3 pointsWhat is the Rangers Support Group? The Rangers Support Group is a group made up of the citizens of Identity who show their support to the Bad Company Rangers MC. What does this group entitle me to? Although it may not seem much for you, it means a lot to the members of the club that you show your support to us. In return, we want to give you all that we can to make you feel that you are as wanted by us as you are as wanted by us. By joining this group you will be able to buy items of clothing branded with our support patch seen above. You will also be able to join our members at local events where you can get to know them and ask any questions you might have. You will also have access to our teamspeak server so you can always keep in touch with our members and show your support by sporting your very own support patch on our server. Do I have to pay to join this group? No. This group is entirely free and there will never be any application fees or any application whatsoever. How do I join the support group? Simply forward your name to Michael Thatcher (@Herzog), the clubs International President, and he will ensure that your name gets put down on our register. Group Members: Member Total: 0

3 pointsThe Freedom Party Party Mission: This party has been formed due to the lack of quality of individuals running for governor of the Island of Identity. Our mission is to advance the agenda of the people of Identity and ensure their freedoms as the people of this great land. We shall make sure that no dictator, no fame seeker, and no money grabber shall ever hold the position of governor on this great island. Party Officials: Governor Candidate: Roger Party Leader: Alpha Party Commissioners: Kyle, and Aus More pending Agenda/Laws: 1. Gun Control- On this issue our candidate expresses the inalienable right for every man to bear arms. These legal guns include anything from pistols to rifles that are of civilian grade. Permits will have to be issued to those seeking automatic weapons and a firm vetting process by the administrative office. Those who work for private businesses like security, transportation and other will have more freedom to use those arms. There will also be background checks for those looking to purchase any weapon. Penalty for breaking the law: Jail time(how long TBD) Reasoning: This I believe will be a very important law because I believe that a lot of people are going to want to have an automatic which may lead to deadly shootouts with cops. Jail times must be stiff for this reason. 2. Marijuana- Marijuana will be legal in the island of Identity to sell in shops and stores designated to sell the item. It may be smoked freely. Marijuana will also be slightly taxed by the government (see the tax laws for more info). Those who get caught selling marijuana without the correct permits will be fined heavily but since this is a non-violent crime no jail time shall occur. Penalty for breaking the law: 1st offense: 50$, 2nd offense: 100$, and doubles from then on. Reasoning: We don’t want people to undercut legit businesses to make a quick profit. We want to protect our businesses no matter what it is and we will be tough on law breakers. At the same time, jail time for a non-violent crime is a governmental waste and will only result in lost money. ONLY FINES! 3. Taxes- SUBJECT TO CHANGE! Business Sales Housing Legal Drugs 3% 5% TBD 10% Code all new businesses will not have to pay taxes for 3 months so they can get on their feet. Penalty for breaking the Law: If you don't pay your taxes you will be jailed after the 3rd offense. There will be no additional fines placed on you. Jail time TBD. Reasoning: We want to ensure the growth of our businesses out there because after all that’s how people are going to make money. So by giving you the 3 strike rule this will give you a chance to redeem yourself. We will have just jail time because adding more fines to your unpayable taxes would just ruin you more and it would be stupid. 4. Non-Violent crime- This will mostly be met with fines. What is a non-violent crime? Speeding, Selling Marijuana illegally, Doing various things without a license. Basically anything that doesn’t hurt someone or yourself. 5. Term Limits- You can only be governor 3 times before you have to pass off the torch peacefully. Penalty for breaking the Law: I’d hope people rise up and rebel because then you would have a dictator. Reasoning: We want to promote fresh ideas and don’t want a dictator. 6. Pardoning- Governor may pardon individuals only by having the rest of his cabinet confirm it. Reasoning: We don’t want a political party to pardon people just because they like them or have some type of illegal business dealings with them. 7. Healthcare- We shall leave this up to the private companies the government has no right to dictate your healthcare. We’re talking about your life here. 8. Optional Welfare- If you're poor and really trying to get by you may apply for welfare. This would mean you would have to take a drug test and background test to make sure the money doesn’t go to waste. The money you would receive would only cover some living expenses. This law will only be in place if the Government can spare the money. 9. Optional Business Incentives- This governor wants to put together a fund to give incentives to businesses who are doing well. More to come with this! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Flexibility that doesn't break your budget!

2 pointsA casualty of war went to hell and came back. 2015 Jack was a sergeant at arms of the Hells Angels MC Sydney chapter. Jack didn't have much family so the angels were his family, but there was this one asshole named Clay he was the VP and he never trusted Jack, he always found a way to fuck him over. on a normal Saturday at a Starbucks, Jack enjoying a coffee with his old lady then shit hits the fan. Black SUV comes and lights up the Starbucks they throw a piece of paper out the window its written in Chinese and the only gang in Sydney who has beef with the angels were the 25K triads and he wanted revenge. 1 Month later Jack got what we wanted, Revenge. In this time a fella came by, his name was Michael Thatcher (@Herzog) he came from the UK and wanted to patch over but Clay didn't want that so he left but Jack and Michael had a good long talk while he was there. so the attack planned but Jack was gonna remember this day for the rest of his life. so through the gunfight, Clay and Jack were pinned down Clay said to Jack "Say hello to Satan for me." before Jack can say anything he's shot and left for dead. 2 years Later Jack wakes up in the Royal London Hospital with 2 guys around him Michael Thatcher and Micky Thompson ( @Micky_Tohmpson.) They tell Jack that they paid for his recovery, they want him back in the 1%er life with a new family... The BAD COMPANY Family. Now Jack is The President of the AU Chapter on the Island of Identity and now that he's a president. No One will be left behind. Jack Munson Good old Fatboy

2 pointsI think it being 2 terms and it being 3 weeks is a term but. say like you have 2/3 weeks = you main term time, the third week of the term is to prepare for the next election. You can only have 2 consecutive terms as governor but after say a year, you can become governor again 2 times. This would allow that you don't have the chance to stop other people from being governor. (This is my Opinion of what it should be like).
-
2 pointsI believe a set term limit may be the best option. What ever the length of a term in office is, perhaps only allow a max of 2-3 terms for each possible character. Also 14 terms is a lot, considering most politics end game is Presidency or in this case, being Governor. Once in said position, it should be considered the climax of your career, because you most likely had to put in time as a local congressman and worked your way up to senator status to final get the opportunity to become Governor. I get in the beginning we may have a set governor, who didn't need to put in the work to get there, and there may be some after our first governor to do the same. We will get to a point tho, shortly after launch, where politians actions in game will mean more than their promises in these threads and posts.

2 pointsThe devs say identity is, at its core, a criminals vs cops game. On top of that, there are other professions, but even if everybody is a criminal or a cop, well, that's what the game is prepared to be. My feeling is that only some people want to do one of these roles. There are mafias and such, but their criminal activity is frequently embedded in civil professions.

2 pointsWhat a crazy several weeks since the last dev blog post! The increased exposure and attention from the apartment video has resulted in a surge of additional funding for Identity, which has translated into an expanded team with two new full-time developers coming on board and more to join soon. Work has been going very well. Motown, your community manager, has started transitioning into the role of producer to help manage our expanding team. This has helped to reduce some of the work-load on myself so it's been a very welcome change and he's proving to be great for the role. Our lead character artist, Miroslav, has been hard at work on numerous enhancements including building our makeup and blemish systems. This will give us the freedom to add all kinds of makeup options, especially for females but also for men. Your options at character creation will be a bit limited, but a vanity table will let you customize your makeup much further. Blemishes allow us to modify the skin in a whole lot of ways, from just a little blush on the cheeks to full-body freckles and more. Miroslav has also done an excellent job expanding eye customization for your characters which won't just tint the color of the iris but change its entire pattern to properly match the styles seen in those eyes in reality. He's also expanded our options for hair and facial hair. Feature development has also been going quickly and smoothly. Among others, we've built the contacts and friends systems which will be available in the Town Square module. When you meet people in the world you'll be able to exchange contact information, adding their number and name to your phone. This then acts like a friends list in other games, but you can even text or phone them with real working voice systems. It's also integrated with your Steam friends to make finding them easier. Environment art is also moving along, with several artists working full-time to give you beautiful environments. We've hired on some more artists and are even reworking some of the earlier assets we produced to bring the up to our now higher standards. Identity YouTube channel PowerGaming7 had the chance to speak with myself and Motown for a while after asking his viewers for a bunch of questions to ask. The result was an almost one hour long video where we shared all sorts of information you may not have heard before. You can find the link to this video right here. Once again, I want to thank every one of you for your continued support! Every pledge that comes in goes straight into the development of new features and helps us get the game to you a little bit faster. The attention we've seen over the last couple of months has been staggering, and we are excited to show you more of the gameplay soon!

1 pointI thought it'd be helpful if we had one place where people could see all of the people running for governor. Please only post your campaign.
-
1 pointI created a new topic in introduction as I suppose its the best place to do it. Why not have a picture of you so we put a face behind ? Here's me !
-
1 pointYou remind me of one of those people who talk shit but then don't do anything. Sorta like sitting behind a gate yelling at the other side but when it opens you run away. If your so tough then don't use words to try and make yourself tough. When push comes to shove the only thing that matters is whose blood is spilled. You'll meet Bad Company don't worry. We'll be looking for you.
-
1 pointI dont know is there little man? My gang will see you in Identity. Choose your words carefully when you are speaking to leader. #gangbeef

1 pointI think there will be specific spots where you can grow. Yes, maybe backyards of houses or maybe other pieces of land designated for this. I think growing plants may take many server resources. That's why I think growing cannot be as flexible as using any spot where you find dirt. But I could be absolutely wrong on my assumption.

-
1 pointI think you can do it anywhere outside, as long as there is dirt or something to physically grow it on. I guess you could grow it in your front yard, but then the police could easily see it, so I'm not sure that's the best place to grow it. Most of the weed growing will probably take place in a backyard or something, or maybe some remote plot of land. I'm not 100% sure on this, though, this is just what I'm assuming will happen. According to this post, though, it will most likely take place in some field, but this was from over a year ago so it may have changed!

1 pointStuff like car shows and shit can just be player run easily.. not something theyre going to focus mechanics into, which is why they are letting us have the freedom of creating any scenarios we want. With the historic entertainment, who are you talking about? Whose going to dress up as actors and who does the real life jousting, etc? Other players? again that can be player run. Most of these suggestions would be awesome to have, if there was AI involved that could make all these events within the map, look actually alive, because when you boil it down to reality of the game, its going to have max 300 players (they are looking at) per server, most servers probably wont have that or near that. The players that are in the server at the time, whose to say any of them want to run a carnival or do a meetup with cars? so even if they had mechanics for it, for instance a carnival, its just going to be more assets they make for a nice scene, thats going to be a ghost town after people have seen it for the first or second time. With the space exploration and the futuristic shit, that apparently has to be in every new game now, they said its not going to happen, and if it is, its going to be a separate dlc content which they havent even touched base on yet because the game hasnt even come out. Btw that ' Bigger planet ' idea is way too ambitious and i cannot see that every happening.
-
1 pointYeah I mean I actually like this concept because we can put people on a watch list that have already publicly made claims of life in crime. Even though we cannot do much else as of the moment this would be nice to kinda browse and be used kind of as an information area. I could see the website growing in the future if it is updated to and well kept.

1 pointPeople are free to do as they want and so are not forced to do things which they don't want to. Also I believe that there are more people wanting to be civilians than criminals or cops. There are many people who have not said anything yet who most likely want to be other roles too. We have no clue on how many there are who want to be a firefighter or paramedic but I am sure there is a few and more will come.
-
1 pointIt is because you had over a year to pledge and well if you didn't do it then why should they extend it? The modules and beta access are things for early backer before they even get released. Also if you don't have the money until 20th March then you might b fine because if we don't get an announcement before then; you should be fine. Game devs usually announce the release early e.g. like a week before.

1 pointBased on how they update the funding page (see here), I think they may be making progress without updating the progress page. I would suggest the team that it's better to remove the information you are not keeping updated, but that's not a big deal either. I'm sure we are about to see either an increase of the update or even something delivered soon.
