Making it so that you have to sleep at night would kind of ruin the crime some people wants to do at night time. Also they shouldn't make you have to go to bed, it just doesn't sound reasonable in a game that builds on you making your own story.

I've noticed there's so much that is going to be added to this game and there's alot of people that are only playing it for specific parts of the game which adds realism! Just like real life, there are people that stick to doing certain things like racing and fashion etc.. It's cool to see that, like if I become a criminal and get arrested, and then a few months after that I get arrested again by the same cop it would be cool. It would be like rosco and the duke boys at it again lol. It will be cool to go down in town and see people sticking to their jobs, to see people progress, say you get up at 7 am every day and are out of the house by 8 and so is your neighbor and you see them driving an old beat up vehicle and then say about a month or two later you see that they have fixed rust on the vehicle and got new wheels with a new paint job.. that to me is a game changer which will add so much life to the game.

@Lexan It was posted at the same time sorry aha. Don't believe everything people tell you. Not saying LuckyDuck is wrong, nor am I right 100% of the time. I am almost 100% certain that you may rent out multiple homes. Now do you have to be a real estate agent, I'm not too sure on that one.

Yeah exactly how I feel @ItsJedi. If you can only slap on parts instantly, it will be a huge let down. Cars are going to be a big deal in this game, so the mechanic job should be in depth instead of instantly fixing/installing parts. If it's like my summer car or car mechanic simulator, then players can have different prices and such. It really needs to be a pretty detailed job, or it's just a huge let down overall.

You can only have 1 house I am sure unless being a estate agent allows you otherwise. I don't think that it will be something though. Yes you can give money to your friends. Yes you can rob cars, the game is no where near finished and so they will not have a clue on the space needed as the game is like one quarter complete or not even that because 3 modules and the beta being each quarter.

I was hoping players could run a garage as a career.. So instead of players installing the part they have to take their car to someone in games hsop and pay them to have it worked on.. I hope they work on it and imrove it over time and dont just copy GTA's mod shop style basic setup..

Guy's don't over think this. This is phase one of the competition. It isn't as complex as you think as anyone who has solved it will tell you.

If you make a transportation business, you will have to buy the assets like a Taxi. However the best way to start is using your personal car if you have one before you get enough for the assets.

Maybe it's like they have all those different options like GTA V, like @GoldenPancake said, but perhaps once you choose and pay the item is delivered to you and you have to install it yourself. That's the way I'd like to see it anyway.

Yeah it should be pretty fun to have a life you never had And if they keep all their promises the game should be beautiful and enjoyable.

No you cannot refund. Your "pledge" is like a donation. Think of it like Minecraft. You get extra perms when you donate. They don't HAVE to give you those perms because it's a DONATION. Not a payment. You aren't "buying" the game, you're pledging/donating. This reason is also why a lot of people do not like Indie Developers. That have been a few occasions where the developers took the money and dipped out. But in the long run $30 isn't much and they've shown progress so I doubt they will not continue.

You are not required to sleep actually, so people will most likely be out at night rather than going off to bed and wake up at 7. So I'm sorry if I crushed some parts of your dream (pretty sure there will be some privateservers which requires you to sleep at night tho).

Malls are already confirmed. And there have to be car parks if there are gonna be cars, otherwise where would you park? There probably won't be abandoned buildings, unfortunately. But there will be docks.

I'm not sure exactly how many of you would be interested in this sort of thing, but once the full game releases, i would love to set up car meets and meet a ton of you all. I am huge into cars and cant wait to see how the devs have in store for us customization wise and i cant wait to see what you all do with your cars in game. I dont really care what kind of car you drive, muscle, import, truck, offroad, beater, bike, i just want a large social gathering of like minded people where we can all just sort of hang out and check out each others cars and get to know each other. I do plan on playing this with a good friend of mine but he isnt into cars like i am. Age doesnt really matter to me either as long as we're all respectful of each others cars and mature about everything. Sure the RP scenarios will be there for rivalries and races, but in all, i want for there to be a group of people who get to know each other and develop a true friendship all because we decided to go hang out with our cars. I guess, i kind of want to know you guy's thoughts on this. Would it be something that many of you would be interested in? Would anyone care to join me in opening a shop? How in depth will they go in with cars like can you build them from scratch like a project car or if your trying to repair it will you need the part or will you just need a repair kit?

If you believe the cops will be able to get away with anything in Identity you obviously haven't been paying attention. There will be a system in the game that will monitor officer's activities that will punish any wrong doing.
