4 pointsMoe's Diner, on the corner of 6th and DuPont Ave. Ol' Moe opened this place with brother, way back when this neighborhood was strictly "Italian-Only". That was a long time ago, back when the Mob owned these blocks. They've since cleared out, now we mostly cater to bikers off the interstate, some Yakuza thugs occasionally frequent the place, they run the docks two blocks over. Moe is an old man now, he mostly sleeps in his one bedroom upstairs, so it's up to the girls to handle most of the work. Gus is the cook, he's Moe's grandson. He's a pervy kid, not more than 18 really. Always oggling us while we work, but hey, at least we don't have to cook. I've been here almost a year and I'm already the closing girl. It's a good gig, gives me money for my "hobbies,". My name's Pam, if you don't see me here, I'm out being bad. Mary's usually here in the mornings with Lacey, and Starla and Darienne work with me, although they're usually just gossiping or flirting, little tramps those two. Leah's the new girl, she's a sweetie, don't know how she ended up in this neighborhood. We don't really have a manager per se, although there's Dennis, he's a piece of work. He's the son of an old friend of Moe's, after Moe's brother got shot by a gangbanger this guy, Ed I think, he was there. So now Dennis is the "manager," although he never shows up, only to steal food, harass us, and try to sleep with us on the regular. He's a coke fiend, usually reeks of sweat, and has some two-bit hooker on his arm when he comes in. And then there's his "friends," big scary tatted-up guys, coming in here looking for him and the money he owes them. That's always fun. Anyway, the coffee is always fresh here, and we make a mean breakfast platter here. The burger's are pretty good here too, and my pies are to die for. Don't order the french toast, that egg wash is not fresh, trust me. Also, the jukebox usually doesn't work, give it a kick or two and you're golden. And don't you think about trying to case the joint, I got a .45 glock under the register, and honey I know how to use it! Moe's Diner Hours: 5:00am-11:00pm Breakfast, All day Eggs: $1 per egg, limit is 3 Waffles: $2 for 2, $5 for a stack Toast: 50 cents French Toast: $3 Eggs in a basket: $5 Bacon: $1.50 Coffee: $1 with refills Breakfast Sausage: $3 Chicken and Waffles: $6 Breakfast Special: Comes with 3 eggs, bacon, toast, breakfast sausage. $8 Lunch, All day Hamburger: $5 Cheeseburger: $6, add a fried egg/chili for $1 each French Fries: $3 Chili Fries: $4 Chili Cheese Fries: $5 Meatball Sub: $6 Cold Sandwich: Options include Ham, Prosciutto, Salami, Pepperoni, Capicola, Roast Beef, Turkey, Mozzarella, Monterrey Jack, American, Swiss, Banana Peppers, Pickles, Spicy Relish, Mustard, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, $4, $5 on a ciabatta bun, 50 cents for each extra meat Chili: $3 Grits: $2 Fried Chicken: $8 a bucket Dinner*, 5pm or later Spaghetti: $5 Ravioli: $6 Chicken Parmesan: $8 Chimichanga: $6 Pastelitos per carne: $3 per pastry Gnocchi: $4 Chili con carne: $6 *Dinner may not be served on that particular day Drinks: We serve alcohol after 11am Full bar opens at 3pm Soda: $1.50 Tea: $2 Beer: Bottled $3 Wine: Only at dinner, $5 a glass Mixed Drinks: $7 for house, $9 for top shelf

3 pointsOver the past year or so I've been on this forum, I've seen so many people interested in bikes, biker culture ect that you see with a lot of games but sadly with a lot of games, developers don't seem to focus as much on the bike side (more seen focusing on fast expensive cars) that also have their appeal and maybe even the majority of people prefer those but I'm speaking for those of us who would much rather have a bike over a car in the game. I'm making this to try help show the developers that there are many people who would love more bike options in the game because I am worried that this game will leave those people behind and I'd like to have everyone show the types of bikes they would like to see instead of what people think we want (usually looking like cheap Japanese looking bikes that you see in real life) I genuinely think that the gta v biker dlc added some actual nice looking bikes compared to the ones in it before that can be made to look pretty bad ass and I'd love to see that standard in identity. so post your dream bikes, no matter what style! (gta v zombie bobber)

3 pointsYesterday afternoon, for another Identity Insider, we've released a video detailing the workings of player housing in Identity and what it has to offer at our present point in development. This gives you a good idea of the level of fidelity we're going for in all of our key systems, and more videos will follow as we continue. Housing was chosen for our first video as our initial focus in development is for features present in the upcoming Town Square module. If you haven't already seen the video, check it out above. Housing as you've seen in the video is an excellent place to hang out with friends, but it has a lot of good practical uses, too! First, housing is the primary storage location for items you've collected. Whether it's a bookshelf full of books, a gun-rack with wall-mounted guns, or a crate full of junk, it's sort of like a bank for tangible stuff. Housing is also valuable for moderate crafting, too. Some advanced recipes might require a factory, but a lot of stuff can be created at your home using special crafting tables. A hydroponics table can even be used to grow small-scale plants, legal or otherwise!

2 pointsAm I the only guy that has the main goal of getting so fucking rich you don't know what to do with it, illegal or not, but your only goal is to get shit blasted with cash. this is how I motivate myself I real life so I'm transferring it into the game, just wanted to see if anyone else thought the same.

2 pointsWell Stronzo the gonzo, let me tell you something. If you think you're gunna run your homosexual stripclub free of mafia yet ridden with jizz and aids you are wrong. You see, it's my job to make your life a living hell if you don't cooperate. I will do everything in my power to rape and bring down your club to its knees. I'll burn it, shoot it up, kill customers, whatever my sick imagination can think of. And if you do find horseshoes up your ass and manage to kill me, I'll just come back and fuck you again. So, what I suggest, is that you cooperate, or have a fun time living on the roller coaster of stress and frustration.

2 pointsWithout actual proof, this too is heresay, opinion, and Hollywood folklore. I have presented proof regarding the FBI's assessment of MS-13, and the fact they have a specific task force specially designed for MS-13. The FBI claims they are a proniment threat to society, but there is no proof regarding your statement above. They may control some, but it is very unlikely with all the other competition now within the underground market of North America, or that they hold the alpha position of all organized crinimal activity.

2 pointsIt would be awesome if we could literally make our own motorcycle manufacturing brands. More then what GTA has offered us.
-
2 pointsIts not the closest thing really, as its a mix more between Arma 3 Altis Life and gmod's gamemode PERP. GTA has similarities though.
-
2 pointsI would love a lot of customization options and plenty of bike variations. My dream would be classic custom panhead or bobber. I would love to have both in Identity.
-
2 pointsAs i said before, they are not known by the police or public. They are rooted in society masked as regular people. There could be 1000's of more hits on that list that weren't classified hits by the police department because they cant find who did it and they cant see if it was mob affiliated. I bet you a lot of the mob hits are marked down as homicides with no known motive.
-
2 pointsI Know they've said they're not releasing identity on Console but they definitely should. I'm only making this post so the developers might see. Please give us console players this wonderful game I'll buy the biggest copy of the game if it came out on Console. This is a game next gen consoles need! You could do the preview program on xbox one it's pretty much for beta games, people pay for it then is goes full game and it gets achievements and all the final touches. Please Asylum, think of us console gamers.
-
2 pointsHere's a list of all recent US mob hits / disappearances. There's probably a few not included here, but for the most part they've stopped the practice of killing each other.

2 points@Frank we seem to be arguing technicalities because of the FBI's definitions. The FBI still define MS-13 as a gang even tho they also admit to them being a mafia. I do apologize. The FBI does consider them one of the most prominent organizations in the criminal world. They do list others that they see as prominent now too tho. That is the beauty of Identity tho, the mafia can make their own infamy, same with the Yakuza, MCs, gangs or any organized criminal empire.
-
2 pointsYes. The MS-13 is the most dangerous gang in america. They consider everybody who appose them their enemies The Yamaguchi-Gumi, the Yakuzas largest gang is the world largest criminal organization with over 23,000 members. They also hold the most wealthiest gangsters on the planet. Nobody will ever top classic Italian crime families. Men will always fail to re create in the future the traditional La Cosa Nostra. Gangs today are not like they were. That is why I like the Inagawa-Kai, they are old school and will always be in the ways of tradition.
-
2 points@Frank at on time that was true. MS-13 is the most notorious and dangerous criminal organization to the FBI today. With that being said there is no replacing Cosa Nostra. It is part of American history and culture, which cannot be replaced. Unfortunately it just isn't what it used to be. Also Hells Angels is the 5th most notorious gangs in North America, Italian Mafia doesn't even make top 10 anymore due to Mexican mafia and gangs, motorcycle clubs, and aryan and supremacy groups now hold the top 10.

2 pointsYour obvoisoly new to this community. You should be happy we got that video, we waited a long time for this video. They don't roll out these videos weekly. You can go watch power gaming 7 on YT he has videos talking about Identity features. But it's not new gameplay videos.

2 pointsHello citizens! It's been too long since our last developer blog entry, so I wanted to take the time today to update all of our backers on Identity's current state of development, as well as give a little more insight into the process behind the scenes. During the first year and a bit of development, most of the time was spent developing key backend systems. Networking modifications, weapon physics, character customization, voice communication and so on. That's all behind us now, and I'm happy to say it's gone as well as we could have hoped. Now and for the past couple of months we've moved on to gameplay development, making those backend features do the fun stuff. This Month in Development In this last month our lead character artist, Miroslav, has finished up everything we need for your characters going into the Town Square release. We're always going to be adding more character customizations over time, but to start you'll have the choice between 4 male and 5 female race options. After selecting your base race you can customize further with skin tones, blemishes, scars, eye color, hair styles, hair colors and tweaks to facial features. Identity is expanding on the usual character customization, though, as some of the options available can only be gotten through achievements. Prison tattoos are an example; if you see someone with such a tattoo you know they've done something to earn it. A lot of work this month has also gone into the player housing systems. In following our previous messages, our home customization system has been in place for some months although we've been expanding the floorplans in preperation for the Town Square module release. Sean, or Motown as you may know him, has prepared the various apartments you will have in the Town Square. If you have made a smaller pledge to Identity and do not have an apartment yet, we're going to be giving you access to a temporary (small) home in the Town Square so that you can play with the cusomization features. If you've pledged for a package containing an apartment, Town Square will show what you'll have in the full Identity game upon release. Just this morning our lead programmer, Henrik (AKA Mathalion), finished up the karaoke systems. It's a minor feature for Identity as a whole, but it's going to be loads of fun in the Town Square module! Just off the lobby of the hotel is a slick little bar, complete with a karaoke stage. You'll be able to queue up your favorite songs on the karaoke machine and see the lyrics on one of the monitors around the stage. The microphone on the stage really works, too, amplifying your voice out of the speakers so that your singing can be heard by everyone there! Most of us are terrible singers, so karaoke is going to have a lot of hilarious moments. If you're just there to watch, the restaurant by the stage is fully functional, too! It's Been Too Long I'll just come right out and say it: we at Asylum Entertainment have really had poor PR these last months, and you guys deserve better. You deserve much more frequent updates, and we're committing to give you that moving forward. We're a relatively small development team today. Currently a core staff of 5 incredibly talented full-time developers, I'm amazed every day with what this team can accomplish. Outside of our core we have a handful of part-time workers, mostly artists, who are also very skilled. Because we're a small team, many of us have to wear several hats. For example, Sean is our community manager but also a 3D artist. I myself am the project manager, a programmer and interface developer. This leads to few resources to dedicate towards PR as there's so much work to be done on the game itself. This is something we knew though, and we're going to set some time aside regularly to keep you in the loop. The Town Square module is coming soon. We're in the final months of 2016 now, and you'll finally be inside the first piece of the Identity world in the first quarter of 2017. It's a little later than we originally hoped since we're dedicated to making sure everything is smooth and stable from the first moments. Identity is an enormous undertaking, but the most difficult bits are behind us and we're drawing near! What to Expect The first stage of game development is always very boring to talk about, and also doesn't give us much to show you. Creating those backend systems that drive the game behind the scenes is one of the most important phases, but it's not very glamorous. It's for this reason that most games aren't announced until they're a couple years into development. Now that we're past that point, we're going to be able to start showing you real Identity gameplay. The first gameplay video you'll see is going to be in November and will show you just how detailed and in-depth Identity is becomming! You'll see a walkthrough of our housing system, showing just how far it can be customized and some of the cool fun features you'll find in there. Following that video we'll give you a glimpse of the Town Square features, leading up to its release. It's been a ton of work and a long time coming, but we're moving forward at a great pace and everything is about to get very exciting over here.

1 pointHey fellow Law Enforcers With this topic I'd like to inform and assist you in understanding and creating a police department. It's important that departments are organised and have a structure to ensure officers are appointed to tasks and supervisors ensure tasks are completed. While rank structure is an important part of your department, it's also important to have a good divisional structure. Hopefully at the end of the text you're a bit wiser on how a police department works. We'll start of with Police Ranks. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Hierarchy Staff Officers Chief Of Police - In charge of the department and handles public relations with other departments aswell as controls internal procedures and protocolsDeputy Assistant Chief Of Police - In charge of the department when the Chief of Police is on absence Deputy Chief of Police - In charge of a large part of the department, known as an Office. Example: Office of Operations or Office of Counter Terrorism Command Officers Commander - In charge of a training within the department. Example: Sergeant In Training or Detective In Training Captain - In charge of a precinct or leads all patrols within a certain area and acts as a supervisor to supervisors. Lieutenant - In charge of a larger division and serves as city wide/ patrol wide supervisor. Supervisor Sergeant - In charge of smaller divisions or head of certain aspects within divisions. Alse the first contact point for basic officers Senior Lead Officer - A non commissioned officer who is in training to become either a supervisor or detective.. Investigator Detective In Charge - In charge of a investigation division and will handle day to day requests from lower ranked Detectives. Also in charge of casefiles. Detective - Basic detective who investigates crimes after they happened and observes organised crimes Senior Lead Officer - A non commissioned officer who is in training to become either a supervisor or detective. Non Commissioned Officers Police Officer III - Patrol officer who teaches the new officers the way around the department. Police Officer II - Basic Patrol officer who makes up most of the department. Police Officer I - Newly inducted Police Officers who are in their probationary stage and learn the way of the department. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Hierarcy With the previous mentioned hierarcy the base of your department should be filled. However it is always possible to adjust the ranks towards the need of your department. For example you can create a Senior Sergeant who would be a basic sergeant, but in training to become a Lieutenant. Another example is a Lieutenant I and Lieutenant II. Where the I would ensure larger divisions are kept under control the Lieutenant II would handle a precinct or multiple patrols. Ranks also work hand in had with your organisation. For example if you have 7 divisions it might be wise to have 7 lieutenants or a few lieutenants of the bigger divisions and sergeants of the smaller divisions. It's important to know your department, because some divisions will require more intense handeling than others. Warrants and searches require more knowledge of the penal code and law than a traffic division. For that reason it's better to have a Lieutenant handle the Investigation divisions and a Sergeant the Traffic Division. The higher the rank the more legal and situational knowledge a person must have. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Organization Chart _______________________________________________________________________________________________ Organization Know your department and its needs! It's very important to ensure your department has a wide arrangement of divisions people can join so their day to day tasks are never the same and never boring. A good structure is most needed in the department and every part of it has a person controlling it. Divisions by Sergeants, Large divisions by Lieutenants, Precincts by Captains, Offices by Deputy Chiefs and at the top the Chief of Police. The way a good structure works if that a basic officer will not have to complain to the Chief of Police. If he has a problem he should go to his appointed sergeant. If he can not solve it, the sergeant goes to his superior and so on. Because there are limited amounts of divisions in an Office there will be a good overview of them all. It's important that the division leader reports to the Office leader and the Office leader to the Chief of Police. Ensure to give your Deputy Chief of Police enough power to change his Office by only having to inform the Chief of Police with the changes. This way there is more control and better support for every division and they will know who too contact when there is a problem. _______________________________________________________________________________________________ GENERAL NOTICE: If you have comments or have questions about a certain aspect within the police department, you can always ask it here. I'll try to give a good answer to every question asked. Obviously if your question is important, it will also be added in the topic along with the explanation. If you have certain subjects to add aswell you can always PM me and it will be added into the topic along with credits too your name. This topic is aimed to give a detailed guide on how to make or understand a police department and hopefully the community works with eachother to give tips to other servers. Sorry for possible writing errors

1 pointHey everyone, I just got my passport and I'm ready to get into this community. I'm Irish and in a college course that gives me a nice amount of free time so I'm looking forward to investing some of that time into this game/community. I've struggled to get into any previous RP games in the past, mostly hindered by my inability to find a decent server but I hope i can get the most out of this game. I'm hoping to play as some form of small-time crook who may occasionally set his sights a bit too high. I'll give it awhile before I move onto anything big time. I imagine myself being that one small time crook that the cops always come to first to try and squeeze information out of. I'll see you all in town, i guess!

1 point@Resurge let your arrogance be your downfall friend. lol smh. I bring forth a challenge for any and all criminality, we should all find a hardcore perma-death, super realistic RP Server System and see who becomes the dominant criminal organization and who whither and die. So far I have see how you conduct in civil conversation, I can only assume how you may act in game. So perma-death, real life RP servers?

1 point@Frank i listed above proof that the FBI see MS-13 as a larger threat with a special task force dedicated to MS-13. Something they don't have nor need for the mafia. I will list it again, since you missed it. https://www.fbi.gov/investigate/violent-crime/gangs It shows proof regarding the impact MS-13 currently has on America. Again this is something the FBI doesn't see a need to do with the Mafia. @Resurge i am positive no family will have power over me or my club. We have dealt with power hungry MCs and mafias, and we are well prepared to deal with it again. i

1 pointOntario also has a large mafia presence. The big time crime in the GTA, Sault Ste Marie, thunder bay, Hamilton, Niagara falls, and st Catherine's all have a large mob presence. They run the big time stuff. The hell's angels are present in Ontario as well, and dominate the more rural areas. They also have a large control of the maritime provinces and out west.

1 pointThat depends on how much money you pledge, the $60 will get you $1000. They don't want backers to have a huge advantage so it's not too much, but a good head start.

1 pointThe Yamaguchi-gumi is the largest Yakuza gang. It allies with the Inagawa-Kai, the third largest. The Kobe Yamaguchi-gumi are rivals with the traditional Yamaguchi-Gumi. Yes, confusing. Traditional Yakuza groups were based all around gambling, the Japanese card game hanafuda is based all around numbers. The worst hand in the game is a 8-9-3 = yattsu, ku, san. Which gives the name "Yakuza". The Yakuza call themselves "chivalrous organizations". La Cosa Nostra - "this thing of ours" Yakuza - many meaning but most of all refer to "chivalrous organizations" It is very confusing. 102,560 members total Comprised of 750 gangs with around 31,000 members in the Yamaguchi-gumi alone. Inagawa-Kai = 5,800 to 6,600 members All of which are active to this day.

1 pointIt wouldn't be very realistic if people had easy access to explosives (or sniper rifles, for that matter), so they aren't being included in the game. It's much better the way they have it - only handguns are easily accessible.
-
1 pointIn my opinion, I believe they delivered on what they said they were going to put out. They said that the video that was coming is a 'Housing video' that shows off housing features; which they did. I don't believe they under-delivered. They also showed us the third person perspective (without really announcing it, I just think it's worth noting that the feature was in there) and intractability with the environment. Had they said this video was going to be a full fledged gameplay video, then I would have been disappointed; but the devs delivered what they promised... A housing video, and it was pretty cool!
-
1 pointDon't agree with him if you agreed with me in pm about what I said because they are the opposite of each other. (pm: The Video) yeah.. that conversation. Ok firstly, the kickstarter video was the video of when this project was as a concept and not actually in full development as they were just selling the concept to us. Secondly games are never normally announced before being atleast 2 years in development when they give a trailer. This trailer is a teaser as such to the game itself and should not be seen as a full on trailer other than to one big feature to the game. Everyone who has been waiting knew in some way the first video they would release was purely on the housing customisation features only, as it was to show the full potential on that feature/ area. I would not expect a big "trailer" like you want to be before the 2 year development mark and I think a lot of the players waiting for the game would clearly agree on that.

1 pointIdentity Forum Guidelines Last Edit: July 9th, 2018 Participation in the Official Identity forums constitutes agreement to the following guidelines, which apply to posts, profile information, avatars, signatures, private messaging, and any other content on this site and participation in general. The live nature of discussions in this community makes it difficult for staff to catch every violation of these rules. If you believe that someone has violated our User Guidelines, please send a private message to a member of our volunteer moderation team or staff with a link to the content and a brief description of what you believe is wrong. Please do not respond to a violation personally, as you may aggravate the situation and possibly violate our guidelines yourself. Any content that violates our User Guidelines will be removed. Interpretation of our guidelines is at the discretion of the staff. Please do 1. Report violations of the forum rules. Moderators will quickly review reports and make decisions based on the information you provide. 2. Respect others. Showing respect will encourage others to participate in discussion. 3. Like posts, that you feel contribute useful information to a discussion. 4. Read the rules, so that you do not accidentally receive an infraction or ban. 5. Be constructive. Help others by answering questions, and offer feedback to their ideas. 6. Read before posting. Fully Comprehend the topic of discussion and determine what has already been discussed. 7. Use proper grammar and spelling. Read your post before submitting. Spelling mistakes may attract attention away from the discussion. 8. Search for content related to your questions. There’s a good chance that there may already be an answer to what you are looking for! Please don’t 1. Troll. Trolling does not contribute to meaningful discussion. 2. Spam. Spamming clutters the forum and makes it difficult to find original content. 3. Flame, or attack others. Insults do not contribute to discussion, and will be removed. 4. Repost Deleted Content. Content that was deleted was removed for a reason, even if the reason is unclear. 5. Demonstrate or perpetuate toxic behavior. A user is considered toxic if they repeatedly make defamatory, threatening, insulting, or otherwise hateful remarks toward other users or staff. Please keep language civil when expressing your opinions. 6. Advertise websites or services unrelated to Identity. We do not sell advertising space on the Identity forums. 7. Cross Post. Cross-posting makes it difficult for users using the search function to find relevant information, and may be considered spam. 8. Ask for Likes. Likes are given to those for contributing useful information in a discussion. 9. Abuse reports. Reporting content with blank or inaccurate report descriptions will hinder a moderator's capacity to help. Please report content that is in violation of the rules, and not simply because you personally dislike another user. 10. Engage rule violators. You may accidentally violate these rules yourself by responding to others that you feel aren’t following these guidelines. 11. Make low-effort posts. Contribute useful information to the discussion, and avoid going off-topic. 12. Discuss Politics/Religion. These subjects are sensitive and may offend others. (There is a small place for fantasy politics within Identity's ecosystem. The Governor position will be able to tweak small settings within the game world, and must compete against others for power. The political systems within Identity are simplified and do not accurately reflect the processes involved with political discourse in the real world. Players may implicitly take inspiration from existing candidates or parties, but must not show any connections to real world politics through the use of logos/symbols, names (of existing leaders, existing parties, or of those within recent history), or slogans. By affiliating your party with a real world political faction, you are bringing such politics into discussion and grabbing the attention of those who recognize it. Real world politics typically invoke a strong emotional response in some viewers and can lead to vehement conflicts extremely quickly.) 13. Create multiple accounts. Only one account per person is authorized, so forum users can be easily identified. Avoiding a ban may result in further permanent action. 14. Operate a shared account. Sharing an account with another user will make conversation difficult should any of the account operators share a difference in opinion. Conflicting statements will impede our ability to help assist any single user on a shared account. Due to this, we request that each account is operated by a single, separate user. 15. Create forum posts that mention specific users in the title. Creating a new topic with the title specifically mentioning another user isn’t conducive to group discussion, especially if the targeted user isn’t comfortable responding in an open format. (For example, don’t make posts like “@usernamehere, why is x and not y?”) If you’re asking a question directly to another user, please do so using the inbox function on the forums. 16. Post Personal Information, or post links containing personal information. Sharing information about others can be harmful to their real-life. 17. Use forum features in unintended ways. Asking for likes, or making a game that incorporates the like/follow buttons artificially inflates user forum stats, making it difficult for other users to determine which content or user is contributing popular content to the site. 18. Discuss Moderator or Administrator actions Publicly. There are often reasons why a decision is made by a moderator or administrator that may be unclear to outside-parties, and off-topic discussion about an admin or moderator decision may be disruptive to a conversation. We politely ask that you trust and respect decisions made by staff. If you have an issue with a specific staff member, please report the matter to a Community Manager. 19. Impersonate Asylum Entertainment Staff or Moderators. When users seek assistance from moderators or Asylum staff, they shouldn't need to worry about encountering the possibility of dealing with an impostor. Always heed the official titles for staff roles on both the forums and discord to help avoid confusion. 20. Intentionally Spread False Information. Spreading rumors you know are falsified and portraying them as fact will only complicate Identity's development and serves to derail the actual constructive criticism offered by other users. Even accidentally giving out false information can be dangerous, so please ask a staff member or reference official statements (Dev Blogs for example). 21. Post or link to illegal, dangerous, offensive or NSFW content. Do not engage in activities that include (but are not limited to) the sharing of sexually explicit content, piracy, malicious code execution (viruses, malware, spyware etc.), gore. Please keep posts pertaining to the M-rated content in Identity reasonable. 22. Create or operate an account with the intention of solely boosting or supporting another user's reputation, poll votes, or opinions. We ask that all users contribute to the forums in ways that don't simply perpetuate someone else's particular viewpoint or account statistics. ***Moderators and staff have the final say on all matters. If you would like to report moderator abuse, contact a Community Manager directly. Creating public threads or posts that question or reference administrative decisions or potential administrative decisions is not permitted.*** ***Freedom of speech rights do not extend to privately owned websites, such as this one.
