I'd like to start out by saying I have indeed read the FAQ and extended FAQ, but I'm interested in how developed your handling model will be. You guys have worked very hard on your ballistics model and you've read a lot of documentation about it to make it as realistic as you possibly could have which is fantastic! but what attention are you giving to the handling of the various vehicles in the game? You guys should definitely look at Pacejka's Magic Formula when looking at developing a tyre model. Also have you considered looking at load transfer, sprung and unsprung mass, weight distrubution, center of mass height/location and all that kind of stuff? I'm not expecting a simulator but it'll be nice to see the vehicles handle believably, especially when you've got wheel support. it would make the car chases interesting! Imagine having a taxi cab with a super loose suspension rolling from side to side as you cruise through streets, it would make mundane driving interesting as well. Last question, since you can purchase vehicles as automatics or manuals, is clutch and h-shifter fully supported as well as clutch dynamics like the biting point etc, rolling from stop signs with nothing but the clutch would be pretty neat.

It would be interesting if players could produce their own films within the real world prior to requesting to play their movies within the theater. For example, one section within the "major theater" could consist of "home-made films". In the process, companies and political parties should be capable of purchasing advertising time PRIOR to the beginning of the film. For example, the intro-screen could consist of a few advertisements before the film begins.

I'm kinda late to the party on this, but Assistant Chief of Police isn't really the job title, it's more of what he does. The actual title is Deputy Cheif of Police , Major, or Captain depending on how you want the ranks to go and the size of the department. Also, Commander isn't an actual pay grade title. Commanders are the ones in charge or like a specialty unit like Drug Task Force. Senior Lead Officer isn't a pay grade rank again as well. There isn't a Detective in Charge position but Detectives can have rank such as Lieutenant or Sergeant. I believe a better structure would show as follows: - Cheif of Police (1 Position) - Major (Assistant Chief of Police, depending on your rank structure) (1 Position) - Captain (Deputy Cheif of Police, depending on your rank structure) (2-3 Positions) - Lieutenant (Roughly 4-6 Positions) - Sergeant - Corporal - Patrol Officer - - You can have Senior Patrol officers designated who have been there a while and can give advice, but usually don't get paid differently than a PO Also, in general, if there are multiple Lieutenants, one Lieutenant is never a higher rank than the other because that causes drama and trying to pull the rank card on an equal rank, which doesn't work. When you're a Lieutenant and want to become a Captain, you'd apply like you're applying for a new job, but wouldn't become a Senior Lieutenant or anything. As for warrants, officers apply for their own warrants or may forward their cases to the detective bureau and have the detectives apply for warrants. The warrants are reviewed by the Prosecuting Attorney before being furnished to the Judge to be signed, then executed. I apologize if this sounds mean, I don't mean it that way at all. You can obviously try to make your department however you are wanting and with whatever system you want. The one I showed just happens to be a more realistic structure based on an 3 separate, approximate 200-300 officer departments.

Noce to see some "neighbours" here in the forums To answer your questions: If you buy a package and the game is released you can play on official and private servers of course. No Limits on that. Because of the houses i have in mind i read that you can only own one real house. To explain this: Houses are real buildings on the map (a house in the woods for example). There are also appartments in game but these are instanced. So there can be an unlimited ammounts of appartments so that every player can own one, but real houses outside can only owned by one player and no other can own this house too. So in total you can only have one appartment or one house at the moment. (I don't remind where i read this to link a source) Greetings from germany

Well, if you start with a car its a benefit for you. Other players which are not starting with anything have to earn ingame money to buy their first vehicle. if you don't like your car in game just buy a new one. On top you have the advantage that you can do things for earning money faster with your car then other players which uses public transport or such things. So it's ok if none of these Items are sellable in game.

NO, it is permanent to your account and so why would they let people sell it? Pledge Items are exclusives to pledgers only and so the devs would never allow for them permanent items to be sold/ given away.

I believe all movies before 1932 are public domain. Also, copyrights last 75 years as long as they are renewed. (Not for sure, but it may be 95 years now, thanks to Disney's Mickey Mouse being created in 1928. Disney always seems to... sway people to extend copyright limitations making Mickey Mouse now public domain as of 2023 [unless changed again].) I think most people are thinking these movies will be more up-to-date when in reality, that would cost way more money than Asylum would be willing to spend.

Since @Motown is reading that topic time to time, I'd like to make my contribution. I adore electrocars and wish that they'll be added in the game with all the consequences (like chargers at the gas stations). You can create a lovely mix of Mitsubishi Miev and Toyota Prius and make it a mid-priced model. I think it'll be very popular, especially in urban areas. For more wealthy citizens I suggest a slightly altered Tesla Model S. A minor changes in such legends like Nissan 240SX, Toyota Celica GT-Four and Honda Civic will make a great street racing cars because of their price tag. That's not all, but enough for one post.
