Yes, you can cook your own food, or decide to go out for a bite to eat! You'll need to eat and drink every once in a while, because starvation/dehydration will negatively affect your character, but you won't/can't necessarily starve to death. If you look at this post by one of the devs, he goes into more depth about food and the hunger system! Hope this helped

Born To Bleed is a professional boxing team looking to turn our fighters into champions by helping them achieve their full potential and bring greatness to all of Identity RPG. The 'Born To Bleed' Team competes regularly and are very competitive always looking for competition. We want to motivate our fighters to give their best effort at all times whether it's in the ring or training. To join you must train with a Trainer which can be found below along with other information. If you want to set up a fight with one of our fighters message the Team Leader or a Trainer on the forums or come into our gym so we can schedule a appropriate time for the fight. We also host events sometimes with a grand prize! If you are wondering why there is so few openings, it's because we need to focus on our fighters and having too big of a team can be pretty difficult. We want to be able to give everyone even attention and opportunities. If this team is manageable we will create more openings and jobs. His job is also to scout and recruit fighters IF there are openings. His job is to also enforce the rules and train his fighters. He is also the chief executive officer, the highest ranking person of the company and makes the managerial decisions. Trainer: The job of the Trainers is to recruit fighters IF there are openings. He also trains fighters for upcoming fights. Trainers are allowed to compete in fights as well BUT, they might not to get to compete as much because we need to focus on our fighters.(This applies for the Team Leader as well.) Fighters: The job of the Fighter is to train and compete in fights when they are ready gaining recognition and possibly getting a sponsor for themselves or the team. Representative: His job is to speak for our team/business and showcase our fights/events and stay in contact with our sponsors and help manage. The job of the Representatives also are pretty much assist the CEO/Team Leader with his job because it can get overwhelming. Team Application Process: To join you must talk to the Team Leader or a Trainer on the forums, with a direct message, or in-game. (Forum Name) (RP Name) (Do you have a mic?) (Age):Optional (What position are you trying to get?) (What makes you wanna join the team?) (How active are you?) (Tell us a little about yourself) (Anything else you would like to tell us?) After talking to us, we will call In-game or let you know on the forums or direct message if you got accepted into B.T.B. (most likely on how you contacted us.) Rules:No weapons, The fighter must only use their boxing gloves (or fists if there are no boxing gloves) to fight. No drug use such as weed, cocaine, heroine, steroids, etc. Use of these drugs will automatically disqualify the fighter. No bad sportsmanship, Fighters must not curse or insult the other fighter or this can result in a warning or a disqualification.Fighters must obey the referee at all times or they will receive a warning or disqualification.Fighters must not attack the referee or they will receive a warning but most likely a disqualification.Fighters must not attack the other fighter after the bell (or the end of the round or match) or it will end in a disqualification or the fighter will receive a warning. If a Fighter "floors" their opponent, they cannot hit them when they're on the canvas. If a fighter is absent when his fight is up, he has 1 minute to show up or it will be considered a no contest. If it is an event, the fighter that is missing his opponent will move on to the next fight.Fighters only have a 1 minute break between rounds, taking too long will result in a warning or disqualification. When a round is over, the fighters must return to their corner.(These rules only apply if there is mechanics in place for these.)If you score a knockdown on your opponent, you must go to the farthest neutral corner while the referee makes the count. The floored boxer has up to 10 seconds to get back up on his feet before losing the bout by knockout.A boxer who is knocked down cannot be saved by the bell in any round.Referee/Judges:Referee's and Judges will most likely just be hired to avoid cheating and/or favoritism. If we cannot hire one, we'll have somebody on our team and/or the other team to judge and/or referee to fill in the spots. The Referee will be in charge of enforcing the rules, stopping the fight if somebody is knocked out, or if nobody is knocked out the Referee will announce the final decision made by the judges at the end of a fight. Judging: Since there is no take downs, kicks and other stuff, The judges will keep track of whoever ever lands the most good punches, using good technique and blocking. If nobody is knocked out, the decision will be made by the judges. They will choose whoever they thought was the best fighter and be announced by the referee after he gets the final decision from the judges.Rounds and Time: There can be 3-5 rounds and each one will be 3-5 mins. It depends on who's fighting and what kind of fight it is.Amateur Fights: I match up one of my fighters with another fighter from another gym/club who are around the same skill level, unless there is nobody else to fight and they still want to fight but they risk a butt whooping and a loss on their record that I'll keep track of. A Amateur Fight will be 3 rounds and 3 minutes with 1 minute break between rounds for corner men to tend to their fighters.Professional Fights: This is when I match up my best fighters with the best fighters out there and put their skills to the test and put it on their pro record, no matter if it's win or loss. Possibly being a reward at the end A Professional Fight will be 5 rounds and 5 mins with a 1 minute break between rounds for corner men to tend to their fighters. Special Events: I might host special events and might have people pay for tickets to enter the fight and spectate it. We'll have people from multiple gyms and teams to compete for the grand prize while trying to improve their record while getting recognition. Each event will have at least 8, 12 or 16 fighters. It will be set up like this. All fighters that participated will get a shout out for their teams and a thank you at the end of the event. Match Up and Event Example:

It is still a crime and so you doing it will just mean you will be wanted by the cops. You can't go ass murder as there is a system to prevent it. @Hatoful there will be no such rules in official servers as they will have systems in place to prevent too much.
  11. 1 point
Apartments that you buy cannot be sold as they are permanent to your character/ game account like @Hatoful said.
  12. 1 point
Official servers will be English but I am sure there will be private servers with the specific languages.
  13. 1 point
I'm a bit confused by the first part of your question. If you mean what do you do if all of the houses are purchased on a server, then I guess you'll have to wait until one of the homeowners sells their house in order to buy one, as all of the houses on the servers are instanced, so there is a finite amount. However, it may take a bit for you to earn enough money to actually purchase a house, as the economy/ prices will be pretty similar to what it would be IRL!

There will be no sniper rifles in the game! The picture you saw was just concept art and was subject to change, which in this case it did. Also, if you just go around killing people, and don't initiate any type of RP, then there will be a stress system in place to prevent these types of RDM. Basically, it'll be harder to kill someone when you don't initiate RP, than when you do, if that makes any sense. For the apartments, if you mean an apartment you got from one of the packages, then no you cannot sell it, but you can rent it out! You can look here and here for some more answers on the apartments and stress system!

Somewhat what @Rekter said. Unfortunately yes, we have disbanded and have no intention of returning to the MC. This time we have disbanded forever and our post deleted. We are still loosely intact with three of our members running a small group that will host meet ups and races across the island. However, many of our other members have moved on to other ventures but we all still keep in contact. We all made the big decision for the final leave due to our loss of interest in the MC way of life. We felt deep down that we are not criminal, we are but normal people who scour the island for a living but still contain our love for cars and socialising with others. If you would like to know more about what the MC has turned into, follow the link below. P.S Sorry Rekter for the advertising

Hi and welcome to Identity! You do not need to speak English, as the full game will be translated into several different languages. However, I believe the modules and beta will be only in English, but once the game is out on steam, it'll get translated! They didn't specify which languages would be available, just that it will be translated into multiple ones, but I would imagine that Italian would be included in that!

The map showed us that there is going to be a farming village , farming place and if that place will be in the game (the map is just a concept art , everything could change) there will be animals for sure , and that brings up the horseriding . Maybe buying horses from other big farmers or I dont know how they call these Horse making Farmers , taming them , buying carts for them tranporting good with them , and if someone doesnt have money for tractors etc , they buy a special cart and use it on the field. And if horseriding will be implemented in the game then horseracing would be an easy addition to make , players could breed and train horses to race and of course win special prizes.

I'm in, but i need to know how much cars and upgrades will cost
  24. 1 point
I agree with the majority of that! I'll set a $5000 limit on items that are if bulk, but all limited edition, exclusive, and auctioned items will have no limit!
  25. 1 point
On their own, meaning the price needs to be approved! Anything over $5000 is ridiculous!
  26. 1 point
Only because some businesses will try screwing over customers with high prices! If the clothing or product is copyrighted and customers can't get it anywhere else and they want it they have no choice but to pay whatever ridiculous price is presented! That's why it needs to be approved to be fair to the customer!
  27. 1 point
Once the business establishes it's desires that's it, no changes may be made without consent of the state! Which if isn't ridiculous will be approved!
  28. 1 point
Of course companies will manage their own prices and so forth, that's too much hassle for the state! However, I won't allow off brand items or reselling in another store! If it's Supreme Clothing it's only sold out of a Supreme Clothing store and garage sales, not another store! I want to keep the people's loyalty towards the businesses they attend!

At the time I thought as shop owner as owning their own 1 shop and businessman as a person who makes deals and sells things without or with a shop. P.S. Why do you care and technically businessman and shop owner are different. (Shop owner is the owner and manager of a shop as a businessman is a man who works in business or commerce, especially at an executive level.)

Team Supreme Supreme will have its own boxing team, and we will have our own fighter(s). As of now, our security guard @djdobish will be our first fighter. I will be his representative, however our company's PR manager,@OnePumpWonder, will handle speaking to the press. @Tat2xNova will be his trainer. As for the application: (Forum Name): SupremeLeader (RP Name): Supreme Leader (Do you have a mic?): Yes (Age): 18 (why do you want to join the team?): I'm going to own my own team for your league (How active are you?): Very active; Pretty much on the forums every day (Tell us a little about yourself): I own a clothing line, and I'm looking to run a boxing team which will comprise of our own Security guards. (Anything else you would like to tell us?): We will completely shit over the competition.

I agree with @Kickapoo and hope that they don't add the supply drops, as they are annoying and I want the games to be back to how the old games were without them elements.
  34. 1 point
Well I know for a fact they'll probably be putting supply drops in because they were the first developers to put them in a COD. And honestly I've been waiting for a World War 2 COD ever since MW3 came out, and I think this is something that will help revitalize the series and bring a freshness back that we haven't seen since the golden days.

If your bank gets robbed, how will you give people back their money?
  42. 1 point
I've made a calculation to illustrate how much a 1000 dollars would make in just 1 year, with a interest rate of 2% every week. This mean that if I open an account today, and deposit $1000, I will in one year have a profit of $1800!!!! In two years it would look like this: This is a very very high interest, on a very frequent basis!!! Other banks pay out interest p.a., or maybe once every 6th month. How will you ensure that you have enough capital to payout all your stakeholders? As Einstein once should have said: “The most powerful force in the universe is compound interest”
  43. 1 point
Right, but I was thinking of something more organized, such as a directory of channels on TV that people could flip through that are verified by the devs themselves. It'll make it all more realistic.
  44. 1 point
I would pay in-game currency to watch these matches. Maybe the devs could some how stream these fights, so then people can watch it on their TVs at home.
  45. 1 point
The majority of businesses are banks I see in this game. This also is ridiculous as there isn't an FDIC insurance fallback. With a vast majority of people playing criminals or that will have a criminal tendency (ie. bankers siphoning funds) the ability to protect money is limited. Unless the game designers have some sort of insurance against loss this banking institute is a mute point in this game. Unless these factors come into play: Death is permanent Jail is based on court rulings (ie real life 1 year, 6 month, 3 months of game time) Otherwise, this game will just be about making drugs, selling drugs, hookers, murder and everything else second life is now.
  46. 1 point
Out of RP: considering this is a game how are you going to enforce those loans?
  47. 1 point
To answer a few of the questions here, there is a large variety of standard food items you'll find in cafes and restaurants, as well as player-made food. Different sorts of food and drink will "fill" you up more than others and faster. Some may even have side-effects. Generally, good player-created food will be the most efficient for consumption. You'll also be able to create your own bars, cafes and restaurants. I'm not sure how lucrative they'll be to own, but a player food-place could turn into a good social point. There will be three places in the Town square module that you can sample food and alcohol: there's a bar/lounge in the hotel, a cafe as well as the cinema. As for the questions concerning a hunger mechanic, there is such a system although you can't die from starvation. There will be some penalties, though. Food consumption won't be forced upon you enough to be an annoyance, but you'll want to grab a bite here and there.

  49. 1 point
We've had a lot of questions about sex in Identity, and we don't really have many reservations against it, other than the possibility that Identity could be banned from sites like Twitch, Youtube, and potentially from Steam. Sex in Identity could add an intimate element to the game, but it just isn't worth the risk of losing exposure over this single feature.

Identity Forum Guidelines Last Edit: July 9th, 2018 Participation in the Official Identity forums constitutes agreement to the following guidelines, which apply to posts, profile information, avatars, signatures, private messaging, and any other content on this site and participation in general. The live nature of discussions in this community makes it difficult for staff to catch every violation of these rules. If you believe that someone has violated our User Guidelines, please send a private message to a member of our volunteer moderation team or staff with a link to the content and a brief description of what you believe is wrong. Please do not respond to a violation personally, as you may aggravate the situation and possibly violate our guidelines yourself. Any content that violates our User Guidelines will be removed. Interpretation of our guidelines is at the discretion of the staff. Please do 1. Report violations of the forum rules. Moderators will quickly review reports and make decisions based on the information you provide. 2. Respect others. Showing respect will encourage others to participate in discussion. 3. Like posts, that you feel contribute useful information to a discussion. 4. Read the rules, so that you do not accidentally receive an infraction or ban. 5. Be constructive. Help others by answering questions, and offer feedback to their ideas. 6. Read before posting. Fully Comprehend the topic of discussion and determine what has already been discussed. 7. Use proper grammar and spelling. Read your post before submitting. Spelling mistakes may attract attention away from the discussion. 8. Search for content related to your questions. There’s a good chance that there may already be an answer to what you are looking for! Please don’t 1. Troll. Trolling does not contribute to meaningful discussion. 2. Spam. Spamming clutters the forum and makes it difficult to find original content. 3. Flame, or attack others. Insults do not contribute to discussion, and will be removed. 4. Repost Deleted Content. Content that was deleted was removed for a reason, even if the reason is unclear. 5. Demonstrate or perpetuate toxic behavior. A user is considered toxic if they repeatedly make defamatory, threatening, insulting, or otherwise hateful remarks toward other users or staff. Please keep language civil when expressing your opinions. 6. Advertise websites or services unrelated to Identity. We do not sell advertising space on the Identity forums. 7. Cross Post. Cross-posting makes it difficult for users using the search function to find relevant information, and may be considered spam. 8. Ask for Likes. Likes are given to those for contributing useful information in a discussion. 9. Abuse reports. Reporting content with blank or inaccurate report descriptions will hinder a moderator's capacity to help. Please report content that is in violation of the rules, and not simply because you personally dislike another user. 10. Engage rule violators. You may accidentally violate these rules yourself by responding to others that you feel aren’t following these guidelines. 11. Make low-effort posts. Contribute useful information to the discussion, and avoid going off-topic. 12. Discuss Politics/Religion. These subjects are sensitive and may offend others. (There is a small place for fantasy politics within Identity's ecosystem. The Governor position will be able to tweak small settings within the game world, and must compete against others for power. The political systems within Identity are simplified and do not accurately reflect the processes involved with political discourse in the real world. Players may implicitly take inspiration from existing candidates or parties, but must not show any connections to real world politics through the use of logos/symbols, names (of existing leaders, existing parties, or of those within recent history), or slogans. By affiliating your party with a real world political faction, you are bringing such politics into discussion and grabbing the attention of those who recognize it. Real world politics typically invoke a strong emotional response in some viewers and can lead to vehement conflicts extremely quickly.) 13. Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is authorized, so forum users can be easily identified. Avoiding a ban may result in further permanent action. 14. Operate a shared account. Sharing an account with another user will make conversation difficult should any of the account operators share a difference in opinion. Conflicting statements will impede our ability to help assist any single user on a shared account. Due to this, we request that each account is operated by a single, separate user. 15. Create forum posts that mention specific users in the title. Creating a new topic with the title specifically mentioning another user isn’t conducive to group discussion, especially if the targeted user isn’t comfortable responding in an open format. (For example, don’t make posts like “@usernamehere, why is x and not y?”) If you’re asking a question directly to another user, please do so using the inbox function on the forums. 16. Post Personal Information, or post links containing personal information. Sharing information about others can be harmful to their real-life. 17. Use forum features in unintended ways. Asking for likes, or making a game that incorporates the like/follow buttons artificially inflates user forum stats, making it difficult for other users to determine which content or user is contributing popular content to the site. 18. Discuss Moderator or Administrator actions Publicly. There are often reasons why a decision is made by a moderator or administrator that may be unclear to outside-parties, and off-topic discussion about an admin or moderator decision may be disruptive to a conversation. We politely ask that you trust and respect decisions made by staff. If you have an issue with a specific staff member, please report the matter to a Community Manager. 19. Impersonate Asylum Entertainment Staff or Moderators. When users seek assistance from moderators or Asylum staff, they shouldn't need to worry about encountering the possibility of dealing with an impostor. Always heed the official titles for staff roles on both the forums and discord to help avoid confusion. 20. Intentionally Spread False Information. Spreading rumors you know are falsified and portraying them as fact will only complicate Identity's development and serves to derail the actual constructive criticism offered by other users. Even accidentally giving out false information can be dangerous, so please ask a staff member or reference official statements (Dev Blogs for example). 21. Post or link to illegal, dangerous, offensive or NSFW content. Do not engage in activities that include (but are not limited to) the sharing of sexually explicit content, piracy, malicious code execution (viruses, malware, spyware etc.), gore. Please keep posts pertaining to the M-rated content in Identity reasonable. 22. Create or operate an account with the intention of solely boosting or supporting another user's reputation, poll votes, or opinions. We ask that all users contribute to the forums in ways that don't simply perpetuate someone else's particular viewpoint or account statistics. ***Moderators and staff have the final say on all matters. If you would like to report moderator abuse, contact a Community Manager directly. Creating public threads or posts that question or reference administrative decisions or potential administrative decisions is not permitted.*** ***Freedom of speech rights do not extend to privately owned websites, such as this one.
