4 pointsThe existing real world books would be limited to those in the public domain, for legal reasons. Other than that I'm sure there will be a lot of player-submitted content right in Identity. The administration team has to choose to approve library submissions to keep it clean.

2 pointsI was wondering how the Library in the game is going to work, not exactly like how will the books be read, but how will you choose which real world books to include in the game, and how will you get them in the game, do you kind of purchase the ebooks from Amazon or some other website or whatever then upload them into the game, or do you have to write them out manually ? If you need help finding the books and writing them out and / or editing the books I would like to offer some help as I am a writer and very interested in the game, so if ever the devs need a hand with anything to do with that I wouldn't mind helping out. Also when it comes to choosing books, my reading taste seem to fall mostly onto books which are already in the public domain, so I might be able to help with that too if need be Just thought I'd offer a hand, I'd imagine the workload is pretty rough on the devs of this game, also I am genuinely interested in how the library is going to work in this game and the publishing of your own writing in the game. -Bushido

2 pointsHey, So I've been lurking around every now and then since the crowd funding of this game as the concept of it really hit the spot for me. I have previous experience in RP communities such as Arma 3 City Life and Gmod HL2RP, both of which are dying / died, hence my interest in this 'project'. The community seems to have a lot of enthusiasm for this game and, most importantly, the developers seem very honest with clear intentions of creating a stable platform for players to play with. Frankly, I cant wait to get involved in this community. Expect to be seeing me more around these parts. ~Iscariot.

2 pointsYour economy will fail if privatized. America's economy is in debt due to privatizing their economy through the Federal Reserve Act. Furthermore, the forefathers of America left the colonies of Britain over the privatized banking system. Privatized banking would cause inflation where there isn't a need for it. Money's would compete for the highest dollar, which would cause fluxuation and mass problems. Also if the economy is privatized how will you regulate the dollar and ensure a stable economy?

1 pointHello people of Identity. My name is Gene Smith and I'm running for Governor of The Island. I know that the game currently isn't out and nothing is set in stone but I wanted to set out my campaign. I've taken my time to carefully think about different answers for popular questions. What will you do about Property Taxes? What will you do about Gun Control? What will you do about regulating taxes? What are your thoughts about Health Care? What you can do for the working man, and what will you do about the crime? ------------ Property Taxes are Taxes you pay to keep your business running or your home from being taken away. Property taxes are unnecessary and unneeded. Property Taxes need to be removed completely and focusing on taxing other things. You should not have to pay for something you helped build just to live in fear of it being taken away. ----- Gun Control is something that everybody talks about when somebody gets shot. Well the hard truth is, guns don't kill people. People kill people. A person has to load the gun, aim the gun and pull the trigger. We don't need control on guns. We need control on the people who have the guns. If you have a criminal record and you have been known to kill you will have to run a background check before you're able to get your guns. ------ Regulating Taxes on working people will not only bring more jobs but also putting more people in those jobs. A person who makes 8$ an hour gets taxed 5%,10% and even 15% and sometimes even up to but not limited to 35%. You take a middle class man who works 10 hours a day and makes 10 dollars an hour. He gets taxed 15% for his week of pay. He takes home 425$ or somewhere around there. That money could be going towards his house payments. His food. His utilities or even buying clothes for his children. Regulating taxes is the number one thing we need to work on. I want to lower the tax rate to at least 3% to give the lower/middle class man or woman that extra incentive to work harder for those promotions. A happy worker is a hard worker. ------- Health Care is the most important thing. Canada-while their government isn't the best- they do have free health care. Free health care is the most important thing that we need to work on. While Canadians have to pay higher taxes for free health care we will not. Regulating taxes is what needs to happens. --------- The working man is the best type of man. A man who isn't afraid of trying to support his family and trying to make his household happy. The working man is the backbone of our community. I've seen plenty working men and woman that have started their own companies based on the fact to grow more and create more jobs. They make more money for our homes and government. I want to work on. Not taxing the working person not because they're special but because they deserve what they worked for. Why take that away? And crime is something that I will talk about later if necessary. Thank you for your time.

1 pointHi all, my name is Ryan, I'm from Brisbane in Australia. I was looking for a good real life simulation game on google when I came across this game, I like what I see so far, I'm a big player of GTA 5, I've played the sims from 1 - 4, not as big of a fan of the sims though, this game looks like it's shaping up to be something really cool, I'm also a writer, so I am very interested in the writing and library system! If I like what I see in the near future I'll definitely consider pledging.

1 pointAnarcho-Capitalist Movement Anarcho-Capitalist Movement is an ideological and philosophical movement that focuses on influencing politics and government towards a more freemarket and anarchist approach to our society, either through bribing politicians to our ideological gain, protesting, or joining and inflitrating right wing political parties or simply inspire people to support our ideas, creating our own little suburban freetown community. We are not a political party we are a freemarket anarchist movement with no leaders or rulers fighting for liberty from government regulations and laws that hurt our freedoms. We are the most friendly political group towards entrepreneurs and we fight foremost for the interest and the rights of business owners, gun owners and individuals that value freedom from regulations, taxes and economic restrictions. In short words we are rebels who want to be left alone without the interference by the state laws, government police, leftist or far-right politics, petty criminals, organized crime, corporate power and regulations that hurt our individual freedom and businesses. By arming ourselves to the teeth and spreading our ideology, we hope to live in a peaceful prosperous society, where we can enjoy maximum freedom and minimal crime. We will fight tyranny when freedom is at stake, we are the resistance. To become an Anarcho-Capitalist you have to follow certain principals, ideas and strive towards these following goals. * Abolish all forms of taxes. (0% Taxes. Taxation is Theft) * Establish Laissez-Faire economics. * Legalize all drugs. * Legalize all firearms. (Armed society is a polite society) * Privatization of state owned institutions. (Police, Hospitals, Military, Special Security, Education, Courts, Fire Department etc.) * Promote ideas of individualism, freedom, voluntarism, gun ownership and disregard all forms of collectivism. * Create a peaceful suburban anarchist community based on Non Aggression Principle. * Hijack and abolish the government, crush its monopoly on force. PS. We have started a private military company and we are hiring now! Don't miss it! Check out on the board room forums, Blackwood Corporation - Private Military Company.

1 pointHello everyone Honestly, i saw screenshots of this game waaaay back and i wasn't sure if this would become reality or not, but to see it this community in full construction lightens my heart, i've previously tried to join more communities, but i didn't feel at home in them, maybe this will be different Greetings from Belgium *raises glass of Belgian beer* CHEERS! - Tertian

1 pointAgreed. You give society a trophy for losing, they go bonkers. We see this in current america.

1 pointCapitalism = Rich get richer while the poor get poorer. Anarchism = No rules so no order. That's not freedom sir. That is a playground full of children.

1 pointSadly, there is no military in Identity. As there is only one map, who would the military go to war with, even if there was one? No, the closest thing is the police force. Which has the rankings and training you were talking about. There was also be S.W.A.T. So if you are looking for something more elite, there's that. And emotes, like saluting, will very likely be a thing. Enjoy, and thanks for posting!

1 pointOk, so I'm sure it has been discussed about implementing a military system. But if it hasn't, then here it is now. So what I was thinking is if the game had a military system, in which you could fight for the country, be trained, train, and so much more. I was also thinking of a ranking system, so that when training, military officers would push the soldiers (Enlisted) and give them orders. And enlisted soldiers must respect what the officers command them to do and or what the officers say to them. If the system was to get really in depth, maybe there could be a button that allows people to salute. I would say more but it's 1 AM at the time I'm posting this.

1 pointHi! My name is Manon. I've followed the project for a few months now, looked at the forum, asked stuff on twitter, ... And I thought it was finally time to introduce myself . I'm really looking forward to this game and I hope that it will become as big as possible. Nice meeting you all!
