I've noticed there's so much that is going to be added to this game and there's alot of people that are only playing it for specific parts of the game which adds realism! Just like real life, there are people that stick to doing certain things like racing and fashion etc.. It's cool to see that, like if I become a criminal and get arrested, and then a few months after that I get arrested again by the same cop it would be cool. It would be like rosco and the duke boys at it again lol. It will be cool to go down in town and see people sticking to their jobs, to see people progress, say you get up at 7 am every day and are out of the house by 8 and so is your neighbor and you see them driving an old beat up vehicle and then say about a month or two later you see that they have fixed rust on the vehicle and got new wheels with a new paint job.. that to me is a game changer which will add so much life to the game.

Are the modules Alpha or Beta? The Modules are not any kind of beta but serve more as a Alpha! The Beta will be the closest thing to the full game. When is the Beta going to release? There is no current release point for the Beta except after all 3 modules are released. (Late 2018 is my estimate) When is this Game going to release? There is no point for when it is known to release. (My Estimate will be Early 2019 Release) Town Square Release Schedule? The first Module is due to release 21st March 2018 30th November 2018 as so the developers can be sure to hit the release date. 21st March 2018 Countdown When is there going to be game play footage? The next video is said to be on Gun Mechanics, and I would hope to think it will be shown before the S.W.A.T. Module. Crime & Punishment Gameplay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GT2b4YvylI4 Character Creation + Quick Tour: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kctp79UE5sI Day/Night + Interiors + Interactions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNcJj4C_8ZE Homes/ Apartments: Hotels are free, apartments are infinite, all will get to try an apartment in town square, and there will be limited houses around the map, and that Homes can Store items and are useful as HQ's for gangs. Pledges/ and Prices: Some pledges will stay and prices of them will increase while the rest of the pledges will be removed from the store completely. This will be done when the new Website launches which will likely be Early 2018 and so make use of the time left! New website has already been launched. Higher packages are likely going to be removed during Town Square release or later on. Pledge Car Insurance: There will be life time insurance for the pledge cars/ vehicles. Server Player Capacity: The server player capacity is going to be between 300 - 500 players per server! Server size: Will be 300-500 players. What will the size of the "Town Square" be? The "Town Square" module will be as stated a Town Square and there is no "Figure" on the size of it as of yet! Will this game be released on Consoles? No this game is exclusively for PC however after the full game release the Developers will look into console porting. MoTown's Answer to a post on the forum: Our official answer on the topic of consoles is that we have no current plans to release Identity to console platforms, but have promised to do our research into what it might require after our PC launch. This is not a promise that Identity will be available on console, simply a promise to look into it. At the moment, it would be fair to say that it is outside of our scope and budget. Will this game be for MAC and Linux? Yes it will but I don't know if it will be shortly after launch of the game. Will there be AI (Artificial Intelligence)/ NPC's be roaming the map? No, this game is a player run game, but will have a few NPC's filling up the boring jobs which you and I would not do for hours on end e.g. standing at the tills of a shop, also they will be in the un-ownable shops too and they will be around in back-alleys to represent a (Black Market Dealer and Drug Dealers). Will there be any aircraft in this game? No there will not be aircraft in this game but the developers did mention a glider and possibly in the very far future they could still add them but that's not certain. Will there be Undercover cops? No, The reason why there won't be undercover cops is because the developers want a distinctive difference between cops and civilians/ criminals. How many buttons will be in the game? Probably more, but there will be radial menus for some things that will cut down on buttons. What steering wheels are supported? So far the Thrust-master ones are confirmed. ( if its a popular steering wheel, it'll work) Will this game be VR supported? Yes, the developers are working on it and want to be able to have VR supported because they want to use it too when playing the game. Unfortunately they don't think it will be supported at full game release. Is this game Subscription based? No! You buy the game (passport) and then you can play anytime with no more paying. Is there in-game Purchases? (read next question and the answer) Yes. Is this game Pay to Win? No, You can only buy cosmetic items. (Items which don't give players advantages). What are the system requirements? There is no official knowledge yet as its too early to say, but if you can run games like GTA V, Arma 3 and Ark you should be fine. System requirements are on Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/792990/Identity/ How is in-game money going to work? Money will be as close and realistic to the USD. What are the names of the 3 cities? Ash Hill, Roseport and Turtle Beach. Can you break in/ raid someones home? No, police cannot raid your house and also no one can rob your house. In correspondance to police not being able to raid your home, it is that you cannot enter your property if wanted either. What age rating will the game be? This game will be Rated 18+. Can you live with someone? Yes you can but you have to have a bedroom for every person who lives in your house. This even includes if you marry someone! Gangs: There will be a gang system, such as making a guild in MMO's. Gangs will have ranks and even HQ's which can be someone's house where all gang members have access or a shop a gang member owns. In Town square, there will not be a gang system YET, but there will be a friends contact on your phones and you can easily roleplay your gang, to begin with. You can have biker gangs, as there are Bikes (such as the ones in the pledges) and leather jackets. You can put insignias on your clothes to show off your gang. There won't be designated gang categories, such as Biker gang or Mafia, but you can Roleplay your gang to be any type you want. There will, however, be areas of the map designed for specific sub-cultures, such as bars that are Biker themed, such as Biker Club Bars. A player can always buy a bar, make it a Biker Club / Bar and make it the HQ of their Biker Gang, or the same with a Mafia gang, etc... Stress System: The Stress System is the games anti-RDM (random deathmatch = randomly killing people for no reason) system. What happens is everyone has a stress level, and if you stress is low, you take less damage, and high, you take normal damage. When you pull out a gun, you instantly get high stress, and when one is aimed at you or you are near a fight, your stress will slowly rise. This helps you to fight back and try and get the advantage on a gunman by using the stress system to your advantage. In weapon customisation: People always ask if there will be silencers or 8X scopes, and there will not be any long range optics or silencers in Identity. Murder: WILL be auto reported and you will be instantly wanted, other crimes require witnesses and a 911 call. Can you Marry? Yes, you can marry both sex. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Reddit and Exclusive interview questions and answers Below ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Weapon Customisation? Weapon customization is quite detailed. Some weapons have more room for changes than others of course, but things like stocks, grips, sights and even paint/finish can be customized. Weapon actions are one of those things that don't work well in video games, mostly because no matter what you have in the game you're still firing with a mouse, and it will feel counter-intuitive making it over-complicated. For example, if you have a double action pistol and pull the trigger, your mouse click is all the same no matter if the hammer is back or forward so we need to design around the peripherals people are using to play. Weapon jams are something you can encounter. Our weapon physics are incredibly advanced and was one of the first systems completed long ago. We can create magazines of any size which hold physically accurate ammo. Calibre and even type (holopoint, FMJ, etc) have an effect on trajectory. Our programmer on the weapon physics read a lot of papers to get proper formulas, and they function off the same math used by real-world forensics. A bullet fired in Identity will travel almost identically to the same being fired in the real world, even when it comes down to things like stopping power versus penetration. Will there be physics to shoot through walls or boxes? Things that a bullet would usually go though in real world situations. Absolutely. Bullets are influenced by the material they hit. If it's wood, it will pass right through it with very little change to velocity, but a thin sheet of metal may still allow the bullet to pass through, yet reduce velocity enough that it may not kill, or do much damage to its target on the other side when it impacts. 1. What is in game prison like? 2. Is it like real prison with guards, rec time, shiving, and keeping a tight grip on the soap? 3. How does the drug manufacturing and trafficking work? 4. Can I get methylamine? 1. Identity's prison is very much a game within a game. As a prisoner, you can join one of three prison factions and battle for territory, or just hang out in the recreational room and chat and interact with other prisoners while you wait out your time. You'll be able to craft a crude shank and attack others, or attempt a prison escape as a group that the police will be forced to respond too from across the map. There are no player prison guards though. The decision for that was mostly just because we couldn't find a way to keep it engaging and fun. We don't want people to be forced to sit and watch other players. 2. For those in prison however, when they've served their time, they may simply exit the prison through a series of corridors that only they have access too, or if they just have a lengthy prison sentence, they can request a trial which will notify random players across the map to report for jury duty, in which case they will plead their case, and have their fate decided on by a vote whether to be released early, or spend the rest of their time behind bars. 3. & 4. In the outside world, there are a number of drug manufacturing processes, including the production of meth, heroin, cocaine, and marijuana. Each has its own unique crafting process. For instance, in order to cook meth, which is the highest paying and most valuable drug in Identity, it will require the player to purchase a mobile RV, convert it into a meth lab, and then steal all of the ingredients from across the map in certain factory locations. They'll then have to spend time cooking the meth through a series of time-based processes that determine the quality of the product before finally selling it to an NPC drug dealer for a big payout (or you can consume it if you feel like cutting into your hard-earned profits). 1)Price when the game releases 2)Will there be realistic payments for the jobs(on official servers)? I really hate it when you deliver a huge track full of diamonds and get 10k for it just breaks the immersion 3)Will the items take physical space inside the car not only for furniture but with job items as well (Weed, diamonds, etc) and will you be able to put more staff in the car if Let's say you have a 4 man vehicle but its only you and a friend inside so you have 2 sheets left will that mean extra space? 4)Will the things you buy have realistic prices? For example if you buy a Ferrari it will cost you something like 150k? 5)Will there be real life cars in the game or unlicensed cars like in gta v 6)Will there be any A.I cops or enemies? 7)Will i be able to raid other players houses? 8)Will there be a report system so you can instant report someone if he rdm's/vdm's you 9)Will there be an in game recorder so you can have proof for rdm ? (something like plays.tv lets say) 10)will there be a casino? 11)Any micro transactions? (not for cosmetic items) 12)Can you compare the driving to another game so we kinda know how driving will be like ?(i hope not like arma) 13)Will you be able to shoot while inside a vehicle 14)will there be rebel items like armored(extra armor and guns)vehicles, helicopters, jets. 1. Currently, you can pre-order, or pledge early for Identity for as low as $15 (without beta access) or $30 (with beta access) from our website @ identityrpg.com - however, we expect the price of the game to jump up to about $45 when it hits steam, as steam takes a pretty large chunk of income from each sale. 2. Expect Identity's currency to be realistic in value, so your pay will also be realistic. A pair of shoes may cost about $40, and a decent car around $30,000. A lot of games reward players with such high numbers in currency and damage though because there seems to be a psychological attracting to larger numbers, so we can understand why games do it but it won't be that way in Identity. 3. Items will take up physical space inside the trunk of a car. When a player accesses the trunk, there is a 2D grid placement system in which each item takes up a number of squares on the grid depending on its shape and size. The largest items will not fit inside the trunk of a small car, so a big semi-truck with a trailer may be necessary. 4. Oops, I answered this with #2 as well. 5. There won't be real-world cars or brands in Identity. We can't afford the license fees to include real brands in our game, and we're almost certain these companies would not want their brands associated with vehicle damage, or some of the criminal and illegal elements also featured in the game. 6. There won't be AI cops out in the game environment, driving police vehicles, or paroling streets. If there are any, they will simply stand behind a desk at the station recruiting new player officers or providing information. 7. You will not be able to raid another players house, or enter their house without their permission. We want player homes to be your personal space, safe from any outside influence. Players are going to put a lot of effort customizing their homes, and we don't want to jeopardize or disturb the work they put into it. 8. RDM/VDM isn't an enforced rule on official servers, but there will be a tool for reporting these actions on private servers who create rules for these actions. Instead, on Official servers, we have a stress system in place to discourage random attacks or griefing. 9. There won't be an in-game video recording tool, but you can use 3rd party video recording software like OBS, Fraps, or Shadowplay. 10. There will be casinos in Identity, but they are not player owned. 11. Micro-transactions exist for cosmetics, some vehicles, and some apartments, and will be claimable across all servers (hopefully including private servers). We will not sell weapons. 12. Expect driving in Identity to be realistic, much like Grand Theft Auto IV, not V. Players won't be able to survive crazy stunt jumps in Identity, and enough damage could disable your vehicle. Unfortunately however, we cannot easily do a damage model like you might expect to see in BeamNG. Damage has to be networked across the server, and we feel transmitting that much damage data could hurt performance. 13. You won't be able to shoot from inside your vehicle. We want to discourage random acts of violence for the sake of roleplay. 14. There won't be any armoured vehicles in Identity, apart from maybe SWAT trucks. We don't want to give anyone a PVP advantage based on vehicle armor. Aircraft are also not present in Identity, as it is important to us that players do not skip over potential encounters they may have gotten into while driving, and of course because we don't want the world to feel smaller by flying quickly from point A to point B. If anyone thinks of more FAQ questions please comment and I can add them in.

Langston Family / Dark Ace Mafia Welcome to the Langston Family, or the Dark Ace Mafia. We have already recruited many men, and have made many connections. We are looking for more loyal men that enjoy the Mafia style role playing. This crime family will control everything from the production of drugs, the dealers on the streets, the weapons trade, smuggling, hijacking, robbery, and whatever else we need to do to get that money. Everything illegal happening on the streets will belong to "us". This means if there is a petty dealer dealing on our streets, well, let’s just say he won't be there for very long without paying some fees. On top of all the crime, and money, we are a family, we support each other in times of need, and stand on the building blocks of loyalty that this family operates on. We will be a Suit Mafia, wear tailored suits, drive nice cars, and we treat everyone with respect, unless we are shown disrespect. Join this family, and have a lot of fun in identity, and make lots of money while doing it. Now a little about me not as a Don, but as a person. I am not the Don that sits in my office all day. I am not the Don that steals from the poor. I am the Man, which spends time helping the community. I give money to the poor, rent properties to people, create opportunity for those who seek it, and am just a very public kind of guy. Am I scared of being public, sure, you never know who wants to hurt you, but living in a room, is not living. I hope to see many of you in the game. Who can join? Anyone, if you like crime style playing, and mafia type scenarios, this is perfect for you. What will we do? We will do all the things a Mafia does. We will control the drug dealing in the towns, with dealers operating under us, giving us a cut of what they make, and we give them more product. We will control illegal gun trading in the world, doing big role play like deals, with other Family's. We will break the legs of anyone trying to take our turf, and if it becomes necessary, use our assets to have them taken care of. This is just a glimpse at what we will do when the full game is out. Climb the ranks of the Mafia family and become high up and powerful, and make a name for you, and your family, on identity. RANKS: First I have to say, ranking up is not about the money you bring in. You will not be ranked up before spending a considerable amount of time in the family, and proving that you deserve to move up the chain through nothing but pure dedication and success. 1st, Associate: You will not be in the family yet, but will role with us and see how things are done, and could be a street dealer, or deliverer for us, etc. Bring in $500 into the family, spend good time with the family, and prove yourself to the family to rank up. 2nd, Soldier or Street man: You will scout the streets, bringing information of people selling anything from guns or drugs to the attention of the family, you will be able to also show other Associates how we work, can be a pick up man for cash, and join the family on missions where we need the numbers. Bring in $2000 into the family, and prove your loyalty to the Langston name to rank up. 3rd, Enforcer: You will be tasked with doing some... shall I say, dirty work. Now don't get ahead of yourself, you’re not a Hitman. You will be an enforcer on the streets, intimidating, and maybe even kidnapping people who disagree with our rules on the streets. You will also be able to take soldiers and associates with you on jobs such as robberies and other various tasks. (All medium level jobs must be cleared with a capo, and high risk with the Don. Bring in $10,000, 1 new recruit, spend lots and lots of time in the family to prove that you deserve this promotion, and complete one mission for the boss to rank up. 4th, Capo: You will be in charge of territories and men. You will have your soldiers and associates, although this does not make it a competition between you and other capos, it is just that you are at the stage of control. You will have more leeway to do jobs and activities of higher caliber. Remember, we are a family, so no matter where we are, we always help each other. The capo can also give his own jobs and assign his own tasks to enforcers or soldiers, if he/she is confident they can get it done. Bring in $15,000 to the family, and 3 new recruits, show you are ready, and complete various tasks for the boss to rank up. 5th, Underboss: This rank will have limited slots. Whether I want 2, 3, or 4 is undecided yet. The Underboss(s) will act as the commanding voice of the family when the Don is away. They can assign major tasks to the capo's to then assign on their men. The Underbosses will be entrusted in handling many meetings with other families, supervising major deals and shipments, to ensure everything runs smoothly. You are the ones with the most experience meaning you make the calls above everyone under you. Special Division 1. Hitman: What I meant to say was special tool. To get to this rank, you must make it to the enforcer rank, and then come to the Don about this... Special job. You will be tasked with many, special assignments to say, clean up messes, or take care of things. You get the idea. This job will be rarely used as i personally do not like a mess, I rather people understand right off the bat, so don't expect much. 2. My men on the inside. People I have in law enforcement, politics, and more. These people will be critical to the longevity of our operations. RULES 1. Respect, 2. RESPECT 3. Loyalty 4. Obey higher ranks 5. Got a problem, don't freak out, come to the Don personally. 6. No Snitching, no talking to cops, civilians, or even your own sweet mother about things we do. 7. All rats will be caught, you won’t last long as a rat, we'll have people watching over everyone, and you will meet our special tool. 8. All money collected on family related jobs, will be split to 70% for those who "collected" the money, and 30% for the family. 9. Family money is not one man’s money, it is the money we use to further our organization, whether that be buying a poor soldier a suit, buying more cars for the family, getting "merchandise and tools" for the family, it all goes to the family, not just one man’s personal pleasure. 10. Steeling from the family is not smart, as this makes you a thief to the family, and that breaks this rule, and rule #3. Not only does the Don himself despise people who steal from the family, but everyone does as you are stealing from everyone, as that money could be spent towards the family and gaining even more money. If you’re short on cash, don's hold back your % on jobs, simply ask someone for a loan, or even the Don himself doesn't mind loaning and even giving money to his family members, because that's what we do. 11. Don't do ambitious jobs or activities on behalf of the family that could jeopardize the family organization without consulting the Don. THIS IS PRIORITY AND FAILURE CAN LEAD TO COMPROMISING THE ORGANIZATION AND WILL RESULT IN TERMINATION. Although on your own time, not in the family, if you want to do illegal things without consulting us, do not use our name, and take your own risk. 12. Along with the roleplay fun of the family, take some time off once in a while and just have fun, try other jobs, it is a new game and if you want to try new things, just take a break, ask the Don. 13. Always have your family's back. 14. As an associate or soldier, before committing any crime at all, ask a superior if it is ok. 15. If you’re caught doing a crime, say it was your individual choice to do what you did and you had no influence from anyone else. Sometimes you just got to eat some dirt to keep your family safe. This will not go unnoticed, as sacrifice, is a quality of a very loyal man and will lead to your recognition. 16. Close members of the Family's won’t be selling drugs, personally delivering illegal shipments, etc. This will be for outsiders that are under our control, and soldiers. This is to keep the crime semi disconnected from the family and helps insure the integrity of our operations. 17. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, are you to discuss plans, activities, operations, etc., with anyone outside of the family. Doing this will make you a RAT, and you know what happens to rats. Please message me if you are interested. Best regards, Kevin Langston

The "Left-Hand Mafia" shall be recruiting individuals that are willing to fulfill the interests of a specific UNDISCLOSED political party in exchange for WEALTH, LUXURIES, AND FAVOURS. The RANKING system usually determines the amount of profits that a member shall receive. The percentage of profits shall be determined in the future... the ranks consists of the following: 1. The Left-Hand: The "Left-Hand" functions as the absolute leader of the organization. In the process, the "Left-Hand" is INCAPABLE of disclosing or revealing his or her government name to the public in order to ensure that the "Left-Hand" is not a target by government authorities or private organizations. Thus, the "Left-Hand" remains unrevealed and unknown to each and every member of the mafia-organization, EXCLUDING The Five Fingers of The Left. "The Left-Hand" is capable of engaging with each and every member of the organization. However, "The Left-Hand" CANNOT reveal his or her role as the leader of the organization in order to ensure that the organization remains secure and stable against any opposing third-party state or non-state organizations. 2. The Five-Fingers [of the Left]: The "Five-Fingers [of the Left] are "The Left-Hand's" elite-minded advisers with the second-highest status within the organization. Usually, each finger represents the support for "The Left Hand". Otherwise, "The Left-Hand" would cease to function effectively. Each member is classified with their own nickname in order to ensure their confidentiality within and outside of the organization while possessing unique RANKS and ROLES that contribute to The Left-Hand Mafia: A) The Thumb: The Thumb is the dominant so-called "finger" within the organization that generally functions as the "Second in-command" of the organization. Hypothetically, if "The Left-Hand" is assassinated, disposed, resigned, or deceased due to natural causes, The Thumb shall function as the NEW "Left-Hand" of the organization. The thumb shall be DECAPITATED if it fails to abide by the guidelines of "The Red-Hand" or discloses the IDENTITY of EITHER THE FIVE FINGERS or "THE LEFT HAND" to ANY other individual within the entire world, resulting in replacing the thumb by another member that is appointed by "The Left-Hand". One must note that mentioning either individuals' identities is NOT an issue as long as their names are NOT connected to their RANK within the organization. B) The Index [Finger]: The "Index" [Finger] is third in command within the organization. The identical penalties applies to the "Index" [Finger] regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. C) The Middle-Man [Middle-Finger]: The "Middle-Man" or "Middle-Finger" is the fourth in command within the organization. The "Middle-Man" or "Middle-Finger" may secede "The Index [Finger]" if the subject is assassinated, disposed, resigned, promoted, demoted, or deceased due to natural causes. The identical penalties applies to the "Middle-Man" or "Middle-Finger" regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. D) The Ring-Man/Ring-Finger/Ringer: The fifth in command within the organization. "The Ring-Man", "Ring-Finger", or "Ringer" may secede "The Middle-Man [Middle-Finger]" if the subject is assassinated, disposed, resigned, promoted, demoted, or deceased due to natural causes. The identical penalties applies to the "The Ring-Man", "Ring-Finger", or "Ringer" regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. E: Pinky/Smalls [Finger]: The sixth in command within the organization. Pinky/Smalls [Finger] may secede "The Ring-Man" if the subject is assassinated, disposed, resigned, promoted, demoted, or deceased due to natural causes. The identical penalties applies to the "Pinky/Smalls" or regarding the disclosure of The Five Fingers' [of the Left] of "The Left-Hand's" identity. 3. The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]: Thirteen members that are appointed within the council in order to function as the advisers of "The Five Fingers [Of the Left-Hand]. Usually, The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] tends to function as the elitist members of the organization with the ability to interact with the "The Five Fingers [of Left-Hand]". Thus, The Left Hand and Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] usually discusses the affairs of the organization in order to present "The Five Finger's" orders to the "Officers" (via the MESSENGER) The council cannot disclose the identity of "The Five Fingers" OR The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] to any member or non-member within the map. However, disclosing their identities is not an issue as long as subjects are not revealed to be connected to the organization. The council is capable of ELECTING one member of the council if "The Five Fingers [of the Left]" requires another "Pinky/Smalls" through a democratic vote. 4. The Messenger: The messenger transports the information from "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" to the officers... Nothing more, nothing less. The Messenger is usually classified as a former dedicated "Officer" that deserves to attain a large amount of wealth after dedicating their entire life to the organization. In other terms, it is the "easy job" after functioning as a veteran member of the organization. The entire organization merely consists of ONE MESSENGER in order to ensure that the CONFIDENTIALITY of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] remains secure. The Messenger shall be executed if it discloses the name of an individual and their connection to the organization. For example, the Messenger cannot state "Christopher Wilson is a member of The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]!" to any member or non-member of the organization. However, the Messenger merely delivers the message... 5. The Treasurer: Responsible for presenting the organization's profits, losses, funds, distribution of funds etc... to The Messenger. Usually, The Treasurer attains the profits from the officers prior to presenting the profits to the messenger. The Messenger is expected to disclose the profits to "The Left-hand Council [of Thirteen]" while "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" discloses the profits to "The Five Fingers [of the Left-Hand]". Finally, "The Five Fingers [of the Left-Hand] discloses the profits, losses etc... to "The Left-Hand". The Treasurer does NOT regulate the WEALTH of the organization. However, it is the individual that REPORTS the information to higher members of the organization. Any MEMBER that conducts theft on the organization's currency shall be assassinated as soon as possible. 6. Officers: Thirty-three officers are appointed by a combination of "The Five Fingers [of the Left-Hand]" and "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" in order to abide by the orders of The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]. In the process, officers possess the ability to control their own "family" that exists under their last name. For example, James Taylor would form "The Taylor Family". Thus, the Officers are capable of forming their own unique orders as long as it does not interfere with the orders of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]". Otherwise, the Officer shall be executed by the organization. 7. Family Member: A regular member of the organization. Usually, the Family Member is expected to respond and abide by the orders of their Officer. Failure to abide by the orders of an officer may result in disciplinary actions that are devised by the Officer of the family. The family member is expected to classify themselves as a member of their respective family. For example, Tony Smith is a member of "The Taylor Family" (governed by Officer James Taylor) in order to be classified as "Tony 'Taylor' Smith". The identical scenario would apply to Mario Machiavelli as a member of "The Washington Family" in order to be classified as "Mario Washington Machiavelli". Each "Family Member" possesses numerous roles that could be fulfilled throughout the organization. The roles may include: robber, arsonist, extortionist, assassin, thief, kidnapper, espionage agent etc... any role that one could imagine as long as it contributes to the organization. 8. Recruit: The lowest member of the organization that is often expected to fulfill numerous tasks for family members and officers until the officer deems the recruit to be a suitable member of a specific family. Each and every member of the organization shall be capable of fulfilling any role that their character desires. However, each and every member must abide by the hierarchical structure of the organization. In other terms, the recruit must abide by the guidelines of the family and officer, the family members must abide by their officer, the officers must abide by the orders of the messenger, the messenger must abide by the orders of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]", "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen] must abide by the orders of "The Left-Hand", and "The Left-Hand" must abide by it's.... you guessed it... the undisclosed political party that had FORMED the entire organization since DAY ONE. Each and every member shall attain profits according to their ranks and roles within the organization considering that the organization intends to assert it's dominance throughout the map. The political party shall not claim ownership of any of the mafia's possessions etc... However, the party shall be expected to attain 50% of the ENTIRE organization's profits. In the process, the organization shall attain an extensive amount of favours from political leaders, Lawyers, doctors etc... within the city. It shall be worth one's efforts... PROFIT AND FAVOURS. UNIFORM: During important meetings, members are expected to equip a black or grey suit on to their character with a red shirt. However, members are not expected to equip a suit on to their character during the majority of their daily activities considering that it would preserve the CONFIDENTIALITY of the organization. Codes: Each and every member, depending on their rank, shall be presented with a set of CODES in order to ENSURE that the individuals are a member of the organization. The codes of a member of "The Left-Hand Council [of Thirteen]" shall possess different codes compared to an Officer etc... Any disclosure of such codes to another ranking member or non-member shall be executed considering that it would result in undercover officers or a third-party organization infiltrating the organization. "False-claiming" is NOT acceptable. (P.S. The mafia shall clearly BEGIN as a small organization until the organization consists of a lot of members)

Disregard this post, and it's contents. I'm working on a new character concept. Which hopefully will be much cooler! While, I was always aware there would be no FBI available in the game since before I made these. I never intended to take it as far as I did. Anyway, thanks for all the great RP. And I'll hope to see you all in the Social Module on March, 21st! (Click the images to enlarge.) Out-Of-Character Please note, this is an In-character document, available only to the police force. However, I don't mind if any outside sources should get their hands on this, and possibly use it against my character. It's all a part of the fun and games, and any good RP story needs something dramatic. I would also really love some feedback on these documents. Please know I reserve the right to change these documents at any time, without notice. Feel free to post here, or PM me with any questions. You can also view the whole high-quality album here. Thank you!

I haven't seen much besides just speculation as to how clothing customization is going to work, but I'd like to give some ideas I think might make clothes highly customizable without being too resource intensive. You could make it so that each base garment has several cuts/hems with different options for each one (different sleeves, necklines, etc). Individualized option could be available for specific types of garment: how long a dress is, how high the waist is and how long the legs are in a pair of pants/shorts, the width and type of the lapels on a suit. This could allow people to start with the same basic item and still make very distinct versions, even if they're using similar colors and textures. I feel like this could really cut down on the ratio of work required for artists vs options available to players, as well, but I admittedly don't know enough about the technical side of things to be sure. I'm sorry if something like this has already been suggest/discussed, search seems to be a little wonky for me. --- The other, related, idea I would like to suggest is the ability to color individual parts of clothing separately from the main thing, i.e. coloring just the side panel on a dress, just one sleeve on a shirt, just the pockets on a jacket, and things like that. I don't know how feasible it would be for the different color/fabric options to include things like sheer fabric or lace pieces, but if possible, I think that could be really neat.

What @LuckyDuck said is true. The devs have confirmed in a Q&A (forgot which one) that players will be able to have jobs like lumber mills, mining cooperations, etc. Also players can make a decent living selling the furs, meat, etc. off of game they kill in the wilderness if that is their chosen playstyle.
  12. 1 point
Just like @LuckyDuck said, for now you'll need a two bedroom apartment to have any sort of roommate, and as far as splitting rent goes, I'd assume one player would trade their part of the rent to the other player that lives there, and then the one who has all the rent money would pay the rent. Or there might be a split rent option Who knows.

Actually well that is true, my apologies.

Yes, quite a long one, though it's not something I enjoy speaking of. Perhaps one day I'll share it, though the gist of it is that I've had to take care of myself and my own needs for most of my life. In the past when I've met people, they have tried to take away that security of independence.
  19. 1 point
Most do, though I have met several people quite content to rely on someone else. I'm certainly not one of them, though I can understand that those brought up that way see it differently.
  20. 1 point
Perhaps, though I've never really thought much about it. I've had to rely on myself for everything for most of my life, so I'm accustomed to being rather independent, and living life on my own terms. I am not against it, though I feel it would take quite a bit of time for me to open up to the idea.

Hello @Capped! I really like how much effort you are putting into not only this post, but your website as well! I can tell you really care about your business. That is why I would like to join! I understand I have to send in an application, but I would like to do that once the website is up and running if that's fine. I just wanted to say you truly seem like you want this business to succeed, and I appreciate someone like that! I wanted to ask you about how payment would work. As far as I know, Orbis is a premium service where people buy packages that give them a "membership" to ride the bus a certain amount of times. How would they bus drivers get payed in this situation, as they wouldn't get commissions from people stepping up to the bus and paying then and there. If you could clarify, that'd be great. Again, I look forward to making an application to your business, and good luck!

Rosso is laying back relaxing in his recliner as he stares out the window in deep thought. A few gentle taps are felt on Rosso's left shoulder as he whips around slightly startled only to see a slender woman looking down at him speaking with a soft voice. Rosso: "huh, yeah Stella... wh-what's up?" Stella: "Oh, sorry mr. Mäzur I didn't mean to startle you but I'm just letting you know that we are about to land at the executive airport." Rosso nods Rosso: "Alrighty thank you and hey before you go can you call the office to confirm delivery of the Bentayga." Stella: "Yes sir of course" Rosso watches Stella walk down the isle of the jet and sit down. He sighs then leans forward and shifts his attention to his laptop. As he logs in and opens up his web browser he sees the news report of the shooting on the front page. Rosso exhales and shakes his head before sending a couple of emails. A half hour passes by and the jet jolts as it makes contact with the runway. As the jet pulls into a large hanger Rosso fixes his suit and grabs his things with Stella trailing behind seeming to struggle to keep up. He steps of the plane to see a black Rolls Royce Ghost with its trunk open and a man in a suit standing with a smile who he assumes is the chauffeur. The man greets Rosso as he puts his things in the trunk. Chauffeur: "Hello Mr. Mäzur welcome back. And let me just say I am so..." Before the man can finish speaking Rosso cuts him off, looks him in eye, and grabs the car keys from the chauffeurs hand. Rosso: "Craig... why are you still around. I told you that you were done." Chauffeur: "I know sir but please if I could just show you..." Rosso cuts him off again Rosso: "No you can't. I have given you thousands of dollars for numerous of your ridiculous ideas and I still haven't got a cent back so no you can't." He then hold up the car keys Rosso: "And what were you thinking. A chauffeur... seriously? You know I drive myself" Rosso signals Stella to get in the car as he closes the car door and leaves the airport headed towards his dealership. On the way he drives along the coast and through the harbor. Rosso admires a blacked out Cadillac as it passes him in the left lane before it takes a sharp right turn in front of him and darts down a shaded road. He then notices what seems to be an undercover squad car tail gating him and speeds up to try and out some distance between him and the squad car but it was no use as for every time Rosso sped up to gain distance, so did the squad car. Rosso: "alright asshole" Rosso plants his foot and begins to take off as he starts to weave in out of traffic in order to try and shake the creep.

(( Continuation from This. )) Zoey gets awoken by an officer knocking on her office door. She was sleeping on the couch, using her jacket as a blanket. She'd stay up, and walk over to her office door, and open it. The bright light in the hallway temporarily blinding her, as she also turned on the lights in her office. She'd look up, and over at the young, well dressed Officer standing in her doorway holding two cups of coffee. The young man, about Zoey's own age was smiling bright. I could clearly read his name tag, "Clive Johnson." Zoey's blonde hair was clearly a mess from sleeping so rough, but Johnson didn't care. And right now, Zoey didn't really care either, as she was still a half-asleep Zombie. With his bright smile, Johnson extends one of his coffee cups towards Zoey. And speaks up. Johnson: "Sorry, Special Agent Anderson, I didn't know what you liked, so I brought you a cappuccino." Zoey: "It's fine, thank you. Johnson. Just call me Zoey. Or Zoe." Johnson nods and smiles wide. Zoey offers a smile back, and grabs the cup of coffee. And she'd take a sip of the cup. After a few moments of silence, and Johnson awkwardly standing still and smiling at Zoey. As if waiting for something. An opportunity perhaps? Zoey takes another sip of her coffee, maintaining eye contact. Then eventually grows tiresome of Johnson's stare. Zoey: "Yes?" Johnson snaps back to reality, as if he was lost in thought. Johnson: "Oh, yes. Sorry. I have some more of those case files you've requested." And Johnson then holds out tiny stack of files. Zoey smiles, and grabs the stack of files. Zoey: "Thank you." Johnson: "May I ask what you need them for?" Zoey starts heading into her office, and puts down the case files on her desk, as she moves around to take a seat behind her desk. Meanwhile, Johnsons follows her in after having asked Zoey the question. He'd seem rather interested in what she was up to. Zoey: "You may..." However, before Zoey could finish her sentence, the radio on the young officer crackles to life as a call can be heard from dispatch. Dispatch over the radio: "Calling all units, gunshot at Turtle beach, 12 Porto trail. Request immediate assistance. One civilian down." Just before Johnson managed to take a seat in front of Zoey's desk, he looks up at her, and excuses himself, as he rushes out into the hallway, to the others officers all preparing to head out. Zoey decides to follow, and picks up her gun from the small table next to the couch, and her jacket. And heads out of the police station to her old rusty car. And follows the police down to the crime scene. She'd park a block away, and walk down to the scene. Other officers have already arrived, and taped off the Area. She is greeted by another officer guarding the tape. She'd show him her FBI badge, and he lifts up the tape for Zoey. Zoey walks up to the center of the crime scene, and notices the blood on the furniture. And she'd look around. She sees Rocco being taken away by paramedics, she sees the frightened girl, who called the ambulance being questioned by a detective. Zoey looks around a bit more. Trying to piece the puzzle together. She overheard the woman on her way in, saying no one else was around. And it sounded like a very loud shot. So the attacker most likely used range. Being at the docks, there are plenty of positions one could hide for long range. But not very many hidden positions. She'd notice a bush 500m west that seemed a bit out of place. And so, she'd decide to head over there and take a closer look. Upon closer inspection, it would appear hollow, and one of the blades having some black residue on them. Most likely gun powder. She'd notice one more thing as she leaned in even closer, something shining in the sun light on the ground. She picks it up with a tiny stick she found laying around. Being careful not to ruin any potential finger prints. Just as she did, the lead investigator noticed Zoey, and approaches her while shouting out. Lead detective: "Hey, you! Who are you? What do you think you are doing here?! This is a crime scene!" Zoey doesn't respond to him right away, and instead waves over a CSU technician, who bags and tags the bullet for her, before finally responding to the Lead Detective, flipping out her FBI badge. Zoey: "Special Agent Zoey Anderson, and I just found your attacker's bullet." The Lead Detective quickly changes his tone, not exactly sure what to make of it. Lead Detective: "Oh... Uhh.. Thank you." He scratches the back of his head a bit. Lead Detective: "You're not here to take of my case are you?" Zoey: "Haha... No... I'm not. Don't worry. I'm just here to help. What can you tell me happened here?" Lead Detective: "Well, we're not entirely sure. The victims name is Rocco, a local around here. Unfortunately, we don't know if he's going to make it yet. The young woman's name is Cathrine, she didn't see anything at all. And doesn't know why anyone would shoot Rocco. As far as she could tell us, he's an outstanding citizen with no enemies." Zoey looks around for a moment as the detective talks, she'd then notice the small pond with water. And something seeming a bit off. She'd bow down, and reaches a hand into the muddy pool. The detectives looks at her a bit strange, no clue what she's doing. Eventually, she fishes up a completely soaked phone. She'd look up to the CSU Technician who approach with another bag. And she'd hand him the phone. Zoey: "Let me know if you manage to find anything on this, alright?" The technician nods and says: "Yes ma'am.", and walks away. Lead Detective: "H..How'd you do that?" Zoey: "Do what?" Lead Detective: "Know where to look." Zoey: "Ohh... Simpe really, our brains are amazing at pattern recognition. It's just something they teach us at the Academy to look for, and recognize patterns. I'll see you around, Detective." Zoey walks off, leaving the detective. He'd seem to stand still for a few moments, trying to see if he notices any other patterns. Clearly not sure what he's doing. Zoey walks back to her car, and on the way, picks up a news paper. And start reading it a bit in her car. Nor driving anywhere right now. As she looks up and to the side, she'd see an old style Cadillac riding past her, slowly. As if the driver was inspecting the crime scene. She'd write down the license plate with a pen in the paper she was reading, and leaves the paper in the passenger seat. As she then starts the car, and follows the Cadillac. (( Hope you don't mind @Rocco. I tried to keep it open ended. And work of what information you had already established. ))

That's amazing, when I ask questions I'm asking about your RP, not necessarily you in RL. I wouldn't want you to express things publicly about yourself. So to start...what's your full name and where are you from?
  28. 1 point
Despite the fact that this did take me by surprise, I am happy to give us a chance. Keep in mind, however, that in RL and RP I tend to be rather reserved and modest. I'm definitely not one who finds enjoyment in talking about myself, nor am I much of a flirt. I do tend to be rather loud and opinionated in areas I'm passionate about, though otherwise you'll barely know I'm there. If you are willing to give it a try, I am too.

How rare and greatly unique! This is the first time in Identity history a citizen has proposed a relationship with another citizen! May this day, May 13th 2017 be marked in Identity history... @Motown this is recognizable, please be obliged to commend this! @Kaitlyn dear, I'm am very old in real life as is my role playing character and I always have loved seeing a nice young lady meet a man worth her time. You're a great woman, so please hear Lucious out and test these new waters he proposes.

You're very wise, very aware of what needs to be done! You understand how to approach people...and all around I just love your personality! I'd like to get to know you more, on more of a personal RP level. I'd like to get to know the real Kaitlyn and I'd like for you to get to know the real Lucious Times. If you'll allow me the honor, I'd be more than happy to RP dating you right over this here topic in front of everyone. You'll of course be free to ask anything about me (Lucious) and I hope you'll allow me to do the same vise versa. It's rare in America to see a political leader without a strong wise partner at their side and I'd like to follow that. If I am being too forward please be direct in telling me so, but if you are okay with what I ask you would make me very happy!

This is the GREATEST RESPONSE I have seen in my entire campaign! I asked for your input and you gave it directly, it's also nice to know you enjoy politics just as much as I do! I am (with others) adjusting my campaign and I wish to be informed and couseled by wise people such as yourself! HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BE MY CAMPAIGN MANAGER? Together we could come up with foundations for The Royal Family and present a campaign education people such as yourself would be comfortable with!

Identity's development has been moving at a pace we've never experienced in the past. With added full-time programming and art talent, we've been able to produce more content in a shorter time than expected. With all of the base features of Town Square in place, we've now been building up the supporting systems; the menu interfaces, server selection systems, character creation and more are well underway now. You'll get a good preview of the character customization soon! Ridable bicycle; work in progress Some exciting progress is also being seen beyond the Town Square! Our vehicle systems are starting to get fleshed out. We found the integrated Unreal Engine vehicle subsystems to be inadequate for the realism and fidelity we seek, so Identity will run on an entirely rebuilt vehicle physics engine. With this you can expect extremely realistic handling of bicycles, cars, vans, motorcycles, semi-trucks and more. We've got the Twitch Game development is an exciting career that many gamers aspire for. Just a couple of weeks ago we had test run streaming our development live on Twitch. In our first stream, our character artist Miroslav added different eyebrow varieties to Identity character head models. These are some of the eyebrow options you'll be able to choose when creating your characters; get an inside look at the work which goes into even a small detail as this. While the task Miroslav had at the time might not have been the most exciting, we're in the process of setting up a schedule for very regular streams from a variety of development departments. Keep an eye on Twitter and Facebook for stream time announcements. Click the preview below to watch the recorded stream. It runs at just under an hour in duration. Identity's first Dev Stream: Miroslav's Eyebrows You can find our Twitch channel at Twitch.tv/IdentityRPG. Follow us there to get notified when an Identity developer starts streaming! Path to the Town Square Town Square early revision; work in progress A lot of Town Square work has been accomplished since the last dev blog! From interface to animations and more feature polish, the Town Square is shaping up into a genuinely interesting social environment. We've been making everything we can in the environment interactive. If it looks like it would have some sort of purpose in reality, we're making it useful (or at least entertaining) in Identity, too! Grab a newspaper for the latest happenings, toss a coin into the fountain or grab a can of soda from the machine. Visual dynamics have been added as well. Simple things bring immersion to the environment. The clocks on buildings and towers show the real in-game time, the cinema marquee sign shows the movies playing with real times (which can be adjusted by owners of community servers in retail Identity) and more. We're making the Identity environment, and thus that in Town Square, feel alive and interactive. A hotel lobby at night -- John VanderZwet
