? He knows all there is to know of The Royal Family and would be proud to grant you that comprehension.

1 pointThe devs have said that there won't be an actual stock market in the game! However, others have suggested you could always just have people invest in your company, like in this post ! As far as loans go, you can offer people loans as stated in this post ! Hope this answered your questions

1 pointThere's no record of you ever having gone undercover. And I'm fairly certain the police wouldn't send a civilian under cover. Let alone a trigger happy vigilante with personal ties. As for my proof, I have direct statements from yourself. As well as some anonymous witnesses. And yes, it is true. I may have been a bit too direct in my allegations. But as you are a public figure, the people really need to know what's going on behind the curtains. You may call this, transparency on my part. OOC: Clearly my disclaimer wasn't good enough. Who might these "A few guys" be, who are so clearly ignoring my disclaimer? I'm just having fun here. And I'd suspect you should have been able to defend yourself in-character if you truly were the politician you claim to be. Honestly, I'm a little disappointed here. If you can't handle me IC, how will you handle even worse people than me? I was actually going pretty easy on you. If you really want to clean up your campaign, ICly. PM me. I might have a few insights. What I like the best about roleplay is good storytelling. And I may have some ideas you could use. If you are interested. Also, I bet those "Few guys" are just you. If you feel like I'm actually out of character hating on you. Then I'd rather you PM me out of character. And we could discuss how to take it from there. And still potentially create some interesting story for those reading this later. I genuinely do not hate you. You have an interesting character with high goals. But a questionable past. I have a character whose job is to question that past. And make it more difficult for you to reach said goals. It wouldn't be an achievement if you didn't have to fight for it. Right?

1 point@Kaitlyn , I want you to feel comfortable asking me personal questions. I'm an open book ready to be read, all you have to do is ask.

1 point@Soppingchipmunk If you are talking about the police on public servers, then there will not be a person that hire police officers, it will be done automatic through the game mechanics. On private servers, it can be set up manually. This have been confirmed before..

1 pointWell, there's different kinds of tax! Corporation tax, purchase tax, annual taxes, etc! Not every tax would be the same...
-
1 pointFor me to work with you on this I need a few more specifics! See I'm not like other candidates, I'm willing to change my policies if you give me good reason! Where you're from there is a 7.5% tax on what? Store purchases?
-
1 pointI understand, know that I have no intention of doing so! I see relationships as not only love between two people, but also a partnership! You should always depend on the other to make good choices for themselves and the both of you if it ever comes to that!
-
1 pointThat's great to know! To be so independent you must have a history to have caused it?
-
1 point@Kaitlyn looking in the long run of your life, would you ever see marriage as a part of it?

1 point(( Continuation from This. )) Zoey gets awoken by an officer knocking on her office door. She was sleeping on the couch, using her jacket as a blanket. She'd stay up, and walk over to her office door, and open it. The bright light in the hallway temporarily blinding her, as she also turned on the lights in her office. She'd look up, and over at the young, well dressed Officer standing in her doorway holding two cups of coffee. The young man, about Zoey's own age was smiling bright. I could clearly read his name tag, "Clive Johnson." Zoey's blonde hair was clearly a mess from sleeping so rough, but Johnson didn't care. And right now, Zoey didn't really care either, as she was still a half-asleep Zombie. With his bright smile, Johnson extends one of his coffee cups towards Zoey. And speaks up. Johnson: "Sorry, Special Agent Anderson, I didn't know what you liked, so I brought you a cappuccino." Zoey: "It's fine, thank you. Johnson. Just call me Zoey. Or Zoe." Johnson nods and smiles wide. Zoey offers a smile back, and grabs the cup of coffee. And she'd take a sip of the cup. After a few moments of silence, and Johnson awkwardly standing still and smiling at Zoey. As if waiting for something. An opportunity perhaps? Zoey takes another sip of her coffee, maintaining eye contact. Then eventually grows tiresome of Johnson's stare. Zoey: "Yes?" Johnson snaps back to reality, as if he was lost in thought. Johnson: "Oh, yes. Sorry. I have some more of those case files you've requested." And Johnson then holds out tiny stack of files. Zoey smiles, and grabs the stack of files. Zoey: "Thank you." Johnson: "May I ask what you need them for?" Zoey starts heading into her office, and puts down the case files on her desk, as she moves around to take a seat behind her desk. Meanwhile, Johnsons follows her in after having asked Zoey the question. He'd seem rather interested in what she was up to. Zoey: "You may..." However, before Zoey could finish her sentence, the radio on the young officer crackles to life as a call can be heard from dispatch. Dispatch over the radio: "Calling all units, gunshot at Turtle beach, 12 Porto trail. Request immediate assistance. One civilian down." Just before Johnson managed to take a seat in front of Zoey's desk, he looks up at her, and excuses himself, as he rushes out into the hallway, to the others officers all preparing to head out. Zoey decides to follow, and picks up her gun from the small table next to the couch, and her jacket. And heads out of the police station to her old rusty car. And follows the police down to the crime scene. She'd park a block away, and walk down to the scene. Other officers have already arrived, and taped off the Area. She is greeted by another officer guarding the tape. She'd show him her FBI badge, and he lifts up the tape for Zoey. Zoey walks up to the center of the crime scene, and notices the blood on the furniture. And she'd look around. She sees Rocco being taken away by paramedics, she sees the frightened girl, who called the ambulance being questioned by a detective. Zoey looks around a bit more. Trying to piece the puzzle together. She overheard the woman on her way in, saying no one else was around. And it sounded like a very loud shot. So the attacker most likely used range. Being at the docks, there are plenty of positions one could hide for long range. But not very many hidden positions. She'd notice a bush 500m west that seemed a bit out of place. And so, she'd decide to head over there and take a closer look. Upon closer inspection, it would appear hollow, and one of the blades having some black residue on them. Most likely gun powder. She'd notice one more thing as she leaned in even closer, something shining in the sun light on the ground. She picks it up with a tiny stick she found laying around. Being careful not to ruin any potential finger prints. Just as she did, the lead investigator noticed Zoey, and approaches her while shouting out. Lead detective: "Hey, you! Who are you? What do you think you are doing here?! This is a crime scene!" Zoey doesn't respond to him right away, and instead waves over a CSU technician, who bags and tags the bullet for her, before finally responding to the Lead Detective, flipping out her FBI badge. Zoey: "Special Agent Zoey Anderson, and I just found your attacker's bullet." The Lead Detective quickly changes his tone, not exactly sure what to make of it. Lead Detective: "Oh... Uhh.. Thank you." He scratches the back of his head a bit. Lead Detective: "You're not here to take of my case are you?" Zoey: "Haha... No... I'm not. Don't worry. I'm just here to help. What can you tell me happened here?" Lead Detective: "Well, we're not entirely sure. The victims name is Rocco, a local around here. Unfortunately, we don't know if he's going to make it yet. The young woman's name is Cathrine, she didn't see anything at all. And doesn't know why anyone would shoot Rocco. As far as she could tell us, he's an outstanding citizen with no enemies." Zoey looks around for a moment as the detective talks, she'd then notice the small pond with water. And something seeming a bit off. She'd bow down, and reaches a hand into the muddy pool. The detectives looks at her a bit strange, no clue what she's doing. Eventually, she fishes up a completely soaked phone. She'd look up to the CSU Technician who approach with another bag. And she'd hand him the phone. Zoey: "Let me know if you manage to find anything on this, alright?" The technician nods and says: "Yes ma'am.", and walks away. Lead Detective: "H..How'd you do that?" Zoey: "Do what?" Lead Detective: "Know where to look." Zoey: "Ohh... Simpe really, our brains are amazing at pattern recognition. It's just something they teach us at the Academy to look for, and recognize patterns. I'll see you around, Detective." Zoey walks off, leaving the detective. He'd seem to stand still for a few moments, trying to see if he notices any other patterns. Clearly not sure what he's doing. Zoey walks back to her car, and on the way, picks up a news paper. And start reading it a bit in her car. Nor driving anywhere right now. As she looks up and to the side, she'd see an old style Cadillac riding past her, slowly. As if the driver was inspecting the crime scene. She'd write down the license plate with a pen in the paper she was reading, and leaves the paper in the passenger seat. As she then starts the car, and follows the Cadillac. (( Hope you don't mind @Rocco. I tried to keep it open ended. And work of what information you had already established. ))

1 pointFor some reason I read this as "Owen Wilson Private Military Corporation". Anyway, good luck! You'll have some solid competition ahead of you, with Atlas, Redline Defense, Aegis and Tesla running around too.
-
1 pointOoh! I was asking myself this question, too! I want to be a musician once I finish school (or if I plan to drop out) and I was thinking that I should try to make myself in the game once it is released. ^^ I was thinking maybe the devs could allow for people to make music using the computer or maybe even allowing them to upload their own songs! Though, my ideas suck. : P

1 pointI don't know where you guys are getting your paramedic ideas Those all look like Lifeflight or European outfitted paramedics. This is what a typical paramedic looks like. I love the dark blue polo with tac pants shown in the left picture. However where I live, city paramedics are mandated to wear bullet-resistant vests for protection like in the picture on the right. Some people might say that if you haven't been feeling well and call for an ambulance and you get 2 men in body armor that show up at your door is a little overkill. However take that same unit and now they have to respond to a domestic violence or active shooter/crime call with police because someone decided to shoot someone else and they need help. You don't pick and choose your calls and you don't have the luxury of dicking around deciding whether or not a vest is good to put on or not for that run.
