Seems like just like when this forum started and there were too many Mafia's, no there are just too many PMC's. Not that its a bad idea or anything but there are already companies that have been here for a while and grabbed the members that they need. Just leaves the last few to suffer without the people that want to do this sort of stuff. I mean im not someone to say that once the game releases there wont be more of those kinds of people but just my opinion, it might be worth looking into a backup whether its joining another PMC or trying out something a bit more unique. I made a hunting shop a while back and when i left it some guy asked if he could borrow the idea of the shop. I said yes and an hour later he posted his post and it was EXACTLY the same as mine. Same info, same pictures even the same idea for membership hunts and stuff. No credit to me whatsoever. Really pisses me off

I think this overall looks pretty cool, but in my opinion, I think the rent you're charging per month is kind of low. Maybe those would be a good starting number, since I don't see many people being insanely rich early on in the release of the game, but I think rent should be a little bit higher. Apparently, most real estate agents charge their renters between 0.8-1.1% of the homes worth in rent (1.1% for the cheapest houses, 0.8% for the most expensive houses). So if you bought a 500k house charging 0.9% in rent, the renter would pay $4500 (If I'm doing math right ), and with that cost take into account the location, neighborhood, condition of the house, stuff like that! Just a thought, so maybe you'll get some more money in your pocket!

I think that these tools are not just from DarkRP, there is all the other modes too like PERP and I am sure they may be a Noclip on Arma maybe not sure but I know a lot of these are in other games. We only really need something like a command that does; example "On Duty" This no clips the player, it ghosts them (Makes them Invisible), and gives them God Mode. There don't need to be separate commands for it though. This is the one specifically would be useful to stop abuse. Alos having the !goto and !bring commands only able to be used while in "On Duty" mode. These things are essential enough to have.

You won't be able to access another player's home without their consent, so there won't be any home robberies. The idea of what you said sounds cool, kind of like the front guy distracts while the other steals, but that won't be in the game. However, maybe instead of robbing the player's house, the thief could rob the delivery guy when he goes to deliver whatever the player bought. That seems plausible, but I'm not sure if that would even be allowed. Just my 2 cents

I think the Addiction could be implemented into the Stress system they talked about on Reddit and in the Q&A video. If you don't get your drugs you get more stressed and can easier be killed. The Handicap System reminds me of ACE3 for ArmA 3. -Noe Rock-

A. you only need a few millionaires with this business model to be profitable (as one or 2 clients could easily support the company) B. Shut up and let them fail on their own. I actually think there is a market for this idea and it has a decent chance of succeeding (not that I would ever use their services) C. It's a role-playing game, with an emphasis on role play. If they want to be "professional criminals" who are you to say they can't? D. Do you know how many CEO's would love to have a gang of hardened criminals subservient to them? Probably most of the ones on this site (though they'll never admit it)

I think those games I mentioned are just poorly optimized, that's why it ran so badly. I know most games will run at 60+ fps on these cards though.

I don't think it's overkill tbh. I have a GTX 1070 in my Pc, and I can't run some games on Ultra at 900P with 60 fps. Examples are Project Cars, dips to the 30's and 40's depending what track I chose, especially during rain. Rise of The Tomb Raider, jumps around the 40's, Watch Dogs 2, around 30's and 40's, and so on. All those games I mentioned maxes my GPU with that framerate. I saw people with 2 GTX 1080's that can't run watch dogs 2 with everything on max settings. They get around 30 ish fps in some areas, just like I do, but I'm not even on max. Even people with pascal titan x's are struggling with that game. And it's at 1080P. I play my games at 900P. imo, there's no such thing as overkill Pc parts for modern games, because requirements are becoming ridiculous nowadays. I bought my 1070 last year, and already I see games that needs 1060's or 980's to run, and games that wants 16 GB ram. Yes I have 16 GB ram, but still, it's just insane. But what I mean by that you can't get overkill Pc parts for modern games is because the current best parts are not even good enough for watch dogs 2, rise of the tomb raider, and project cars. Even at 900P. Well, Sniper Elite 4 runs at 130 fps with everything on Ultra for me, but that game is well optimized. Ghost Recon wildlands can be anywhere between 24 fps and 130 fps depending where I am, what I'm looking at and how much action is going on. But yeah, graphics and stuff have almost peaked at this point though, so you might not need an upgrade for at least 5 years as you said. I mean, My Pc is 5 years old at the moment, I just changed my graphics card last year from a gtx 560 ti 2gb to a gtx 1070 rog strix edition, and bought another 8 GB ram to make it 16 GB. My CPU is still 5 years old though, but I checked with MSI afterburner why my framerate was low, and my CPU usage was only at about 50% or so, and my GPU usage was maxed with those games. I didn't include the games that maxed my CPU, because of my CPU's age, but yeah, those are the games that can't be run well no matter what graphics card you have. Oh, another game, but that's probably just a bug. Euro Truck Simulator 2. When I am in exterior view, framerate is 60+. When I switch to cokcpit view, fps dips to 30's and 40's, even though GPU usage and CPU usage are low. But that doesn't max my stuff, so that's nothing to do with the parts. TLDR: Not even the best current GPU's can run Project cars, Rise of the tomb raider, and Watch Dogs 2 on the maximum settings even at 900P without VR, so GTX 1080 is not overkill, but might still run games 5 years from now since graphics and stuff have pretty much peaked.

I am not sure but it won't be exactly like surgeon simulator but it could have some things from it but not as detailed. I personally doubt you will go into "surgery" and more like just get a bandage but that is my opinion, but good question.

I only talked about the part of handicaps and disabilities, the drug addiction and stuff will be for sure, but the rest if implemented won't be for a very long time meaning a future release after full release as because all the features they have planned the devs said they would not all be implemented on full release and as they they will come shortly after it.
