The devs have said that the new video is supposed to come out before the Town Square Module is released. Most people are estimating that the module is going to be released mid-end of April (Just their opinion, though, so nothing set in stone), so I would guess that the video will be released in the next 2-3 weeks!

+1 Definitely an option for whoever that wants to sign up to an existing company. As the game has a high chance of becoming viral and trendy, it is a good opportunity for people to join something that will be hard to join after the game's release. So far I think this will be quite the successful company, however it would help a lot as @uncannierlink mentioned, to easy down a bit on the commands and ranks and help people get set in.

So as of now weight and muscle wont be at the launch of Identity, but the devs hope to add it later after launch. I was thinking what about height. In every RP game everyone is always the same base height. I think it would be cool if we could change our height when creating out character. Maybe having a minimum height of 5'4" and a max of 6'8" or so what ever the devs see best fit. Also maybe height can affect some traits of your character. Like the shorter you are the faster/ longer you can run and maybe the taller you are the more you can carry. I don't know this is just a rough idea that I could see the Devs balancing and possibly adding. I'm just tired of everyone always being the same height, and also girls are almost generally shorter than guys, so maybe the tallest girl would only be 6'3" or so. What do you guys think about this??

Just out of curiosity does anyone have any further information on how character walking/running animations will work? Hopefully not all animations will be the same/identical. The way someone walks/moves/positions themselves can tell you a lot about someone's character/personality.

So I gotta say, Escape from Tarkov has got to be one of the CRAZIEST first person shooters. . . It's not your typical COD shooter, No, you've gotta stay low and slow. . . and be mindful of your own presence as well as other players and AI. While it's still in Alpha, there's been a lot of progress made in the past month. When I first started, I wasn't exactly impressed with the gameplay. . . but it's improved a LOT! If you like to dig your fingernails into your mouse and keyboard, and then nearly sh!t yourself when a shotgun goes off unexpectedly, and you die, you might really enjoy EFT. I wouldn't recommend it if you have little patience, it's definitely a "hardcore" shooter/survival game. There're a LOT of videos on youtube of EFT, but don't be fooled. . . The guys who were lucky enough to get a "Press Account" along with the NDA lifted, get special access to gear which isn't available to players right away. . . So don't expect to pickup a gun and go, it's more like: you've gotta first build/find/buy a weapon after you've done some looting and earned a few Rubles, which isn't exactly easy. . .

Why would that be unfair? If somebody is willing to donate more then I see no issue with them getting more perks. It has nothing to do with anything except how generous that person is feeling, and if they are donating then they should be recognised. I think forum perks would be quite fine, though some people would go overboard as people always do.

Being able to run them games will likely be fine to run the modules but the graphics will be improved over the duration of the year up to the full game release and then there could be issues but no one will know for certain until nearer to the beta and full release.

I would recommend posting a Chain of Command or Ranking list so people know the ranks available rather than them just going to your website for all the information.

I'm not going to come up with a detailed backstory for my character. (cause I'm too damn lazy) But the character I'm going to play is a boy who has been a rebel his whole life and struggles with his economy and what not. He's a sweetheart, but the fact that he has to get the economy together somehow, he starts taking questionable jobs just so he can survive. He slowly gets dragged into the criminal world against his will and it's up to him to choose what road he will take in life

Wouldn't it be fun if you could buy a skateboard and hang out with your friends while on your skateboard. The dev team probably doesn't have time or money to add a bunch of advanced tricks like nose grind or something like that. But it would be nice to be able do an ollie, (jump) so a bunch of people can roleplay as "skaters". Skating doesn't have to be some major mechanic, but maybe a small touch that would open a bunch of rp opportunities for people that doesn't necessarily roleplay as grown businessmen in suits, if you catch my drift. It could even just work as a mode of transportation

Exactly, skateboarding doesn't have to be something advanced, it could simply work as a mode of transportation. But the important part is that it exists in the game and people can rp as skaters

My Governor Campaign Timeline Honesty, something that I feel will help clear all worry and negativity! In the beginning, when I first joined the forums I looked through the Podium and saw two Governor candidates, @ThomasHetch and @JoelKeys ! I've always loved politics so I looked into their campaigns. Joel was doin great fas ar as policy's appeal to the people and Thomas' popularity was just amazing! This is when I decided to start my campaign! So...I began with making the foundations of my Political Party; The Royal Family Party! After I had built the foundations conversations positive and negative had begun! I felt I needed a solid support system that could back me up no matter what. Someone who would be praising of my campaign and critical to the others; a simple game of political war! Idiotic enough I was, I went to the gangs. At that time I felt gangs are loyal and as an elected official I could help protect them from the law! Even though then I didn't like criminals I was more concerned about getting into a position to where I could impact the law for the good of the Island! Several gangs contacted me, I had willing supporters left and right! Then I took the time to think and realized I didn't want to be working with already declared criminals! I then returned to the Podium where I continued my proper campaign, but before long a few more governor candidates showed up...like @BobbyCruz . With that, a few of my previous gang related ideas floated back to surface! My University, laws, political party, etc weren't being discussed. Recently I'd been on the battlefield throwing all the defensive statements I could throw. But then I thought for a minute. Would I be worried if my leader had had activities with gangs...? Answer is yes! That's why NO GANG RELATED, MOB RELATED, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY RELATED MEMBERS ARE ANY LONGER PART OF THE ROYAL FAMILY! @BobbyCruz and I have different views just as all of us candidates do. But, we agree on one thing for sure...and that's the certainty that our leaders aren't corrupt. So to give credit, Bobby was right in his suspicion, right for putting it in the light, right for continuing to give his advice! I currently have great support towards my campaign, between @FatherOfLoyalty and @Dylan_Heisner the campaign continues to flourish! I'll admit, I want to have a great political experience in the game! I'm going to continue this campaign and pray it continues to succeed! May the odds be in the favor of all us candidates!

I do. But you got to admit, there are some people out there that don't like cops. Identity gives us an opportunity to pick any career we want. I've seen a lot of people talk about the criminal and business careers, and a few talk about the political career.

Actually I think that possibly only a quarter of the identity population will be apart of the police force. I say this because I have examined the forums for the past few months and a lot of people are very interested it seems in either starting their own business or are committed to having a life of crime. I feel like this game has a little more potential than just a straight up cops vs. robbers game even though this will be a good feature that I feel like many players are filling roles for. I do agree that it may seem that way and how you could see this game being half robbers going against the other half of the games population which would be cops in that case. However many people have been interested in other things as I have observed and I find that a really great start to a hopefully successful game!

It would be cool to see some sort of park that you can drive/walk/bicycle to that's out of the city where you can go camping and hiking. There could be some career openings for park rangers. The park rangers r basically the police but for the park and the rural area around the park. Or there could be a sheriffs department instead. Not only is it fun to go camping and hiking and maybe even mountain biking if they add that the park would be a good place to go to and hike off the trail and meet up to do drug dealing or illegal grows of marijuana. The park would a few square miles probably. I hope some sort of state park type thing is added in to the game for the island. Does anyone agree?

This just goes to show how big this map is really going to be..... I mean it will take 1 hour and 30 min of rl time to walk from east to west or west to east..... this map and possibilities are endless def going to be fun.
