I pledged back on kickstarter and much like with GTA V on PC, im happy with the wait. If we all wait patiently the game will be ready and be complete, not released to us half done. GTA was set back a bit but for us PC players it was far better optimized and a lot more fun to play due to their extra time working on the game. Best to wait and let them do their job.

The town spquare is not the whole game but only a standalone part of the game. Be Patient. I believe A lot of people have been waiting from the start of the kickstarter and they are waiting patiently.

While you don't need to be a part of Underground to race, I am looking for some people to race, help organize the races, run the chop shops and do some general work. Well the judge would only be for civil court (suing people) which should be a government job, and could be removed if reported for unfair treatment and the jury is for criminal court (murder, robbery etc) which would be randomly picked citizens

I used to work in a city where the minimum wage for any starting position in any job was $140, but once our previous leader was exiled and a new one was elected, our pay went down to just $40 which broke any hope of grabbing one of those 13 million dollar Porsches. Heed my warning, if you manage to make recent migrants have a hard time settling down in the city and bring in laws, which would bother the citizens, you're not going to be a great leader. Promises are empty, acts and proving your point is what wins.

I agree with you, the game isn't even out yet so I don't see why you can't be a governor or whatever you want , I would agree with the other person if the game was already out for a while and you don't know him but it isn't and now is the time to start planning what you want to become and to know people.

While there are lawyers in-game for many purposes, being used this way would unfortunately open the door to exploitation. For example, people could sue someone when they've done nothing wrong and in turn take money from them. You can't trust a jury of players to take the right side, since many people are playing to have fun juries often side with the more entertaining story (in our experience). Because of this, the system would be used to scam money away from people who worked hard and legitimately.

well Sir I don't mean to burst your bubble. But in case you haven't Noticed... Identity Is not 'Real Life' So in saying this people should be able to have the choice to wear the stuff they want. That you may not see much of in your day to day real life.... I don't see why we should let Reality limit the possibilities of a virtual World.

A farmer/rancher career would be awesome. Being able to grow your own crops/raise animals for profit. Also being able to purchase some type of land and have an option to fence it off.

Guys I'm just super excited for the fun and struggle of protecting and serving the public. Being a cop is full of surprises and it'll be cool to see how thrilling and dramatic it will be in this gmw. Above all else it'll be interesting to see how the balance between criminals and cops is handled. If there's ever a Game that'll do it right it's this one!!!!

His CPU doesn't have to have come from the last six months, in particular the new intel skylake CPU's don't offer masses of difference over the last intel gen CPU's such as the i5-4690k as mentioned , but are much more expensive. And if he wanted the ultimate experience available id like to think he wouldn't be pushed into spending lots more money just to get a slight difference in quality. @AtomicWaffle A build perfectly capable of running identity at at least high settings or less if they decide to optimise it poorly like Ark Survival Evolved would be an i5-4690k, which you can overclock later should you wish, a gtx 970 card and no less, a 980ti would be the best bet if say you had another 200 quid spare, but for now go for the 970 as that can run the vast majority of today's games at max settings. A mobo is hard to recommend, just make sure you read the reviews first to make sure they don't have high failure rate in Vram or are generally low quality, stick to reputable brands as im sure you will. Make sure you spend no more than about 60 pounds on a mobo otherwise you have spent too much for this build. It's the same with the case, check the reviews. The PSU needs to be about 600w for this build, don't get a higher voltage just because you can as it's a waste of money. 8GBs of RAM is enough to run today's games perfectly, but if you want to spend double that for 16GB and not have to upgrade as quickly then go for it. Your pc won't necessarily perform better in all situations because you upgraded to 16, but then again in some cases it will. Get two sticks of RAM not one. You can use the case fans and cpu fan that comes with the intel CPU if you don't wish to overclock, but if you wish to overclock buy an aftermarket cooler. Watercooling looks nice but is probably unnecessary and more expensive here than needed. My Build if you want any guidance is here.
